I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for the care and support you give to my friend. It brings me so much comfort knowing she is in such a safe, caring, and supportive environment.
The staff are always kind, patient, and respectful, and it's clear that they genuinely care about her
wellbeing and happiness. She is always clean, comfortable, and well-presented when I visit, and the home itself is warm, welcoming, and well looked after.
What stands out the most is how you treat her with dignity and compassion. You take the time to understand her needs, listen to her, and make her feel valued. I can see that she feels settled and cared for, which means everything to those of us who love her.
Thank you for the amazing work you do every single day. It truly makes a difference.

My Mum has been in Barton Lodge for a couple of months now and I have seen an improvement in her mental and physical well being .
The home is immaculate, the staff are so kind and caring and I know Mum is safe and being so well cared for .

My mum is currently being cared for in Barton Lodge and I am really happy with the care mum receives. The staff are professional, caring, polite, cheerful and kind. I am a retired nurse myself - and this is my mum who I love dearly so it wasnt easy to find the right place but we are very happy with
the care here and the choice we made.

Our mum came to Barton Lodge in March, and from the first day the staff have made her feel welcome, safe and comfortable, which gives us great peace of mind. She is always clean and tidy as are all other residents. The home is always clean and welcoming. There are lots of different activities,
including keep fit and different entertainment as well as residents and family parties. We would like to thank all the staff for the fantastic work they do, which has been a lifeline for us as a family during difficult circumstances.

Lovely warm entrance and environment. Reception staff always helpful. The care is exceptional and nothing is too much trouble, from finding a blanket that my mum likes to providing medical care. My mum is very happy, she enjoys the company and feels very safe. Carers are always visible and interact
with residents. There is a high standard of care at Barton Lodge. I feel very lucky that my mum is a member of their community.

From the moment my dad arrived at Barton Lodge, we felt very reassured that he was in a lovely place and in good hands. Throughout his stay, we repeatedly saw the kind, expert, compassionate, patient, thorough and attentive care my dad was given by the whole team. Knowing that my dad was there - in
such a lovely, safe environment and being so well cared for - gave us complete peace of mind. My dad was calm and 'at home' at Barton Lodge and we are so grateful to all the staff for everything they did for him. Thank you.

The staff and carers are so friendly, helpful and caring. Whenever I visit, there is always someone popping in to see my mum to check on her and attend to her needs. I am always made to feel welcome. The home is always clean and tidy and well maintained. My mum particularly enjoyed the summer
barbecue this year which I also attended and she is pleased with the garden outside her window following
Various gardening days arranged by the home, her garden and those surrounding it look lovely and colourful. I would not even consider using a different care home as this one is so good.

My nan is staying at Barton lodge care home, she has settled in well; the management and staff have made her feel at home, they are kind, caring and supportive.
The home is clean and well maintained, and she has a lovely room, we were able to personalise to her needs.
The activity staff worked
hard getting to know the likes and preferences of each individual.

Barton Lodge provide excellent care for my mother. The management have created a friendly, relaxing environment with beautiful surroundings. The care staff are exceptional and do all they can to provide friendly and professional 'round-the-clock' care for my mother. The staff provide my mother with
all the help she needs so she can continue to live a happy and content life. The family are happy that mum is at Barton Lodge and is receiving the best possible care.

Mum has been in Barton Lodge for the last 4 weeks. From the start, she settled in well and the staff have been lovely and supportive to her and us as her family. They have made the whole situation very pleasant. Mum has also appeared to thrive whilst being in here from the stimulation and
interaction and the care received.

The home itself is very clean and spacious, the room are well-equipped and are spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the quality of care my mother is receiving, puts my mind at rest that she is well cared for.

My gran was a resident at Barton Lodge, an amazing care home with excellent facilities and staff. Regular tea trolleys a day and a range of activities by the activities coordinator. Staff are amazing with the care and love they give to each and every resident.

I don't know where to start. Amazing nursing home. The home manager and team are just outstanding; caring, thoughtful and friendly. When we viewed within seconds we knew this was the place to put my auntie, it's like a hotel; spacious, spotless, clean. The Rooms are massive, they even have a cinema
room, the food is wonderful, the decor is out of this world. Even seeing the staff so caring and interacting with other residents is so heartwarming. The day my auntie was moving in we were allowed to have her room all sorted and cosy before she arrived. From the front door my auntie hasn't stopped smiling. We had problems with washing and changing clothes before and within twenty-four hours my auntie had full washes as in baths, changed clothes, hair cut, nails done and is smiling even more. This was for sure a golden find, I personally couldn't be happier that this is where my auntie is. I haven't seen that smile in years. She talks to everyone and just settled so well in a few days. Thank you Home Manager and team.

The staff at Barton Lodge are amazing, really caring and always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms are lovely and large and the food is of amazing quality.
My mother is really happy here, I cannot thank Barton Lodge enough, keep up the amazing work.

I cannot fault the team at Barton Lodge. My grandad is really happy there. The staff cannot do enough. All his needs are always met with such compassion. I've heard lots of terrible things about various care homes so I was naturally nervous, but there was no need to be, the team here are fab. Thanks

My mother went in for 2 weeks respite and the care and service she got while being in there was outstanding. Everyone is so pleasant from the front desk to carers and management. Nothing was too much for any of them. Would highly recommend.

My dad stayed here for 3 weeks respite. He had a wonderful stay and was well cared for. The home has had a beautiful refurbishment, it’s lovely and clean, the rooms are well laid out and it has a warm friendly and homely atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to ensure that my dad’s dietary
requirements were met and he was well catered for. There was as plenty of activities, stimulation and socialisation for my dad which he thoroughly enjoyed. The staff and management were brilliant at such short notice and I would highly recommend Barton Lodge.
