My mum is having a two week respite stay at Cambridge Manor Care Home. We find the staff extremely warm, kind and professional. The food is very good with a range of options and very nicely served in a restaurant style. Mum is enjoying the activities and seems very happy here. It is very clean and
well looked after, looks very cosy with the decorations. We would be very happy if she decided she wanted to stay longer!

4th December. Brought my dad downstairs from the first floor, so we could share a cup of tea together. The Bruccetta with avocado was just amazing. I usually can't have the food on offer as too much dairy for me but so delighted to see something I could eat and enjoy while keeping my dad company.
Big thanks to the kitchen.

We moved our mother to the Cambridge Manor Care Home, and could not have been happier with this decision. The environment and facilities are superb; the beautiful garden, activities for all abilities and fantastic food - even for the most severe of diets and always served with a linen napkin. The
free bistro/coffee spot so visitors don't have to leave the home for a cup of tea or snack; these details make a potentially stressful experience much more manageable and even enjoyable.
But it is the staff that truly stand out; their competent and gentle care meant we knew that our mother, and our whole family were in the very best of hands.
I would very highly recommend The Cambridge Manor to anyone looking for a caring environment for their friend or relative.

Absolutely superb care of dear Professor Ronald.
The staff could not have done more to make him comfortable in his last months. Professor was always looking fresh and clean. He was treated greatly and with care and compassion.
Special mention to: Jhiny (senior nurse), Maria on 1st floor, John and
Joseph and the lovely Crystal. These are just the staff I remember. Thank you to everyone for looking after Professor so well. God bless you all.

Thank you to the well being team for arranging a wonderful cake, balloons and cards to celebrate our parents wedding anniversary. It means so much for our parents to celebrate their special day together as my stepfather is a resident on the first floor dementia floor at Cambridge Manor.

time together again and enjoyed some of the varied activities. The rooms were clean and the food was good. Communication from staff was excellent. I would certainly recommend this home.

My husband entered the nursing home after a fall in which he broke his hip. He also has advanced Parkinsons Disease which causes difficulty with movement. In both cases he is catered for very well by all the staff. The home is very well run and in particular he really enjoys the gym. The patients
dignity is very much respected by all, the activities are varied from day to day and the food is excellent. I would be very happy to recommend the home to everyone.

Cambridge Manor was suggested to me by two friends and has lived up to their warm recommendations in its care of my wife, a dementia sufferer. It strives to offer a hotel-like experience and this is obvious right from the lobby, where there is an attractive cafe with free soft drinks, snacks and
fruit. What has struck me most is the quality of the staff, who from senior managers to nurses are unfailingly kind, courteous and patient, and always have time for residents, even those who can at times pester them. The place is spotlessly clean, the food appealing and there is a wide range of activities. One particular feature is a very pretty garden at the back - surprising in a place that is close to the city centre - where residents can sit and take coffee or tea.
