Mum is well looked after, always so clean. Any questions I have are acted upon very quickly by all carers and especially the nurses.

I found the room my husband is in to be clean and fresh every time I visit, he is also well looked after, also I did have a walk around all the floors and rooms, were in good order and very clean. The carers all are polite and do their best for the residents. It is also good that the amount of
activities that they have through the years indoor, and outside when weather permitting.

I feel it would be beneficial if people suffering from dementia of the same level was situated on one floor this would give people the comfort of companionship similar to a care provider. Activities could be organised for the more able bodied patients. If the floors of the home was better organised
changing staff, by putting them on different floors to work has a huge impact on people with dementia. Familiar faces are so important to the patient. I have raised this with the manager of the home.

The care my wife receives is second to none from the people in reception to the carers on her floor. Always their to help and always able to listen if I have a problem. Well done keep up the good work.

The care home clean and has no odor. All the carers are very lovely with mum. Mum really gets on with one of the staff members.

My mother has been at Oak Lodge for four and a half years and has been looked after so well by all the staff and nothing is missed or too much trouble. My mother has enjoyed all the activities on offer over the years and her one hundred and third birthday party was amazing, having the local MP and
the Mayor as guests, thanks so much.

The staff and management are a first class team. They are always very happy to see you happy. To speak to you about anything you want to know about my sister, who is a resident at the home. I don't think that you would find a better home than Oak Lodge. Once again, I say the home staff and
management are all first class, and I can't say a bigger thank you to them. Well done, everybody, you really are a great team. Well done.

My mum has been in the care home for 6 months now. She can't communicate but staff take time and try hard to understand her needs, speaking with family and working with mum as best they can. The staff here are very kind and friendly and want the best for mum, trying different techniques to encourage
her to eat. There is a variety of food on offer and activities provided are varied, fun and engaging, there is something on each day. Staff have listened about the activities my mum used to enjoy, to include in future planning. The building itself is clean, rooms are cleaned daily. The building is safe using door codes and has a friendly receptionist.

Very happy with care received for mum. Staff patient and accommodating. Mum always clean and today. Home always spotless. Mum can be difficult at times but staff do make the effort to involve her with activities, although not always successful.

My nan has been at Oak Lodge for nearly 2 years and she has received the best care, love and respect from all who work here! From the management, carers, and cleaners to the event staff everyone goes above and beyond to look after my Nan and us all as a family. We are beyond grateful for everything
they do daily for my Nan!
