I visit my friend every week at Hawthorn Court. He is always happy, and the home has plenty of activities going on, which we join in with.
The staff are always extremely helpful, and you always get a warm welcome from the reception staff.

I have always found the staff at Hawthorn Court Care Home very friendly and approachable. The care appears to be excellent. Residents always appear well dressed and clean. The food looks nice and tasty. The home is always clean and tidy. I really think all the staff are great.

What an amazing place Hawthorn Court is! My Dad hasn't been there very long, but from the moment we entered the building for a visit to quickly moving in, it has been amazing. It has a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Management and care staff are so friendly and attentive to residents and visitors.
The home's interior is to a high standard and immaculately clean. Meals are made to a very high standard and there's always lots of fab activities going on.

Mam is well looked after at Hawthorn Court. Whilst her needs have changed since she moved here, the care and support she gets has adjusted as needed. Her regular carers know her and her likes and dislikes and keep us informed when we visit, or telephone if more urgent. Housekeeping, activities, reception
and catering are all great too. The redecoration is nice and would be good to extend to the bedrooms too.

My dad has settled her very well, is is well looked after and says the food is lovely. There are plenty of staff on hand at all times when my dad needs a hand with anything. My dad says he is happy here and it's nice to see him with a smile on his face. He loves the entertainment that the home brings
in and we are looking forward to spending some time in the gardens when the weather picks up.

The staff always very friendly. They look after mum very well and she loves the sponge puddings and the meals are very good according to mum. There is always plenty to do - outings on the bus dominos, choir and nursery school visits and she loves it when Elvis comes to visit so she can join in the singing.

I cannot fault Hawthorn Court. The manager is so helpful, understanding and her priority is her residents care and happiness and well being.
The staff are all so approachable and helpful. The care home is homely and spotless. They have made my mums transitions so accommodating and as stress free as

This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do - place my husband in care and Hawthorne Court have worked with me in a very kind and respectful way to allow my husband my husband to feel he is at home and for me part of that home. It continues to be very difficult for me but it is somewhat easier that
my husband is safe, respected, treated with dignity and feels safe.

The staff are so welcoming, they make you feel they are part of a family. They listen to your concerns and act upon them. Dad has been allowed to lead his own care with respect, dignity and safety always a priority. The facility is immaculately clean and has no unpleasant smells. The energy in Hawthorn
Court is always fabulous with staff smiling and talking to you. They take the time to "see you" to know your name and kindness shines through.
