I have not been to the bedroom however it is always personal to my friend. THe new manager has made some nice changes to the common room, I have noticed residents talking to each other more. Which is very nice keep up the good work!

Staff are very professional, polite, friendly and are genuinely caring to all residents. My mum settled in much better and quicker than I personally expected which i credit to the nature of the staff. Facilities are excellent.

The facilities are clean,neat and tidy and are currently enjoying being updated and re configured by the new manager.
The new manager appears to really enjoy her work and keen to keep the residents feeling at home.

My mum has been to Collinson House twice now for respite care to enable me to have a break. On both occasions the staff were friendly, helpful and caring. A shout out to Hannah who was very reassuring and caring trying to put both mine and my mums mind at ease so I could have a nice break away. A shout out to Mandy aswell who was very encouraging and the rest of the staff who work very hard. When I picked my mum up she was looking happier and healthier. My mum was here twice the first time for a month then again for end of life care. The home itself could do with a bit of decorating but you cannot fault the staff. They are so caring and compassionate to the patients and visitors. I highly recommend this home

My brother is in very high spirits, looks extremely healthy, very chatty. I was so pleased to see him like this and I can't thank the staff enough for all the care and attention they have given him.

My elderly uncle has been here for a month respite from a hospital stay and looking at permanent stay. I cannot fault the care he is receiving from the moment we met the manager and her fantastic staff. I knew it was the place for him. They go above and beyond and my uncle is very happy there.

Since my cousin has been here the deputy manager has been great with help with his care and that has not been easy. Because he has been very hard work. They have managed him very well and I am truly happy with all their service and I am truly grateful with all their help.

The staff treat Dad with dignity and respect and are always there to help him. They check on him everytime they pass his room and always help him to the dining room for his meals. He gets on well with them.

I would definitely recommend and know several friends with relatives that have been very happy with the care provided in this home.
The standard of care is excellent. I am so pleased my husband is being so well looked after. Staff and management are so approachable. Massive thank you to everybody who works here. I am a focused and driven manager with a strong belief in developing our team in order to provide exceptional care delivery. I love to spend time with family and friends and enjoy swimming, reading and cooking in my free time.
