Staff always helpful and friendly. The room is beautifully clean and tidy. Always nice and warm.

When I visit the home to see my friend I always feel very welcome. Staff are lovely, the home is always very clean and smells lovely. Meals are good and nutritious and they are always happy to oblige with something different if not on the menu.

It is a very happy place to be with caring staff. Bright and clean home and very welcoming. Mum is happy which is important.

The care my partner gets is very good. The only fault I find it toilet related. The staff have several people who need two carers to take them to the toilets, so someone has to wait.

My cousin 78 has been at Roseberry Court for 2 years and although suffering from several complaints has been well looked after. The rooms are excellent and facilities also.

There is a variety of menus for her to chose from.

Warm atmosphere throughout.

I visit my sister twice a week and she always seems happy and content but that has always been her nature. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. I can't say if it is value for money as my sister's family have not told me what is paid.

I write on behalf and in the company of my friends who both spent one-week respite care at Rosebery Court and were welcomed and treated with care, support and dignity. They have now returned for further respite and although the decision is difficult, they look forward to finalising arrangements for permanent residency, they have been helped although not persuaded by the efficient caring staff. Everyone in the team provides a helpful, homely, calm atmosphere which gives them the confidence to face their future together. Thanks to all.

Standards of care, habilitation, food and staff service are all of the highest standard.

I have always found the staff excellent and nothing is too much trouble as the resident's welfare always comes first. The standard of hygiene is also excellent.

I find the home clean, friendly, light and airy, plus very caring. My sister has been here seven years and I am sure it's all down to the care she has had here.

Very satisfied overall and staff very kind, although lost a few things. The majority were found after a week, except her glasses which are in the process of being found. My aunt is happy and has improved health wise and mentally a lot. So no complaints.

An all round good care home, residents are well cared for and the staff are good and approachable.

We feel that this is the best place for her. We know she is well looked after.
