Mum stayed here for 2 weeks to give me a break. She has dementia and I was very happy for her to be in this care home.

Dad was in for 2 weeks respite. He was well looked after & respected by carers. He had help with showers, was encouraged to leave his room to meet other residents, dad is a bit shy, was made to feel welcome. He made friends whilst in there. He said the food was lovely, he didn't want for anything. He enjoyed his time there. Room could do with updating, decorating wise. Be nice if shower was in his room.

Since my cousin has been here the deputy manager has been great with help with his care and that has not been easy. Because he has been very hard work. They have managed him very well and I am truly happy with all their service and I am truly grateful with all their help.

The staff treat Dad with dignity and respect and are always there to help him. They check on him everytime they pass his room and always help him to the dining room for his meals. He gets on well with them.

Lovely friendly staff and nice clean care home, well organised and run. Residents seem happy, definitely one to consider ! Nice big garden with benches flowers etc, newly refurbished dining room. Even met the chef and he was lovely.

Collinson House care home has a lovely special feel to it. It's not a showy place like some, but it is clean, well organised with a relaxed feel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The newly finished dining room is well set and the home has a nice intimate cozy feel about it. I would definitely recommend and know several friends with relatives that have been very happy with the care provided in this home.

The standard of care is excellent. I am so pleased my husband is being so well looked after. Staff and management are so approachable. Massive thank you to everybody who works here. Special thank you to the deputy manager for always caring and has spent so much time understanding my husband's needs.

All the staff are always friendly, warm all welcoming. My grandmother is fond of the staff and they always keep me updated on a regular basis if there are any changes with her health.

Excellent care for my brother. He is very happy - staff cater for his diet and religion. My brother enjoys Collinson House and management are amazing.

Since my mum has moved in here, I have seen her change for the better. She has told me on many occasions how much she loves it here. The staff are lovely and professional at all times. Her safety and security along with her happiness are all taken seriously. She is treated with dignity and respect. I honestly think this is an amazing place!

Staff always helpful, home has a nice atmosphere. Nice outside garden space for dry weather, plenty of seating. Residents always seem happy.

I am very pleased that I chose Collinson House for my aunt to stay at. Everyone is so friendly and she is cared for and looked after in every way possible. I always feel welcome here by all the staff and they always make time for me if I need to discuss anything to do with my aunt. I have visited other care homes in the area and I have found that Collinson House is the best. I would recommend anybody who is looking for a care home to apply to this one. I have never found any faults with the place and I am happy that my aunt is here.

Mum has recently entered Collinson for respite car. She has received excellent care and I am kept fully informed of her wellbeing. Food is great and staff are very helpful, kind & approachable. They really care about their residents and treat them with kindness & respect.

I cannot fault the care at this care home. The manager, one member of staff in particular, plus all the staff give 100% to all their residents. They work tirelessly to bring comfort to the residents and also look after the relatives when times are difficult. A big thank you to you all.

The care home was very enjoyable and very friendly. The place was very clean and everybody there was very helpful. The food was good, all the facilities were very good as well.

I cannot commend this care home highly enough. The management are hard working and dedicated to providing the best care possible. All staff are friendly and helpful. This is an outstanding care home.

My grandma stayed here for respite care and I couldn't thank the staff enough. The care was brilliant and the staff were very attentive, are always very helpful, supportive and happy. The rooms are very clean, the food is great and there are plenty of activities for the residents to choose from. I would highly recommend this home to others.
