My mum is very comfortable, well looked after and her health in relation to weight and skin condition has improved since moving into Roseberry Court. I like the consistency of care i.e the same carers become familiar particularly helpful for those with dementia.
Suggestion - Carers first names in
large print on nametags would be helpful to both residents and families.

I have visited this care home a number of years visiting friends who are in care here. I have always been impressed with the home itself and its facilities but most importantly the care provided by what I find to be professional and efficient staff who obviously do care about the residents. I would
add that if I wasn't happy about what I see I would comment, but there has never been any need for adverse comments.

This is a lovely purpose built building that gives space and opportunity for those that can walk about and get exercise. There is plenty of room in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Staff are very good given the amount of residents they are responsible for and helpful to families.
They only drawback is
dementia patients can not access the outside space. Overall, I am happy my mother could have a place here.

When I visit the home to see my friend I always feel very welcome. Staff are lovely, the home is always very clean and smells lovely. Meals are good and nutritious and they are always happy to oblige with something different if not on the menu.

The care my partner gets is very good. The only fault I find it toilet related. The staff have several people who need two carers to take them to the toilets, so someone has to wait.
