Reception/front of house - brilliant communication skills and customer service. They have such a welcoming attitude, always smiling, always helpful, just fantastic. They go over and beyond, and I often arrive to them sitting chatting to mam on their breaks.

On my visit I noticed that the care & support in Hawthorn Court is second to none. All of the staff are very attentive & show genuine concern for all residents. There are always lots of activities going on & as far as I can see all of the residents appear happy and content. The home is immaculate, so
clean & smells beautiful. The outside space & garden is very well looked after too. It's fabulous!

Hawthorn Court is a 'home from home', a lovely light environment, but the greatest attribute is the staff! Always kind, friendly, caring, just what I would want for my aunt. As my own Mam always says, "this place can't be beaten".

I really can't praise this place enough, we were nervous about choosing the right care home for my mam, but right from the initial visit, the staff have been first class, the manager and her team have made sure that my mam's move to the care home went smoothly. Nothing is too much for the staff, and
everything you ask for is done. The rooms are lovely and my mam is settling in nicely, enjoying the new friends she's made, the activities and the food! We can't praise Hawthorn Court enough... Thank you!! xx

From entering the care home, you feel so welcome, reception staff are very friendly and helpful and keen to assist. They also recognised you, which is excellent and provided us with drinks on a hot day. The facilities are top-class. Writing this review in the garden, which is very neat and tidy, with
beautiful flower displays and comfortable furniture. All staff show courtesy and care to my sister, which is very reassuring.

Since arriving in Hawthorn Court 18 months ago, our aunt has been well looked after by all of the staff. Everyone is so kind and considerate, and my aunts' needs are well catered for.

The management and staff went above and beyond in making sure my mother was kept comfortable at the end of her life.
Their help and support to the family in Mama's final weeks were nothing short of excellent.

My dad has been in Hawthorn Court for 3 years now. The staff are all amazing, from the reception staff, carers and caterers to the home management, nothing is too much trouble and they attend to my dad's every need, keeping him safe & well. 5 stars!

The staff at Hawthorn Court were exceptional whilst caring for my mother, who suffered from alzheimers. My mother recently passed away. The staff were very kind, helpful, and the carers provided the best care they could have ever provided. Not only to my mam but they also supported the family through
a very difficult illness.
I would certainly recommend the care home to others.

I visit my friend every week at Hawthorn Court. He is always happy, and the home has plenty of activities going on, which we join in with.
The staff are always extremely helpful, and you always get a warm welcome from the reception staff.
