Before choosing this care home, I did plenty of research. Newbridge looks after Mom beyond my dreams, no more worrying. She is treated with love, patience and respect. Mom has been there 5 months and now regards it as 'home'.
Futhermore it is 25% cheaper than the previous home, so you don't always
get what you pay for. The difference is night and day.

My mother was a resident at Newbridge for 7 weeks prior to moving, only due to relocating nearer to my father for convenience.
She was treated with patience, dignity, and genuine compassion which gave us great comfort. All staff were professional, and the small everyday kindness shown to mom did
not go unnoticed. Newbridge made a real difference to her wellbeing - and to our peace of mind.
The daily activities were a real favourite. Keep up the good work.

My husband, who has recently passed away, received the most exemplary loving care and kindness from the staff of Newbridge House during the fifteen months he was resident there. Members of his family were always made to feel welcome and any problems were swiftly addressed. His end of life care was
handled with great sensitivity by all involved.

She has been welcomed by everyone and included in the craft class which she loves.

We had to move mum into a full-time cave tome as her dementia had worsened. We were recommended Newbridge House by two different families. They both spoke very highly about everything. Mum has now been resident for three months. We can only speak as we find and can honestly say that we are really
pleased with absolutely everything. Every single member of staff bar NONE are truly wonderful. Mum has struggled to come to terms with living in a home but the patience and kindness shown to her means everything to us. Mum has settled thanks to everyone at Newbridge House so massive gratitude to all there.

The staff are excellent & look after the residents, with much love, care & attention.
The home is very clean & is homely for the residents.
Communication is excellent & staff are very obliging.
The food is also extremely good and the residents needs are well and truly catered for.

My uncle was admitted to Newbridge Care Home in August last year as he has dementia and is now unable to live on his own.
The manager and her team have been amazing, there have been difficult times with my uncle due to his illnesses but the team have their utmost to help him and us.
Amazing
staff ! And I would definitely recommend !

My Dad has settled well. He is well cared for, always well presented and clean. He enjoys the food and there is a good daily routine. Dad is encouraged to stay in the communal lounge but often goes to his room to rest when he needs to. All of his medical care and concerns are self with by the
home, however, communication is good and we are kept informed either on our regular visits or by phone.

Mum moved into Newbridge earlier this year and has settled in well
The staff and the care they have given her has been very reassuring after making the hard decision that the move was necessary
Having the surgery next door has been a great help with mums medical requirements and the staff are

Dad has been a resident of Newbridge House since March following a fall, a spell in hospital and a worsening of his Alzheimer's.
The Manager and her team have shown total compassion and care to not only my Dad, but to our whole family. Their wealth of experience and understanding and have made
this incredibly difficult transition more bearable for us all. They keep us fully informed of Dad's condition and are continually offering advice and support.
Dad is always fresh and clean and his clothes are well cared for. Newbridge is well maintained and is constantly being cleaned and always smells fresh. The food is excellent and Dad looks forward to mealtimes. Having the Doctors Surgery next door is ideal and they provide a weekly ward round for residents.
Every member of staff that we have seen are cheerful and polite and radiate a sense of truly caring about the residents. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble.
We couldn't wish for better love and care for Dad.

My father was an emergency admittance. From the start staff were attentive and accommodating. His room was clean and bright and he was very well looked after. Good food, assistance with medication and hygiene. During father's 2 month stay his health and demeanour improved significantly. All thanks
to the dedicated team of staff at Newbridge House. Thank you.

Newbridge House took exceptional care of my Grandma, the staff are so friendly, kind, supportive and compassionate. As family we couldn't have asked for more. Rooms were clean and made to feel homely. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my Grandma.

As a family, we searched many care homes for a place that would meet my mom's needs and care for her as we would wish. From the moment we stepped inside Newbridge house we knew that this was the place that my mom who had Alzheimer's would be looked after with the greatest care. My mom was a resident
from the end of May 24 till she passed away at the end of August 24 the care and compassion shown by the staff were outstanding from the very first moment. Her room was lovely and clean and felt like home which is what we wanted, the staff are all long-term and are so friendly and wonderful. When my mom was sadly in the end of life Newbridge House went above and beyond to make her final days comfortable and they helped us as a family looking after us as well, so we could stay by mom's side till the end.
We will be forever grateful to them for their exemplary care. Newbridge House is wonderful and we would recommend it a thousand times over. Two staff members in particular and all the staff are fantastic.

My mother arrived at Newbridge in June this year after becoming ill and unable to care for herself. She had been very reluctant to live in a care home, so it is with immense relief and gratitude that I write this review. My mom looks well-fed, clean and cared for. The staff are excellent, very
friendly and supportive of the whole family, they keep us fully informed. The home itself is very clean, and cheerful and offers a lot of activities for residents who wish to take part. On my last visit, my mom was more concerned with not missing her dinner, which she was looking forward to than me saying goodbye. She seems content, which is a credit to the home.

Mum moved to Newbridge as her Alzheimers was worsening. I have visited many care homes in this area, and as an ex-carer, I have a massive insight into what I am likely to find, and what's acceptable and inevitable. I have never seen a care home this good. The layout of the home means that the carers
can always watch the residents, very special, and the staff are simply amazing. Since Mum moved in she finally smells clean, including her hair and her teeth are being cleaned. Extremely unusual in care homes. There is an activity program each morning and afternoon, singing, exercises, bingo etc. Full of energy and enthusiasm the ladies get everyone smiling and moving. Mum raves about the food, and she has gained some much-needed weight at last. As an ex-carer, I can't believe how lucky we were to find Newbridge. Also, the initial phone call with the manager was amazing as I was upset and stressed and she was full of information and advice. No other homes I visited even compared.

As a family, we cannot thank the team enough for the exceptional care given to our mum. Because of the expert help and care she had she is now able to return home, be independent and be even stronger physically and mentally than before. We will be forever grateful and we cannot recommend them
enough. Every member of the team takes time to care for each of the residents treating them with the dignity and respect they deserve. Not sure how we are going to keep up the excellent menus and food options.

My mum went into respite for 10 days in June, so the family could have a break. She settled in well and thoroughly enjoyed her time there (especially the food) All the staff were lovely, very thoughtful, friendly and compassionate. If my mum needs to go to respite again I wouldn't hesitate her
going to Newbridge House.

The staff are very helpful, caring, and supportive of my mother. Communication with me has been excellent in keeping me up to date with how she is.
The home is very clean with no unpleasant odors. The food is good.

Our mom has resided at Newbridge House since June this year. I cannot thank the manager and all the staff here enough. They are sincere, caring, helpful and understand Mom's needs. She has settled in so well and I believe she now considers Newbridge House her home, which relieves the guilt and
anxiety we all feel. Mom is always saying how lovely everyone is and that the meals are great. This is a cruel disease, but the service from everyone at Newbridge House helps no end. She loves the activities, especially when there's music involved, and she starts showing off her dancing skills. She is safe and secure.
