the care and support my mother receives at Charing House is amazing. the care and attention the staff show her and other is second to none. They have looked after my mother for sometime now and I can safely say i've always been happy with the care she has received. There is always plenty to eat and
drink as well as lots going on with activities.

My Dad has been at Charing House for some time now and still from day one the care he receives is amazing. All the staff go above and beyond to help support my father and others living there. My Dad participates in many of the activities, the home is clean and his room is warm.

Having to find and put my mother into a care home was one of the hardest things I've had to do, however from the moment we got mum settled in I knew we made the right decision. All the staff have been polite and friendly towards her and she has made many friends during her time at Charing House. The
food is tasty and the manager is always around for a catch up.

Each time I visit my Mum she seems happy and content. I've always been impressed with the friendliness and professionalism the staff have shown, not only to my Mum but also to others living at Charing House. Mum joins in the with the activities and has been eating much better since moving in. I'd
have no hesitation recommending Charing House to anyone.

The staff at Charing House have always been courteous and polite towards myself and father who has resided there for just over a year. My father's health conditions can make things tricky, however nothing ever seems too much effort for them and have always gone above and beyond. My father joins in
with the activities organised and the meals served are visually appealing and appetising.

Charing House is a very personable care home. The staff are great with helping my mother with her care and are always so respectful towards her. Her room is presentable with my mother's clothes put away nicely and the food is excellent. I have nothing but compliments and praise to everyone who works

Charing House's standard of care is very high. The staff are friendly, approachable and frequently go above and beyond to make my mothers and others living there feel at home. The move into Charing House has socially done wonders for my mother as she enjoys many of the activities put on as well as
there being other friendly residents to talk to.

My dad has been at Charing House Care and Nursing Home for 6 months now and I can safely say the care he receives is second to none. The staff are exceptionally kind and caring with nothing ever being too much bother. His room is lovely, it has en-suite facilities and the kitchen does a great job
with the food they produce.

My mother has been a resident at Charing House Care and Nursing Home for sometime now and I can't express how thankful I am for the care they give her. The staff can't do enough, they are caring and kind towards my mother for which I am immensely grateful and the manager since day one has been
amazing. My mother's room is always clean and the food is well cooked and plentiful. Would highly recommend Charing House.

The staff at Charing House have been so supportive to myself and my mother since she was admitted. It was never an easy decision for my mother to move into a care home, however it ended up being the right one. The staff are fantastic and support her with her care needs and since moving in I have
noticed her physical and social health improve. The care home is safe, warm and there are a lot of activities taking place.

Having my mum at Charing House is a big relief and a great comfort knowing that she is being so well cared for. The staff are brilliant, they are attentive, caring and have always communicated with myself well about my mother's well-being. Her room is kept clean and her clothing is well looked after
and put away near and tidy.

My sister died alone at this care home. I requested on numerous occasions to be contacted if there was even the slightest deterioration in her health and they didn't contact me until nearly 30 minutes after she died alone despite the timeline I'm being given showing they had ample time to. I asked
for an investigation which although completed was contradictory in its replies and didn't satisfactorily address any of the concerns raised. Every email sent has needed to be followed up weeks later requesting a reply and the staff member on firmly when I attended after my sisters' death just seemed disinterested and unbothered by the entire situation. Would never recommend this facility.

My Mum is well cared for at Charing House Care and Nursing Home. The manager and staff are amazing, whenever I pop in to see her she is happy and well dressed. The home is lovely with there being a nice garden area and her room is spacious and clean. There are plenty of activities going on within
the home which is lovely to see.

The staff are fantastic at Charing House. My father is looked after superbly well and with the utmost care. I cannot thank the staff enough. There are a lot of activities put on, and all residents are encouraged to join in, and the food is good with there being plenty of drinks and snacks throughout
the day.

I am so grateful to all the staff and manager at Charing House. My Mum has settled in so well and I'm pleased she is now in safe and professional care. My mum's health and well being have greatly improved since she arrived at Charing House, she is eating well and is interacting with others. The
facilities are very clean and there are wonderful communal areas for all residents and their visitors to relax in.

The standard of care at Charing House is admirable. Whilst being a large care home, it is divided up into separate wings, which makes it feel very homely. The staff that look after my mother are all knowledgeable, well-trained and caring. The activities are engaging, and there is a fantastic outside
garden area in which my mother and others enjoy spending time in.

My mum suffers from dementia and can be challenging at times however the care staff are very patient with her and give her the time she needs which I am grateful for. They do lots of activities which everyone is encouraged to take part in and there is a nice outdoor garden area. The food is well
made with lots of variety and the home is clean.

I chose Charing House after viewing several care homes for my Father. I knew after viewing the home with the manager that Charing House was the right place for him and I’m happy to say they have met my expectations. The staff is very committed and caring, regular events are put on which friends and
family are always invited and encouraged to take part. The food is good and everywhere is kept clean and tidy!

The staff at Charing House are very experienced and professional, providing fantastic care for my mum. They treat her with dignity and respect, nothing is ever too much bother and there is always someone around should I have any questions. There is always something going on within Charing House
whether it be activities, entertainers etc. and the food is delicious.
