Excellent friendly staff everytime I've visited always activities on for residents, rooms are lovely with own on suite, very welcoming when anyone comes in to visit residents and always happy to help you with any enquiries or problems you have highly recommended

highly recommended always friendly and welcoming when a visit my relative any problems they will happily help you, bedrooms are quite big with own on suite shower room, often have singers on for residents which they all enjoy

My mother had an 18 day/night stay in Rosewood for Respite, she was very anxious about going in but she settled within a couple of hours. All of the staff were very welcoming, attentive and treat her, myself and her visitors with the utmost respect, she had no complaints and gave them all 10/10
(her words). All of the staff are very approachable and nothing is a bother to them, they go above and beyond to help with any concerns you may have. I would definitely recommend Rosewood House and wouldn't hesitate in using them again. Thank you all once again for looking after her it was very much appreciated. I haven't marked the activities as my mam was bedbound and didn't take part, but from what I did see the Residents all enjoyed themselves.

My Mam moved into Rosewood House in October 2024.
Right from her first day she was made to feel very welcome. Every member of staff, no matter what their role is, treated my Mam with dignity, respect and love. I was 100% confident that she was well looked after and treated with kindness.
She
recently passed away and received end of life care in Rosewood House, the tenderness everyone showed her and me and my family made those last few days bearable.

My mother has been in Rosewood for 8 and half years. She has been well looked after, all staff treat her and myself with respect. I couldn't ask for better treatment for her.

Dad was in Rosewood from January 2025 to 27 March 2025 where he sadly passed away. During his stay he was treated with compassion and respect from all the staff. The care he received was second to none. I cannot fault the staff at all for anything, they have been amazing to my dad and my family.
Even when his health deteriorated they were looking after all of us making sure we were alright and anything we needed they sorted for us. So glad we chose this home for dad, we couldn't have wanted for anything more. Even friends that visited were amazed by the staff and said that they can tell that they really love their jobs and really do care. From my family to all the staff -from the management to the domestic staff we can't thank you enough for how you were there for all of us and gave dad so much respect to make his last days to be served in peace. X

My Gran lived here for years once she was no longer able to live independently. While her memory often failed her, we saw her treated with kindness. When she turned 101, the team helped her to feel special and when she sadly died, the family felt supported.
I'd like to specially mention one
member of staff, who worked incredibly hard to ensure residents were happy.

My Mam has been there for 9 months and we're very happy with the staff and level of care provided. It feels more like a hotel and less of a care home. Always spotless, we feel very fortunate to have found it. Thank you x

Where do I start the home is amazing and care is second to none my Mam was in rosewood till she passed away in January the love she and my family received was amazing I could go on and name the lovely staff but every one of them are beautiful. I can never thank them enough for their care. X

Father receives very good care. He is very happy. He is in a safe, clean, modern environment. Carers afford considerate and respectful service. Facilities are excellent. Activities personnel provide a first class service to residents, above and beyond what was expected. Family are happy with
services and care provided.

Could not be happier with the staff and the care my mother receives. Such a happy, friendly environment and the staff really do care and interact with the residents. There are plenty of activities to keep them occupied and my mother is always kept clean and tidy.

Staff are always very helpful and pleasant. They look after my mother-in-law very well and seem genuinely kind in taking care of her needs. Her room is always kept tidy as she is not capable of looking after it herself. She loves the food there and always seems to have cups of tea made for her. Our
whole family feel comforted that she seems to be taken care of really well.

Because of Covid-19 restrictions, we were unable to visit Rosewood House until the end of life of our mother. However, the staff were excellent in supporting us to make video calls and relaying messages when deafness became a problem so that we could stay in constant touch. We cannot speak too
highly of every member of staff whether administration, care or management, even the gardener was pleased to meet us. The overall impression in the home was of warmth, comfort and support for all whilst professional standards overarched everything.

It is such a bright, clean and nice environment. 100% of staff are helpful, pleasant and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. Every part of the home is amazing and a pleasure to visit.
