Since moving to Middleton Grove, my mum has received exceptional care. Despite being in the latter stage of her life and living with dementia, she is treated with so much kindness, the staff are wonderful, and the care is truly second to none. I'm so happy and grateful to the whole team - I love them all!

I highly recommend this place and espeically the staff. Ivy is also a assett to you.

We think this is a marvellous home. Sandra is a different person. wasn't eating or drinking, but she is eating now. The staff are really terrific, friendly, and helpful. Would recommend this home to anyone.

The staff are extremely helpful and caring and take the trouble to learn all the family and friends names. Nothing is too much trouble for them and you can tell they care about all the clients.

I am happy with Middleton Grove services, and my husband is settled in the home. Also its a good location for us to visit our home and the church. The housekeeping is very good. Since my husband moved here, I was reassured as well because everyone is helpful and professional.

Ive found the staff to be genuinely caring and attentive. I pop in random time and days and have always been welcome. Food is varied and mum seems to enjoy eating it.

I have found care given to my friend has always been very good. Also all staff have always been very friendly and kind to me. They always smile and work very hard. I think that care given here is very good.

The staff and management provided high quality care for my mother who was taken very ill over christmas. As my mother was bed bound and so was unable to attend any activities. Also she wouldnt eat much. This was no reflection on Middleton Grove. All of the staff and management were very caring to both mum and me. They always took the time to explain things they were doing. always in a kind manner. A first class nursing home.

My mum came into this nursing home after having a really bad experience at a different one. Middleton Grove is excellent, from the management, nurses, carers and housekeeping, we cannot fault any of it. They involve us and tell us things we need to know, any new problems, appointments etc. They are the majority of the time very quick to come to my mum's aid. Everyone is polite and so caring, from the minute you walk in the door until the moment you leave. In one word - Excellent.

The overall standard of this home is very good and it is improving all the time.

I have found the home to be extremely kind and welcoming to my dad us, his family members. They are always ready to assist and help my dad and family with anything we need help with. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly and warm. We are grateful my dad is in such a good place.
