Overall Experience
I have visited this home on several occasions and have been impressed and satisfied every time.
Staff have been very friendly and always around to help.
I have noted that carers are aware of where residents are at all times.
I have observed residents being treated with respect and dignity and several activities are provided for entertainment.

The bedrooms and other facilities (eg toilets) are both clean and private.

Staff extremely helpful.
They are always busy.
The home has many demanding patients and the staff have a kind nature.
My mother aged 93 years realises the demands on staff as her body lets her down but her mind is mostly still in step.

She has over her time here decided to stay to try to recover.

Overall Experience

I approached Collinson House quite recently due to my mother's rapid decline both physically and mentally. They assessed her the same day and a place was prepared for when she came out of hospital. Since then I have visited everyday and have found the staff friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. I feel that Collinson House is giving my mother end of life comfort and me peace of mind. I am pleased that I decided to send her there.

Overall Experience
The staff at this care home are outstanding, caring both for the residents and the relatives of the resident.
If I paid £10,000 a day I could not get better care.

This is a dementia home and the dignity given to residents is outstanding.
