Really caring staff who genuinely are trying to make a difference for the residents. The efforts around the Christmas decorations are amazing. Staff are happy to help take residents out for a walk to the local paper shop and there is a changing weekly timetables of activities. External trips with
family and friends are actively encouraged. Food is cooked to order. The team also support relatives and friends

Lavender Hills excellent.
A little disappointed by lack of welcome and handover on first day. I spoke to them and they say it shouldn't have been like that.
Since then top marks and very welcoming.
Kala, manager particularly helpful and available.
My husband thinks that the food is very good.

Care was needed for my sister-in-law after hospitalisation, and we sat in on some interviews she had with prospective establishments. Lavender Hills stood out for us, They were very professional in explaining everything to us,very relaxed and friendly in approach.Having no previous experience of
Care Homes thiis was reassuring.
We live outside the area, and Kala and her staff are excellent in keeping us up to date with everything .Our biggest relief is my sister-in-law's attitude to this necessary change to her life.
Lavender Hills has reinvigorated her view on life, providing a reason to plough on despite her difficulties.Everyone is cheerful, so pleasant and interesting, it raises the spirits.
She is escorted to medical appointments, in -house visits by optitians, chiropodist, hairdresser, G.P. the list is impressive.There is a good choice of entertainment possibilities, don't feel like it today, no problem! The daily ritual of menu choice is a favourite she loves . A winner!

We were looking for a home for dad. We spent time visiting all the homes in our area. Lavender Hills stood out far above all the other homes. The home is clean and beautifully presented. The staff all go out of there way to welcome you in and make you feel part of a family the moment you step
through the door. We love how their ethos is to care for your loved ones in a nurturing environment but promote and encourage independent living where possible. The atmosphere around the home is incredibly calm. The menu offered by the chef is incredibly extensive and the food looks amazing. The relaxed dining experience has more of a restaurant feel to it and not institutionalised like other homes we visited. I would absolutely recommend Lavender Hills to anyone looking for a future home for their loved ones.

My mum was welcomed to Lavender Hills in January of this year and although it has been a stressful time for her and our family she has settled in well.
We have found the carers very supportive of both us and mum. Nothing is too much trouble. The care is exceptional.
Mum and indeed all the
residents are treated with dignity and respect.
The facilities are excellent. Communication is very good and we are informed of any changes in mums condition immediately.
We are so glad that we chose Lavender Hills to look after mum, we have all been made to feel part of the family.

My father is a new resident at Lavender Hills and the family are so pleased with the way he has adapted to living in care.
He has gained back some of his independence and enjoys all aspects of his new life. He loved going swimming and winning the Easter hat competition. The staff always greet
everyone with a smile and welcome us when we visit. I feel not only has Lavender Hills given me my life back it has also made dad's so much more interesting and exciting for him.

My mum has been in Lavender Hills Care Home for just over 6 months and she has settled in really well. The staff have been brilliant looking after her and a huge weight has been lifted knowing that she's safe and well looked after at Lavender Hills.

Mum moved into Lavender Hills Care Home in October 2023. The period leading up to her move was extremely stressful for my wife and I and like many, I was concerned as to whether I was doing the right thing.
Being able to work with the team to prepare mum's room in advance went a long way to easing
my worries.
Arriving at Lavender Hills with mum was a revelation, she was welcomed like a long lost friend and within minutes, she was settled.
Over the next twelve months we have seen mum recover some of her spark, there have been bumps along the road and times when she hasn't been right, but the staff have been brilliant and have always turned things around.
I do believe the fact the entire staff buy into the Lavender Hills approach, makes a massive difference. The weekly events and activities are marvelous but it is the fact that each resident is cared for and treated as an individual that makes such a difference.
Thank you for making mum happy in the moment and removing the stress from me.

The staff at Lavender Hills Care Home are always very friendly and helpful. The staff work hard to tailor for each individual's needs, which we know is a challenge.
The only 4-star rating (safety/security) is due to temporary issues with the lift.

Living in out of the area, I don't get to see my nan all the time but love seeing the photos and videos of my nan enjoying her best life at Lavender Hills. Seeing the videos of my nan ice skating in a wheel chair, with the carers pushing her around and having so much fun was amazing. Well done
Lavender Hills, the care you have for all the residents is very special and I'm so glad my nan is enjoying life and been treated so well by you all.

Mum's experience at Lavender Hills has been exceptional. The staff have been very caring and supportive. Mum has been made to feel at home. Any requests have been dealt with very promptly by the manager. Mum has enjoyed having her hair done every week and joining in the activities.
Mum's wellbeing
and happiness have improved since she arrived at Lavender Hills.

My mum has been at Lavender Hills for over 4 years and really enjoys living there. The facilities that are provided are very good and there are always lots and lots of activities and trips to keep all the residents busy and happy! This often includes tailored trips depending on what certain
residents might like. The staff are fantastic and know all the residents very well and look after them really well really going above and beyond. I would not hesitate in recommending Lavender Hills!

I couldn't be more pleased with the care my grandma is receiving at her care home. The staff are truly fantastic, treating the residents like family and ensuring that the environment feels like their very own home. They are just there to lend a hand, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every
member of the team is incredibly friendly, and their positive attitudes are infectious. Since moving in, my grandma has been thriving and looks better than ever. It's comforting to know she is in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommended!

I recently visited my Auntie. All the team members at Lavender Hills were extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged a private area where we all could relax and have coffee. It was a wonderful afternoon. Thank you for all you do for the residents.

Great home, well lead by manager and team. All the staff go above and beyond to make my mother in laws life a better one. There are always activities to cater for the residents. They do group activities and one on one activities. The home and staff always cater for us as a family. As we travel 2
hours to get to the home, we are always met with pleasant friendly staff who always offer us a hot drink and food, which is important to us as a family. We are still able to eat with mum and spend quality time with her.

I am just really impressed with the amount of care my mum receives at this home. This month the care home have taken my mum ice skating. When she was younger, she loved ice skating. They always show much respect with all the residents and my mum is always smiling and happy.

Mum moved to Lavender Hills 18 months ago, she settled in very quickly which was a relief to all the family as we had moved her from another care home where we had a bad experience. Lavender Hills not only supported mum with the transition but the family as well. We haven't looked back. Mum gets
involved in lots of activities and goes on some fabulous trips, including things like ten pin bowling, ice skating, bike rides going to the cinema to mention just a few. It's great to see her smiling and happy.Throughout the year there are also plenty of family events such as the Summer BBQ, firework night, Mother's Day and Father's Day. I have complete trust and confidence in the level of care provided to my mum by all members of staff. Fabulous.

We visit a close family friend who moved into Lavender Hills in the summer. From the first day, the experience has been so positive. Our friend settled in from day one. The activities and outings the home provide are excellent and varied, making sure everyone benefits. The home is so vibrant and
such a happy place to visit, this is in no small part due to the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and we know that our friend is in safe hands and living a full and enriching life at a time when, safety, comfort and care is needed. Thank you for the care you all take of the residents. I have to mention birthdays, every birthday is marked with a beautiful cake made in the kitchens and of course a rendition of "Happy Birthday" such a lovely touch.

The staff at Lavender Hills are amazing, they treat my mother in law and all the residents as if they where looking after their own family. My mother in law has done more activities and enjoyed herself far more than I thought she would, this is down to the team at Lavender Hills who get all
