Roseberry Court Care Home

All the areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.

All areas of the care home are kept extremely clean and displays regularly changed to reflect particular times of year e.g. Christmas and Remembrance Day. A safe welcoming environment.

The building and the staff are very welcoming and homely place, a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The residents are well looked after. The entertainment are very good, the residents look as though they love to take part, especially the music and singing. The dinning room is set up and the food looks good with a good choice on the menu.

As usual, all the staff and management at Roseberry Court continue to support my wife. She is always tired due to her medication. But is happy at the facility. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here, and each time I leave her. I know she is in safe and caring hands.

My Dad came to Roseberry after two weeks in another care home. The difference in him is immeasurable. He is more like his normal self (I've got my Dad back), which is a relief because I love more than 3 hours away. The difference is purely down to the Roseberry environment and the fantastic staff. Nothing is too much trouble.

My parent was a resident here for 18 months and the staff who looked after her day-to-day were lovely. They do a difficult job but are always friendly, kind, and approachable. At times they are understaffed and because of that, things sometimes lapse. I struggled to get my parent regular showers, sometimes it was 4 to 5 days and for someone used to having a daily shower, this caused anxiety. I found the management to be more concerned with moving people to unsuitable areas to free up space for new residents, than caring for what was best for the individual. This also caused distress and anxiety to my parent.

I couldn't be happier with the standard of care Roseberry Court achieves. My Mum is very happy living here which is paramount to me. Many thanks to everyone concerned with her care and happiness.

My mother-in-law has been in the home for a year, and the care she gets from all the lovely caring staff is second to none. The home is always clean and well-maintained. There is always a varied menu and of a high quality.

My mother tells me she likes everyone and is very happy. We can ask for no more. Thank you all.

I am being well looked after by the staff. Most of the carers are helpful and devoted to the job. The rooms are cleaned every day (hoovering etc) There is a large sitting room and a pleasant room for meals. The food is good and the menu varies. This is a pleasant care home.

Good care for the most part. Sometimes feel an extra pair of hands would be helpful/ lovely friendly staff.

Roseberry Court Care Home is a lovely, welcoming care home. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The lounges, rooms etc. are lovely - very light and cheerful. All the staff are very caring and respectful with my mother and always give us a greeting with a cheerful smile. The activities and events are very varied and enjoyable and residents are always encouraged to join in.

Mum was admitted with a view to permanency due to her dementia. All the staff were really helpful and supportive of both Mum and the family. They made the whole process stress-free. Thank you.
