The management and staff are very professional and caring.
The needs of the residents are always thoughtfully considered and acted upon.
The communication with relatives is good.
I would definitely recommend this home for people with the needs that are catered for there.

We were very impressed with the level of care given to my mother-in-law in the last weeks of her life. She was always treated with respect and accorded dignity. The professionalism with which she was helped through her final days was impressive. As a family, we were made very welcome sometime with her
in her last hours. But the aspect that will stay in our memories above all else will be that the professional caring was given with actual human care for the person.

Mum has always been looked after well here. If she is poor at all I am informed straight away. Mum enjoys the social interaction with other residents here with the activities organiser.

Very welcoming feeling. My aunt is always clean and fresh, very well cared for and smiling. All of the staff are lovely, kind and caring.

When my mother was admitted to Middleton Grove her future looked very bleak. however, 6 months later after all the care from all the staff she is a much better place. Her wound that she arrived with has almost disappeared and her health is much better. Full credit to all the staff.

My husband is now a resident in Middleton Grove care home with dementia and he can't move. All carers are very professional. We are very satisfied with the staff. All rooms are spacious and very clean. The food is very good, like home cooked. My husband is treated kindly and with a lot of attention.
My husband feels at home. We are very grateful to all staff, carers and nurses.

My mother is a resident at Middleton Grove Care Home after suffering a stroke that has caused mental and physical disability. She has been staying at Middleton Grove for around eighteen months.
Like many of the elderly residents here, on first impressions, Middleton Grove could seem a bit tired and
may have seen better days in the past. But behind the buildings facade is a kind, caring and hard-working team of people, who bring Middleton Grove to life and make the real difference. Although young and culturally diverse, the care and nursing team have the energy and motivation to try and make every day as fulfilling as it can be for their guests.
Despite a difficult eighteen months, through Covid and various lock downs, my mum has struck up a genuine friendships with several of the team. So have I and I am grateful for their kindness.
Is it the most glamorous care home in the world? Perhaps not. But does it genuinely care for the well-being and health of the residents who live there? Absolutely.

My partner was not given the room we were shown for him. There were other people's clothes in his wardrobe. He puts a pillow over his chest because he gets cold, one blanket is not enough. He was wheeled to the lounge in a wheelchair, strapped in and not placed in an easy chair afterwards - suffering
from a sore back. Two screaming patients were placed near his room - they screamed day and night. He is bedridden and had no trolley with wheels to pull near him and reach his food and drink. His bell cord did not work.
