As soon as my mother came to Middleton Grove she was greeted with love and care and soon became one of the 'family'. Her individuality and personal preferences have always been listened to and even down to her own specific music choices up in the lounge. The activities and food are amazing and
trips out fun.
My mums care is fantastic and the way that relatives are kept in the loop re: assessment, medications reviews, doctors visits etc is super. I feel listened to when I need to discuss something about my mother and always get a response.
Her room is airy and bright as are all the rooms and she is treated with the upmost respect and curtesy as are the family.
My mother feels 'at home' and is so fond of all the loving and caring staff.
Ran by two wonderful managers and fantastic staff.

Ive found the staff to be genuinely caring and attentive. I pop in random time and days and have always been welcome. Food is varied and mum seems to enjoy eating it.

I have found care given to my friend has always been very good. Also all staff have always been very friendly and kind to me. They always smile and work very hard. I think that care given here is very good.

The staff and management provided high quality care for my mother who was taken very ill over christmas. As my mother was bed bound and so was unable to attend any activities. Also she wouldnt eat much. This was no reflection on Middleton Grove. All of the staff and management were very caring to
both mum and me. They always took the time to explain things they were doing. always in a kind manner. A first class nursing home.

My mum came into this nursing home after having a really bad experience at a different one. Middleton Grove is excellent, from the management, nurses, carers and housekeeping, we cannot fault any of it. They involve us and tell us things we need to know, any new problems, appointments etc. They are
the majority of the time very quick to come to my mum's aid. Everyone is polite and so caring, from the minute you walk in the door until the moment you leave. In one word - Excellent.

I have found the home to be extremely kind and welcoming to my dad us, his family members. They are always ready to assist and help my dad and family with anything we need help with. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly and warm. We are grateful my dad is in such a good place.

Three members of staff in particular are brilliant managers, helping Middleton to provide excellent respite care for my mother.
All staff are always friendly and professional whilst having a smile on their faces.
In the communal room, I've been there to see them run activities that engage
residents.

My brother is very settled and happy at Middleton Grove. He enjoys the activities and enjoys the food. The staff are very kind and caring, friendly and approachable. Management are very helpful and will sort out any worries or problems and will always greet you with a friendly welcome.

We are very happy with the care my father receives at Middleton Grove, throughout the family. It is near us all and he has lots of visitors he is well looked after and happy and well attended to by all the staff, nurses and management.

My dearest friend receives beautiful care, she is well looked after and feels safe and loved and feels everyone is her close family. If I had to choose one home for her in the world it would be Middleton Grove, I know she is in safe, secure and loved arms.

Middleton Grove Care Home is a no-frills nursing home. It's very clean and well-maintained. The care received by my friend is second to none!
The team, by that I mean all staff (nursing, care, admin and domestic), are a wonderful group of people.
Thank you all for caring for my friend until his
passing.
