Generally good. Staff usually very helpful but sometimes understaffed and have to ask residents to wait while they attend other jobs. Medication not always given at the correct time, especially at night staff have been busy. In my opinion, reception should be staffed EVERY day to ensure only legitimate visitors enter premises. It has come to my notice that it is possible to get in and simply walk in unopposed.
