On entering Hawthorn Court Care Home, I found it all very welcoming, clean, friendly and a happy environment. All staff were very pleasant, cheerful and attentive. The residents looked clean, well cared for, chatty and content. So far, after my initial good impression, this care home appears to be well-run,
efficient and a happy place.

We would like to thank everyone at Hawthorn Court for the lovely welcome we received from day one.
Our aunt has settled in very well and is very happy in her new home. Her room is very nice and comfortable and all of the staff are very attentive and considerate of her needs. Everyone is so friendly

The family of my late mother would like to give their thanks to every member of staff in Hawthorn Court. Our mam was always given the best care possible.  She was always very well looked after, well fed and her clothing and her room always kept immaculate. Care staff always gave our mam the very best
care. We would also like to thank you all for supporting us through our mam's final days, you all made sure Mam was comfortable and peaceful and your kindness to all of us knew no bounds. From all our families.

My mother-in-law has been a resident of Hawthorn Court since October 2023.
She seems very content there. Her care needs are met to a high standard and are specific to her as an individual.
My husband and I are involved in all aspects of her care and are kept informed of any issues as they arise.
When
we visit we always leave knowing she is in safe hands. It means a lot to us to know she is settled, happy, safe and well looked after. Thank you all.

My mother who is registered blind and has also been recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's was initially discharged from hospital to Hawthorn Court in October having previously been in sheltered accommodation with extra care.
The change in her overall has been very positive.
The staff are all lovely,
very caring and have taken time to get to know Mam as an individual as well as her closest family.
We could not be happier with the care and service.

Due to experience in other homes, this is definitely the best. My brother is very happy here. The staff is excellent and the home is so well run and nothing is a bother to them all. My brother is very well looked after which makes the family happy too.

My auntie has been a resident here for 3 years now and she has dementia.
Her carers do a wonderful job and are always smiling and friendly whenever I visit. The home is a welcoming environment and I can't find fault in it.
