Outstanding staff and level of care.

We are very happy with mam's care. She has now been in the home for over three and a half years. She has been well looked after and cared for. We feel that all the staff care for mam as an individual. We are informed at all times of any problems, which have not been many in fact. The food she is
offered is very good and mam seems to enjoy it. We are very pleased mam came here.

My sister has been a resident in Alexandra View for a number of years. She is well cared for by all staff members, who are pleasant and helpful at all times. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is excellent with a varied menu. There is an activities organiser who engages all residents in
the planned activities.

My husband had a medical emergency, and all the staff looked after him very well. After a small stay in the hospital, he was glad to be back to the home and all the friendly staff as he feels at home in there now, and well cared for.

Very good care, staff are very helpful. Excellent service. Meal times are very good. If I don't like the meals, I get an alternative. If I don't want a shower, all I have to do is ask. Medication always on time.

I have no complaints at all. One of the best care I have ever seen. The staff are really friendly and cooperative. The food is excellent and the home is extremely clean. The manger is caring and considerate.

I came to the home to see my Grandad and I was pleasantly surprised by how well he is thriving. He has a fantastic unit with a private garden and they have a dog! Such joy for my Grandad. I cannot thank the staff (and the dog) enough!

The care my nana received was exceptional. Staff were wonderfully caring and looked after the whole family. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this home.

I am delighted with the care provided for my mum. The staff are so caring and considerate and all of her needs are provided for. I have every confidence that this will always be the case and can see how Mum is content and happy in her surroundings. All of this gives me peace of mind and I believe
that Mum couldn't be better cared for anywhere else.

For the last 10 years, my husband has been extremely well cared for. Sadly there are only a few of the original staff members still working at Alexandra View. However, it remains after many managers a home which is a home for residents and their families. It is very settled at present under the new
guidance of the present manager. I cannot praise enough, all of the staff in each department for the good work they do. We (relatives) are cared for as much as our loved ones. Both managers and administrators have an 'open door' and all carers try their best to help whenever asked.

The home is very friendly with a lovely atmosphere when you enter. The staff are lovely, welcoming people. The food is lovely, and my nana is very happy.
