A wonderful home. Caring staff. Great care. Staff have plenty of patience wtih residents. Laundry good, food good, home clean & tidy and well kept. Garden beautiful.

Both my parents entered Cambridge Manor for respite care, with my father dying soon afterwards. The whole family has been treated with such kindness and respect. The staff are exceptional! My mother is being so well looked after and it is such a relief to know that he is safe. The food is delicious
and there is a wide range of activities available. To say I am impressed is an understatement!

Unable to find fault with anything. Service and kindness frome everyone every day encouraging exercises and other activities for everyone. Very happy atmosphere for all. Food very good and unable to fault anything.

An open friendly environment. The staff create an inclusive atmosphere between everybody. Always informative and respectful.
The design of the building gives the feeling of an open, accessible space with community areas and outside space to enjoy. All kept very clean. A good choice of food at meal
times well prepared, often excellent.

The leading team on Darwin (day time) - they listen to every concern I have about my father's car and wellbeing. They form an action plan and keep me updated. They execute their roles with care, empathy and compassion. I feel they are outstanding and are a real credit to the company. I can't thank
them enough.

All the staff have been extremely helpful and caring They try to anticipate your needs they are all extremely cheerful and make your go well all the meals have been very varied and tasty The bed is extremely comfortable and the call bell is reliable

my grandfather has recently moved in to Cambridge Manor.
From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming, kind, and patient. They took time to understand his needs, preferences, and routines, helping him settle in comfortably and with dignity.
The home itself is clean, well-maintained, and
feels safe and homely rather than clinical. There always seems to be something going on to keep residents engaged, and staff encourage participation. Communication with our family has also been good - we feel informed and reassured about his care.
Most importantly, my grandfather seems happy, comfortable, and well looked after.

My grandad has recently moved into the care home and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, which has made such a difference during this transition. Grandad is settling in really well, and the care team have done an amazing job making
him feel comfortable and at home.

My mum is having a two week respite stay at Cambridge Manor Care Home. We find the staff extremely warm, kind and professional. The food is very good with a range of options and very nicely served in a restaurant style. Mum is enjoying the activities and seems very happy here. It is very clean and
well looked after, looks very cosy with the decorations. We would be very happy if she decided she wanted to stay longer!

I visited a friend in her lovely room and was treated to a superb lunch, delicious and thoughtfully served. The dining room was very attractive.

Since my wife arrived at Cambridge Manor Care Home her needs have been fully met, the care she has received is second to none. Her room, lounges, dining room and corridors are always kept spotless. Although my wife has very limited mobility there is a full and varied activities for all residents.
All staff are aways there to help, nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend Cambridge Manor Care Home without hesitation.

We moved our mother to the Cambridge Manor Care Home, and could not have been happier with this decision. The environment and facilities are superb; the beautiful garden, activities for all abilities and fantastic food - even for the most severe of diets and always served with a linen napkin. The
free bistro/coffee spot so visitors don't have to leave the home for a cup of tea or snack; these details make a potentially stressful experience much more manageable and even enjoyable.
But it is the staff that truly stand out; their competent and gentle care meant we knew that our mother, and our whole family were in the very best of hands.
I would very highly recommend The Cambridge Manor to anyone looking for a caring environment for their friend or relative.

I am very pleased with my mum's care at Cambridge Manor, very happy with the staff, and I know my mum is happy there. She has recently celebrated her birthday, and the staff put on a lovely party for her, with cake, cheese and wine. Mum loved the party, thank you very much to all the staff who
helped with the party.

Absolutely superb care of dear Professor Ronald.
The staff could not have done more to make him comfortable in his last months. Professor was always looking fresh and clean. He was treated greatly and with care and compassion.
Special mention to: Jhiny (senior nurse), Maria on 1st floor, John and
Joseph and the lovely Crystal. These are just the staff I remember. Thank you to everyone for looking after Professor so well. God bless you all.

Thank you to the well being team for arranging a wonderful cake, balloons and cards to celebrate our parents wedding anniversary. It means so much for our parents to celebrate their special day together as my stepfather is a resident on the first floor dementia floor at Cambridge Manor.

Had a lovely time for my grandma's birthday. The staff let us use the cinema room to have afternoon tea & watch old home movies. They baked a lovely cake & had the room decorated. My grandma was made to feel very special. Thank you.
