What can I say about this Care Home, if you are considering sending your loved one here all I can say is do it you will not regret it, I can't fault the care, consideration & love that the staff have for their residents.
They have cared for my mother as if she was a family member, they have
laughed with her, she in turn has kept them entertained & on their toes, her care until she slipped away was exemplary. I can't thank you all enough.

A big thank you to all of the care team for their kindness and support given to my mam and dad throughout December and during the Christmas dinner. It was a lovely touch, inviting families along for the dinner which my mam said was delicious, many thanks, my dad is very well cared for here from
lovely staff.

I look forward to eating these high quality meals every day. I love chicken for Sunday lunch and they do lovely pasta here. I eat everything I'm given. I would love more of the tasty chocolate cake please.

Lovely friendly environment. All staff helpful and friendly. Dad has settled in (really enjoys being here) Very happy for mam and dad to be here.

My husband had dementia and medical issues, his stay was short but he was well cared for throughout until his death. He was treated with respect and managed his dignity. Every staff member provided the best possible care to my husband. I was updated daily on his care and all of his needs were met. A
warm and kind environment which I could recommend. I was also well supported.

Very helpful and caring staff, comfortable home with nice furnishings and well maintained, like home from home. Meals looked very appetizing.

Searched for a suitable home for my mother for a while and then someone suggested this one. Went for a look around by appointment then again unannounced.
It's a beautiful clean friendly home staffed by amazing caring staff.
From the day my mother arrived, I've been kept up to date with
everything. The daily menu is great too. They also hire entertainers regularly.
Mother is so happy & well cared for. We can relax knowing she's in good hands.
So if you're thinking about this place for your loved one go for it. I'm glad we did.

My cousin is beautifully cared for by all of the professional and empathetic staff. She is happy and content with her needs. I visit 3 times each week and I have no concerns that she is cared for with compassion and first-class care.

My mother has come to the care home after nine weeks in hospital recovering from a broken hip. On our first visit to the home, we were impressed by the welcome given and clear evidence that residents were encouraged to socialise. My mum has a lovely room and the standard of decor/cleanliness is
excellent. Communal areas are extremely comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Altogether we are happy that my mother is well looked after and happy.

Since my father-in-law arrived, the care he received has been first-class. The staff are very attentive and caring. The food has always been of a good standard. As a family we are very pleased we chose this home.

Very happy with the care received for both my parents. They are on separate floors but the staff always make sure Mom and Dad see each other on most days. The care here at Sutherland Court is next to none, it's just amazing and both parents are happy to be here, especially our dad, he has thrived a
lot since coming here in June 2023.

My husband has an atypical mixed dementia, Alzheimer's and vascular, which has meant that he has declined rapidly over four years. I looked at a number of care homes before deciding to put him into Sutherland Court. He has settled in well and is happy there. His needs are met and the staff respond
well to him. He is well looked after and cared for in pleasant, homely surroundings. There are daily activities to keep him engaged and he enjoys the nutritious meals.

After researching homes in the area we found Sutherland Court Care Home the most homely, which is ideal for my mother. The room is excellent with lovely views. The Christmas decorations are beautiful and lift everyone's spirits. The staff are excellent, very attentive and all introduced themselves
on my mother's arrival. A coordinator is brilliant at organising things for the residents. he came round on the first day to introduce himself and explained what went on in the home.

Very positive experince throughout my grandma's time at Sutherland Court. Staff are always very approachable, attentive and caring. Food quality is very good. High standards of cleanliness.
Overall, as a family, we are very grateful for the support Sutherland Court has provided!

I had a mixed experience with my mum's two-week respite care. Staff generally were extremely friendly and helpful, but not all showed the same level of care or understanding towards my mum's needs. Management was excellent and displayed respect at all times. It would have been preferable if the same
staff and a higher number of staff were consistently on duty, as Mum found it difficult being cared for by so many people. Mum has quite specific needs that should have been provided for on a regular and consistent basis, but this was dependent on staff. Generally, I would consider using this Care Home again in the future.

Mum continues to thrive here at Sutherland Court. The care she is receiving is excellent. The staff are wonderful. We, as a family, are very grateful that she is in such a caring wing and respectful environment. We are kept informed of any and all matters concerning her health and well-being, which
is most reassuring for us all.
