My dad has been in Hawthorn Court for 3 years now. The staff are all amazing, from the reception staff, carers and caterers to the home management, nothing is too much trouble and they attend to my dad's every need, keeping him safe & well. 5 stars!

The staff at Hawthorn Court were exceptional whilst caring for my mother, who suffered from alzheimers. My mother recently passed away. The staff were very kind, helpful, and the carers provided the best care they could have ever provided. Not only to my mam but they also supported the family...

What an amazing place Hawthorn Court is! My Dad hasn't been there very long, but from the moment we entered the building for a visit to quickly moving in, it has been amazing. It has a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Management and care staff are so friendly and attentive to residents and visitors. The home's interior is to a high standard and immaculately clean. Meals are made to a very high standard and there's always lots of fab activities going on.

Her regular carers know her and her likes and dislikes and keep us informed when we visit, or telephone if more urgent. Housekeeping, activities, reception and catering are all great too. The redecoration is nice and would be good to extend to the bedrooms too.
