The nursing care my mother has received has continued to go above and beyond. September was a difficult month with frequent trips to A+E for mum. The home has liaised with me throughout and worked hard to keep mum comfortable and safe. The nursing staff have been so kind and caring, not just to my mum but to me too. I honestly cannot fault the care received and under such difficult circumstances for the staff. At the end of the day, it is the care that is important and we've certainly received the best.

Midland Care are always very efficient when it comes to any queries we have had and the carers always ensure that my Father is well looked after and are always their to help with his needs and also give lovely conversations to help with all the residents mental wellbeing.Sometimes I feel they could do with extra help ie more staff on occasions but they never fail us.Overall very happy

Mum has been a resident at MCH for the last 4 years. She has always been treated with the upmost dignity with safeguards put in place as her dementia has progressed. The staff are very loving and caring and always have a smile and reassurance when needed.

The Care Home and staff give exemplary care to my mother. They keep us informed of anything we need to know and ask for input to any key decisions. We are able to visit at any time and do not feel pressured to leave or not visit in the first place.

I am extremely pleased with the care that my husband, who has dementia, receives. He is very happy at the home and we go out to town and visiting me at home. Everyone on the staff is very approachable and helpful with any queries There are various activities arranged and my husband enjoys the singers and also sing alongs with the staff.

My Great Aunt arrived at Midland Care Home very thin and frail, not taking her medication properly and not at all happy. She is now very content when we visit and is properly cared for by the staff. Staff are always very welcoming to visitors and treat each resident as an individual which really helps them to feel at home. Would happily recommend.

I've had good care given to my partner during good times and bad. Always made very welcome when I arrive and everyone from top of ladder to bottom all are happy/friendly people. Always willing to answer any questions. They all seem to treat each person as one of their relations, they try to have each one special. At times I think the home is a little tired looking but have had a coat of paint and new furniture. But to me it's the care and love that counts and it has that for sure. I thank each and every one.

My mum has been cared for at midland for over three years. In this time, the staff have got to know her needs and adapt the care she is given to suit her. She has dementia and previously had a lot of anxiety in the care home settings she lived in. However, at Midland the consistent staffing has given her the confidence to join in with more activities. As relatives, we always are made welcome when we visit. We are all confident that mum is receiving the best possible care, and in her own way she feels safe and cared for.

All the staff without exception are always friendly and speak to us, the home is very clean. The meals are homely and nutritious. Our relative is clean, happy and well cared for. She enjoys the bingo games in particular I would and have recommended the Midland to other people.

Staff at Midland House have an excellent understanding of Dad's needs. They always go above and beyond to ensure that Dad is comfortable and take the time to have a cheerful chat with him, no matter how busy they are. Communication between staff and family is excellent.

Staff are wonderful, they are so helpful and caring. There is activities all the time which mum really enjoys. The care mum receives is excellent. The home is clean and well kept, the same goes for the garden, this year had the added bonus of a raised vegetable garden.

Myself and my sister are so happy we moved our Great Aunt into Midland Care Home. She is so much more settled and extremely well cared for. The staff are amazing and genuinely caring. She is eating well thanks to the great food she receives and is kept very clean and smart. The care home has a lovely atmosphere and is so lovely to visit. Thank you for caring for our Aunt so well.

Staff are very friendly and polite let me know if they have any concerns with my mum lovely place very clean and tidy. Do lots of event for family to come and enjoy with there family member. And very happy place to be

My mum has been with Midland Care Home for a few years now. I have found all the staff to be caring, helpful, supportive and understanding of my mum's needs. Nothing is too much trouble and they understand what she needs and communicate very with us. Everything about this establishment is spot on. Very well done to everyone at Midland Care Home.

My dad is receiving excellent care from this home. All the staff are caring, considerate and are always friendly. My dad was sick recently and one lady in particular went above and and beyond to help him. His room is always immaculate and he is very settled. My dad seems to enjoy the food and they always have fun activities for the residents to join in with. I have noticed that they do not have a big change over of staff which I like. It gives consistency and confidence to the residents.

My dad has thrived since being here, I was so worried but they have saved his life, he was going down hill at home but since being here he has gained weight, less confused and they just adore him , they go above and beyond, when he was poorly a staff member tried everything to get him to drink and eat, sitting with him for hours, the way they interact with him is lovely and hearing him laugh, I cannot recommend the carehome high enough ! 5 stars all round

on arriving at the home i am greeted politely and cheerful greetings and all the staff say hello. i help feed my wife with excellent food and drink the rooms look comfortable and roomy the doors are left open so staff can see my wife and say hello to her, they are looking after my wife very well she seems more relaxed and content. thank you

Our family is really pleased with the care our grandmother receives at Midlands Care Home. The staff are kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference to her day-to-day experience. There are plenty of activities and social events to keep her engaged, and she often tells us how much she enjoys them. It's comforting to know she's in a safe, caring environment where she feels supported. There's always room for little improvements, but overall, we're very happy with the care and attention she receives. Thank you to the team for all that you do!

Cannot fault any of the staff at Midland Care Home.They all go above annd beyond with caring and looking after my mum since she went in from hospital the end of April this year. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Everything about this establishment is spot on. Very well done to everyone at Midland Care Home.

Mum has been a resident at MCH for the last 4 years. She has always been treated with the upmost dignity with safeguards put in place as her dementia has progressed. The staff are very loving and caring and always have a smile and reassurance when needed.
