My Mum needed palliative nursing care and she wanted to go to somewhere closer to where I live. I was recommended Midland Nursing Home by a few people and I am so glad we chose Midland for her. Trish the manager was excellent in informing me about every step making it a seamless transition for Mum
from hospital to the home. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming, and Mum has excellent carers on her floor, the Lily floor. I can take comfort in the fact she will be looked after properly and her needs will be met to a high standard. It's still early days but I would definitely recommend Midland Nursing home to anyone needing excellent care for their family member or friend.

Lovely experience checking my mum in with Trish and Elena. Everyone seems really kind and helpful and the facilities seem great. All staff are very accommodating and happy to help. I think my mum will be very happy and comfortable here.

Great activities. Visiting isn't limited to a time. Great and varied food. Staff are all friendly, happy and fantastic at their job. Staff and management listen to my needs and act accordingly. They always stay calm.

Absolutely outstanding experience for mum. The team are so awesome with mum even through her bad days. The team always make me feel welcome over the phone each time I call for mum from America. Thank you to the office staff who always answer our questions promptly when we call to check on mum. The
place is clean and mum seems to be happy. I am glad they do activities with them and get the residents to mingle. I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and care they put into every step. Thank you MGH for a great experience with our mum granny.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. I can see that they care about/for the residents as I witness this regularly. The lady I visit has a good rapport with the staff and seems very happy to be residing there. The place is clean and so are the staff.

We continue to be immensely grateful for the care that Trish and her team are giving dad.. They completely focus on being caring patient and respectful. .

MCH overall are doing a great job taking care of my mum, Daisy, Teresa and the rest of the team are in tune with her needs as a Dementia patient. MCH offer some really good entertainment for the residents.

The care provided for my mother is first class. Even though she is now non verbal and bed bound staff really do go above and beyond to help her and to give her as much care as she needs.
The staff spend countless hours caring for her and ensuring she is well fed, watered and moved regularly.

Early days, but staff were friendly, helpful and full of information. On the floor care continues to be first class to both patient and visitors.
Home is clean and tidy and have been encouraged to make room feel like home with personal items.

I visited Midland care Home today for the first time as my mum was transferred there from hospital but had previously been in another care home in Wellingborough. First impressions are excellent. The staff are really professional. They answered all my questions. I feel really reassured moving
forward. I think my mother will be getting better care than in her previous placement and I've got nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the facilities and the quality of this home. Clearly the ethos of this home is a strong client-centered approach and certainly they are doing all they can to tailor the care needs for my mother and also meeting all my personal requirements and concerns.

The care mum receives is of a high standard. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are always friendly and approachable. The management team have been very supportive to mum and our family since mums health has declined.

The staff are all amazing and nothing is too much for them.Since my Father Frank has been in the home and that's over 14 months now they have always made him feel welcome and always try to include him in all activities by the amazing entertainment team.I would never think about moving him as he
settled really well here and that's because of the staffs hard work and treating the residents with upmost respect. Many thanks to you all

Mum been with MCH for 3.5 years now. Always treated her with utmost dignity and compassion in all the time she has been there. As her dementia has progressed and now unable to walk or talk safety measures been introduced as disease progresses.

The staff are wonderful and caring, and when we say staff, we mean everyone - care staff, domestic staff, admin, the handyman, and the activity team. Every single person plays a part in making the home such a warm and supportive place.
There are activities on most days for the residents to do
such as quizzes , bingo, gentle exercise, art and crafts, the activities are thoughtful and enjoyable, and the home regularly brings in outside entertainment, such as a the 'Mini Zoo', which my mum absolutely loves.
Mum has been living there for over three years, she is 101 years old and she looks upon Midland Care as her 'Home' and the staff as 'Family'. The care, kindness, and respect she receives give us complete peace of mind. We are so grateful to all the staff for everything they do and would highly recommend this care home.
We viewed 6 care homes in the area and as a family we are so pleased that we choose Midland Care Home we cannot praise the staff enough.

My mother has been living in the care home for the past three years and is now 101 years old. From the very beginning, she was made to feel welcome, and she has become completely settled and happy there. As a family, we have absolute peace of mind knowing that she is safe, comfortable, and so well
cared for.
The range and quality of activities provided are exceptional. She particularly enjoys the bingo, quizzes, and sing-alongs, and she looks forward to the Christmas party and the pantomime every year. These activities bring her a great deal of joy and help her stay socially and mentally active.
What truly sets the home apart is the staff. Every member of the team is caring, friendly, and helpful. They treat my mother with dignity and respect, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Their warmth and dedication shine through in everything they do.

Everything is cleaned including laundry services. He has cheered up since being transferred from hospital and it good to see him speaking to staff.

Mum has days when wants to go back to her own home. Yesterday, she said she feels safe at the care home. She has been leaving her room and going to lunch and socialising more. I cannot fault the kindness, respect and care she has received. The staff have made a difficult situation so much easier for
us as a family.

This is the opinion of the resident my husband. The standard of care is very high. The staff are kind and compassionate, even when I have been most unwell and they have had to perform unpleasant tasks. The facilities could do with updating but when I have complained about anything the problems are
immediately addressed. The activities are very good and varied and I enjoy them greatly. The food is good. I am very happy in this care home .
