I would like to thank all the staff at Roseberry Court for caring for my mother the way they are in these difficult times, especially the management and all the staff on floor 1, especially two members of staff, but all the staff are second to none. Cannot praise the staff enough. Hopefully, 2021 will
be a better year for all of us.

The home is reasonably satisfactory. Some of the staff are excellent and on the whole good. Some of the activities have been cancelled in recent months - short of staff? The activity person has been withdrawn to do care duties. You've had a bus here for some months - stationary - what a help this would
be for activities. Some concern that my sister's meals do not look aesthetic in appearance, which puts people off. Otherwise reasonable considering complex duties.

Obviously beautiful home and so inviting. All the staff are warm and friendly and are always on hand to help or answer any questions, the rooms and the whole building is very clean and presented well, it's a home from home feeling. The care, the staff give us is impeccable. I can finally relax with
my family at night knowing my dad is safe.

My mam came here as she could no longer live on her own. To say she has settled in well is a credit to the staff. Her birthday party was great and everyone made her feel like a queen and the food was great. My mam has been treated with dignity and care from all the staff and she loves it here, which

Well cared for excellent staff and accommodation. Peace of mind during day and night regarding safety and care. Lovely well-balanced meals. Laundry service very quick, usually returned to the room the same day. No complaints.

We have found Roseberry Court to be an excellent care home. All the staff are extremely friendly at whatever time we visit. They liaise professionally by telephone. Should any matters arise concerning my mother-in-law's care which we really appreciate. I would definitely recommend this home should families

My mum, on coming back out of hospital, has been treated with great care and respect. The staff are all friendly and always have time to stop and see how she is.

My sister is very happy in her care home. She can't communicate, but sings and smiles all the time, which indicate that she is content with her lot.

Grandma is happy at Roseberry Court. I volunteer each week - playing games with the residents on floor one. All the residents enjoy living here. The food is plentiful and good quality. The entertainments coordinator works very hard.

I have always found the staff very warm and friendly. They are diligent and hard-working.
I've eaten at the home on several occasions and found the food to be tasty and well-cooked. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the domestic staff work hard to keep the environment homely and welcoming.
