My mother has settled in very well. She is well looked after and enjoys the meals provided. We can visit any time and have sat in the lovely garden when the weather permits. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, we have even been able to bring our dog for a visit. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.

My mum has been here for a few months and we are so pleased with everything. It is a beautifully maintained home with the correct amount of well trained professional, friendly staff. The whole set deserves much credit for everything. Fabulous!

Our mum has been in Hempstalls Hall Care Home since February this year. This was initially for respite, following a fall, but we have decided that Mum is so settled and happy that she will be staying. We feel that Mum is well cared for, treated as an individual and with respect. Mum loved singing in the choir, doing chair exercises and dancing! The staff are friendly, welcoming, and Hempstalls feels like one big happy family.

Hempstalls Hall is a pleasure to visit. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and ready to discuss how your relative/friend is getting on. Whenever friends accompany me to visit my mother, they are always impressed by the environment and the staff. I am confident when I leave that my mother is being well looked after.

The staff are absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We are so happy with the care mum gets. Since mum has been in Hempstalls we have complete peace of mind. The chef is brilliant, mum has food that is more calorific as she has lost a lot of weight.

My dad has been in Hempstalls Hall for over two years now and we visit him often. I want to say how welcome we feel whenever we go in. We are invited to join in all events and activities and given wonderful refreshments. This week we tried Mexican food for Mexico Day and there are always beautiful cakes available made in house by the great chefs. It's great to be able to share these fun times with my dad. The home always looks spotless and smells lovely, with fresh flowers on Reception. it's like a boutique hotel! My dad originally wanted to try the home as he was lonely living on his own, and he always says "I couldn't be in a better place." he feels safe and cared for at all times. He's had a few health problems due to his age and the response of the staff, getting doctors and paramedics to him and checking on him at all times have been brilliant. They keep us informed at all times. Dad is so happy and we couldn't be more grateful for the amazing care he gets at Hempstalls Hall.

I am so pleased that my Mum was able to come to live at the Hempstalls. It is a lovely home with fantastic staff that enable Mum to live her best life. The activities are varied, imaginative and inclusive. The one to one sessions are a great idea. The food is superb and varied and Mum's health is vastly improved. Lovely, friendly calm atmosphere. Her medical needs are promptly met. Housekeeping is spot on and everyone works as a team.

My grandmother has only been in Hempstalls Hall Care Home for a few months but she has been very settled. Always looks cared for and the staff have always been attentive to her needs. The home has a lovely warm family feeling and as a family, we do not worry about her as we know she is in safe hands at Hempstalls Hall. Thanks to the staff for all they do.

Excellent in every way. The staff are all very nice and friendly. Comfortable, warm and clean rooms. The food is of a high standard. My dad is getting the best possible care and the staff go out of their way to make visitors feel welcome.

Mum's been here two and a half years we'll stop happy and settled. She appears to get on with all the staff and have a laugh. Staff very welcoming to myself and sister. This is a care home I would like when/if the need arises. Personally, I find the rooms a little on the small side and limited cupboard and wardrobe space but excellent care, and cleanliness, 10 out of 10. Thank you.

The resident is very happy there everytime we visit the staff are very caring and very helpful. My aunty has vascular dementia but we can see she is happy in herself and we know she is looked after extremely well.

What a wonderful place. They have looked after Dad as well as me. Nothing is too much hard work. The amount of activities that are put on for residents is wonderful. Photos of activities are put on social media and this gives me great reassurance, knowing that my dad is being looked after well. The food is amazing, all home-cooked and nutritious.

My mother has been a resident at Hempstalls Hall Care Home for just over 4 years. The care she has received and is still receiving is of the highest quality. The staff are kind, friendly and efficient. We have never had any concerns regarding Mum's care and she is very happy living at Hempstalls Hall.

My dad came to Hempstalls Hall Care Home due to his deteriorating Alzheimer's condition. The staff have always been brilliant with him, showing care, compassion and enjoying his sense of humour. It's been a big change for him but the staff have cared for Dad as though he was their grandad. After a couple of confused weeks, Dad has really settled at Hempstalls. There is a real family feel, led by the manager, who always says hello and chats. The activities include indoor and outdoor, including the pub which he loves. Sharing on the Facebook page keeps family members up-to-date and reassured. The care team kept me informed on his wellbeing and Dad now refers to Hempstalls as home. I'm so glad we found Hempstalls Hall for Dad - he is much better for it.
