Admin team really polite and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help no matter what the problem, which makes the building feel more like a home.

From entering the care home, you feel so welcome, reception staff are very friendly and helpful and keen to assist. They also recognised you, which is excellent and provided us with drinks on a hot day. The facilities are top-class. Writing this review in the garden, which is very neat and tidy, with beautiful flower displays and comfortable furniture. All staff show courtesy and care to my sister, which is very reassuring.

Since arriving in Hawthorn Court 18 months ago, our aunt has been well looked after by all of the staff. Everyone is so kind and considerate, and my aunts' needs are well catered for. We would like to thank everyone for their help and hard work, and for keeping us well informed.

The management and staff went above and beyond in making sure my mother was kept comfortable at the end of her life. Their help and support to the family in Mama's final weeks were nothing short of excellent. We now regard these people not only as carers, but as family friends.

Care staff showed kindness and compassion to my mother throughout, and particularly in her final days. The level of care exceeded expectations. They were also considerate and compassionate to the family.

My dad has been in Hawthorn Court for 3 years now. The staff are all amazing, from the reception staff, carers and caterers to the home management, nothing is too much trouble and they attend to my dad's every need, keeping him safe & well. 5 stars!

The staff at Hawthorn Court were exceptional whilst caring for my mother, who suffered from alzheimers. My mother recently passed away. The staff were very kind, helpful, and the carers provided the best care they could have ever provided. Not only to my mam but they also supported the family through a very difficult illness. I would certainly recommend the care home to others.

I visit my friend every week at Hawthorn Court. He is always happy, and the home has plenty of activities going on, which we join in with. The staff are always extremely helpful, and you always get a warm welcome from the reception staff. Thank you for looking after my friend so well.

I have always found the staff at Hawthorn Court Care Home very friendly and approachable. The care appears to be excellent. Residents always appear well dressed and clean. The food looks nice and tasty. The home is always clean and tidy. I really think all the staff are great.

What an amazing place Hawthorn Court is! My Dad hasn't been there very long, but from the moment we entered the building for a visit to quickly moving in, it has been amazing. It has a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Management and care staff are so friendly and attentive to residents and visitors. The home's interior is to a high standard and immaculately clean. Meals are made to a very high standard and there's always lots of fab activities going on.

Mam is well looked after at Hawthorn Court. Whilst her needs have changed since she moved here, the care and support she gets has adjusted as needed. Her regular carers know her and her likes and dislikes and keep us informed when we visit, or telephone if more urgent. Housekeeping, activities, reception and catering are all great too. The redecoration is nice and would be good to extend to the bedrooms too.
