View Full Details of St Michael's CourtMy dad was a resident at St Michael's for a year, he settled quite quickly as there was plenty of room for him to walk about and spacious and clean bedrooms. Unfortunately my dad was placed on end of life care in June, I can honestly say the support and care my dad received was outstanding, he was treated with such dignity and respect and supported us as a family with so much care. I can't thank them enough for making dad's final days as comfortable as possible. One staff member in particular was amazing, a truly lovely, kind carer with a heart of gold. Thank you from us all.
The care home is lovely I like it.
Always a pleasure to visit, kind staff and residents. Mum well taken care of would like to see Mum enjoy going out. Garden area fantastic. Rooms are spotless. Meals outstanding and entertainment well thought out. Mummy is happy and thriving! Surrounded by friends. Have spoken to coordinator - talked about mummy going out, quick resolution.
Friendly staff, very helpful, do what they can when asked. keep us informed all the time. When you call always helpful and polite. Always looks clean, tidy and very fresh look. My brother seems very happy and we know he is safe.
We were very apprehensive about putting my stepdad into restbite but the staff at St Michaels Court made it such an easy process. Holly came out to visit us and had a good chat making notes of my step fathers likes/dislikes. He spent a week here and though he was in a hotel. When we visited he was content and happy. All the staff were kind and attentive to his needs. We won't hesitate in sending my step dad back for restbite in the future and he would be happy to return.
Our friend was a resident in St.Michaels Court for a short time until she died. She voiced how lovely the staff were, friendly, caring and compassionate. Thank you making her last couple of weeks as easy as they could have been for her.
From the initial viewing visit to one week post my sister moving in, I have found the management and staff I have so far come across to be kind, caring, helpful, professional and all my questions were answered, and my concerns addressed. My sister has so for settled in well thanks to the kindness and support she has been given. I am very hopeful of a positive outcome living at St Michael's for my sister.
Exteremly freidnly and helpful and positive staff. If you have concerns they are taken very seriously. Always made welcome. Great environment, room and public rooms. Garden is a lovely space to go in warm months when so many care homes don't have much of a garden- a big plus!
My husband has been very well cared for and for me. It is a great relief that he is in a secure into. I accept that it is an extremely difficult and demanding job and having experienced my husband's deterioration, I wholeheartedly thank all the staff for their patience in dealing with this day to day. He always tells me, without prompting; "I have no complaints" which just about sums it up!
My mum was at the home only briefly but, in that time, she could not have been better looked after. Staff were friendly and helpful and would regularly look in on Mum when passing her room, which would not be out of place in a decent hotel. Mum was too poorly to take advantage of the many activities available to residents. The management and administration were also very helpful.
I couldn't be happier with the care my mother receives at this home. The staff are absolutely amazing, and the 1-to-1 care she receives makes all the difference. It never feels like we're visiting a care home; instead, it's more like visiting a luxury hotel. The facilities are breathtaking, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and it's clear how much the team cares for the residents. I honestly wish I could give this place a higher rating, as it's truly exceptional. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for my mother.
I find most of the staff helpful. I find the care and support of the staff I receive is very dignified.
From first contact to the present day everything about St. Michael's Court has been exemplary. The staff are caring and always have time for both the patients and the family. Everything is well organised and geared towards people with extreme problems. The building is clean, airy and sweet smelling. The gardens are accessible and well cared for.
This home is the best, my daughter and I looked online and this is a winner, very nice staff, will help us so much. The food has a good choice each day to choose from, I enjoy it very much and the outings on Tuesdays I always enjoy, the organiser is very nice. I have been here 2 years this month December.
My Mother-in-law is always happy when we come over to see her. She always seems well cared for and she is happy with the food and the way she is treated. There are plenty of activities for her to do if she wants to. Also, a chance to go out in the mini bus every now and then.
The staff are caring and keep us informed on any changes. No complaints at all, I would recommend this care home - my Mother is looked after very well. We bring toiletries in, not just for my Mum but for all the residents.
The staff are very friendly and kind. I feel safe in their care. The food is amazing, the room is well looked after by the cleaners. I'm all round happy with the love and care I receive from all staff at St Michael's Court.
Staff very helpful, welcoming and friendly. I can go to sleep at night knowing that my husband is in good hands. He is encouraged to go to the dining room for meals, which is great for keeping him mobile. Food is excellent, and plenty of it. I have no concerns about his care.
My first impression of the building, the car park decor and cleanliness - all outstanding. Never an angry face of staff, the care home manager is very special. Thank you above and beyond. Did not stay for lunch but it smelt good.
I am pleased to say I was very well looked after. Such a relaxing place to be, and all the staff were very kind-mannered. It was a pleasant time as the weather was hot so we were in the gardens.
