Our family and friends have all been very reassured by the wonderful care and facilities you have provided to my wife at Prestbury House. The professionalism and friendliness afforded by the staff have made this very difficult time for us much more bearable. Excellent facilities.

Prestbury House is amazing. Staff are attentive, excellent with the residents. Always there if we need to ask anything. Excellent food, Mum enjoys the food. Very clean. Activities are very good. All in all - excellent.

We are very pleased with Prestbury House. The staff are caring, friendly and always willing to help and residents supported at all times. There are plenty of activities organised which keep everyone engaged. Everywhere is very clean and well-maintained. The meals served are excellent and varied.
Overall we are very happy with the care and attention offered to our mother-in-law.

Prestbury House has looked after my Mum for the last three years.It has been the most loving and caring environment for both herself and me!The staff have been so kind,helpful ,and extremely hard working.I cannot praise them enough.The food,furnishings and events are all carefully thought out and
managed beautifully.

Since my husband became a resident at the beginning of March he has settled in well and all the staff are extremely kind and caring when dealing with my husband. Whilst the staff are constantly busy on the dementia floor they always have time to treat me husband with respect and patience. They also
make time to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend Prestbury House.

Staff are all very attentive and helpful. Nice outdoor area and reasonable size public lounge. A nice assortment of outings, although only a couple of residents can attend at once due to need for one-on-one staffing. More evening activities after 6 would be nice, and some more musical venues, as
many residents seem engaged. Bistro area is very small and parking can be an issue, but not sure how this could be resolved. Mum would have benefited from more one-on-one care to keep her mobile but that window has closed. When special events provide food it should replace lunch or dinner so more appreciated.

Lovely gardens, lounge/conservatory more like a hotel where you'd go on holiday, not a care home. Staff are lovely, welcoming and very caring. The dining room is like a restaurant, no canteen-like feeling that you get in many homes in the area. The activities team are excellent, always trying to
find something different to do. A few more staff would give residents more one-on-one time for a push-out in wheelchair.

During Mum's end of life care, the home was attentive, caring and personally involved in her final days.
The pack of lighting, music and other sensory items created a calm and dignified atmosphere.

Recovering from a hip operation, I could manage to do most things without the help from staff, but even so, there were always staff available and ready to help if need be. Having stayed for 2 weeks, I found the home was well run and have no complaints.

My mother is being cared for with the most professional and kind staff who understand her challenges and respect her wishes and keep her dignity.
I cannot express how grateful her family are to see her so happy given how frustrated she sometimes gets with everyday life.
Staff are the key
ingredient but facilities are excellent and the variety of activities keep her mind alert and mixing with other residents also helps her disposition.

Mum is a new resident but from the outset she has been welcomed and cared for by all the staff who are patient and caring. They are thoughtful and treat Mum with dignity at all times. Mum has been encouraged to get involved and she's happy and making friends. There is a marked improvement in Mum's
physical and mental health. The food and facilities are excellent. All the staff are helpful and kind. We've had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Prestbury House.

The home provided an excellent place for Jane to recover from her hip operation. The outstanding factor in our visit was the staff. They were friendly and very supportive. Staff were flexible and understanding, which created a good atmosphere. We did not make use of many of the facilities and
activities but they all looked very good. Thank you very much.

Staff are professional but very caring with my mother
They encourage mum to try the activities but are respectful of her wishes
Staff make time to chat with my mum & have taken interest in her family photos
Little things like toping up the water in her flowers are appreciated

I was apprehensive when I transferred here from hosputal but soon felt very welcome and safe. The staff have all been very kind, friendly and supportive. Nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you for all your assistance.

We have been so pleased with the care my mum has received. Nothing is too much trouble. We are always kept updated on her health and emotional needs. All the staff are friendly and approachable. Highly recommend Prestbury House.

The team at Prestbury House have been so wonderful to engage with and always cared for mum with such professionalism and dignity. We could not ask for more and will always be grateful for the love and compassion shown to both our mum and us as a family.

My friend has been at Prestbury House now for over 12 months and I am over the moon with the care and attention she is receiving. She is engaged in activities and loves the food! The staff go above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier
