Mum has just moved into Hawthorn Court. The transition, although difficult for Mum, has been made very easy.
Staff are all very friendly and courteous. Mum is very engaged as lots of activities going on.
Thanks to staff and management for making mum feel so welcome!

Had experience of Hawthorn Court with a previous relative and was always and still am very impressed with the cleanliness, nice atmosphere and very pleasant and caring staff. There always seems to be some activity when we come to visit, great ideas to stimulate the residents (great pictures and
videos on social media). My sister in law settled in straight away when she came in and always tells us how happy she is here. PS, her room is lovely.

My dad has been a resident for 2 years and has received excellent care in this time. The staff are all kind and caring, treating all residents with respect and dignity. Hawthorn Court has good sized room swhich are all kept clean and tidy, as is the whole building. The outside space and garden are
very well kept, too. Management/reception team are professional, and there's always something going on, courtesy of the activity team, from games to gentle exercise and trips out. By far the best care home my dad has been in.

The staff and everyone who works here are lovely, and my mother in law has settled in well. She looks much better in herself, so we feel she is being well looked after. Thank you everyone.

My mam has gained a new lease of life since arriving at Hawthorn Court. Staff are absolutely amazing, and the home is immaculate. This is the best decision we ever made.

When I visit the staff are all so friendly and the home has a lovely atmosphere. Communal areas always appear clean and John's room is always clean and tidy. John enjoys the music activities when singers or musicians attend. Relatives are welcome to attend too and it's nice to see him smiling and
tapping his feet along with the music.

My mother has been a resident at Hawthorn Care Home for over 4 years and the kind care and attention she receives from all the staff is outstanding. The care home is spotless in all areas. The restaurant is bright and airy. I viewed many care homes before deciding Hawthorn Court was the best for my
mum. I know when I leave her, she is in excellent hands, so therefore I don't worry, and I know she is well looked after. All the staff go above and beyond, so I personally would give Hawthorn Court 5 stars all the way. Cannot thank you all enough for your hard work and dedication.

Sinclair has been in another home, by a long shot; this is the best; the attention to detail is very good. Have sampled lunches and tea, both very good. I am very proud of how the staff have looked after Sinclair as a ninety-two-year-old. If I have to go into care, I hope it's in here. David

Hawthorn Court Care Home is a beautiful care home. The staff are all so kind and caring and treat all residents with respect and dignity. I would like to make a particular mention of Tessa. She was the first point of contact when I first viewed the home. She was so kind and friendly, and is an
excellent ambassador for Hawthorn Court. She greets everyone and always makes time to ask about us and tells me how my mam is doing.
A real credit to Hawthorn Court.

Visited my aunt who is now a permanent resident at Hawthorne Court.
Lovely atmosphere when I entered the home, feeling welcomed by all the staff. Her room is lovely and she told me about the dinner she had just had, which she enjoyed. We went into the lounge where a few of the residents were doing
very light physical activities. Christmas music was playing and we were all offered tea and cakes. My aunt is very happy here which made me happy too.

I am so pleased with the care and support you provide for my grandma.

The staff are all so friendly and the admin team are excellent in all aspects of their communication.

Hawthorn is an amazing home, having been a volunteer there for almost 2 years, I had no hesitation when I was able to secure a room there for my mother. Staff are so friendly and caring. Good communication between the staff and family is very reassuring when you worry now your relative is. Plenty of
activities for those who want to take part.

My mam was made very welcome when she arrived at the home after a bad experience at another home. All staff make you feel at home when you arrive for a visit and do everything to make my mam's stay as comfortable as possible.

Mam is well looked after at Hawthorn Court, the staff are friendly and treat her with dignity & treat her as family. The staff are such hard working and are always busy. A true family atmosphere/vibe in the home.

I am very pleased with how the staff at Hawthorn Court look after my mam. They are always diligent, caring, and so supportive of all of her needs. The communication is always excellent, too.

My mam is so relaxed here, she's been here two years, all the staff are so heloful, all the residents seem to get along most of the time, it's a well looked after care home.
