My mother spent 8 months in Alma Court Care Home and had excellent care provided by the team; at no time did I feel that she was not well cared for or safe.
I used to visit for whole days at a time and could see just how hard the members of staff worked. I had honestly not seen my mother so happy
and chatty in many years.
Sadly, I did not make it in time for her demise, but my mother looked beautiful when I arrived. The team dressed her in a pretty dress and put personal things next to her that gave me such comfort. They treated her with respect and dignity. I will be forever in their debt.

My father in law is treated very well, with respect; he can have a laugh and joke with the staff. As a family, you can talk to the staff and nothing is too much trouble.

My sister and I feel that Mum is well cared for and her needs are met.
The home has managed her challenging behaviour well, where other care homes couldn't.
We understand that Mum gets involved with some activities, however, it would be nice to hear about this at the time and not when we go and
visit.
Maybe a newsletter would be a good idea to keep relatives informed of relevant news relating to their loved one.

My mum has been at Alma Court for just over a year and I felt I had to write and say how fantastic you all are.
From the moment you walk through the entrance you are greeted with a warm welcome and a smile by everyone.
All the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. All the staff
are very easy to talk to and will answer any questions I might have about Mum in a sensitive and professional manner.
There are lots of activities from wonderful singers to sitting in the garden having an ice cream on a sunny day.
Alma Court is a 'home' in every sense.
Residents are treated with love, care and respect, everything you would wish for for your loved one.
I cannot speak highly enough about Alma Court and would highly recommend it.

My sister has been a resident since July 23. Up till now the management and staff have been excellent in help, information and care. Their manners and politeness have been extremely helpful to us and my sister. Helping all of us to cope with the situation. Therefore all I can say is a very big thank
you to the care staff and nurses.

I find all the staff very caring, and the home has a good atmosphere. I have no complaints about the care my son receives. Nothing seems to be any trouble for them. I would recommend this care home.

The staff and facilities here are absolutely superb. Endless patience, nothing is too much trouble. Unfailingly polite to both residents and visitors. Friendly and helpful. The residents are well cared for by people who are obviously well-trained and caring in their attitude. It is very reassuring
to know that your loved one is safe in the hands of such professionals.

I recently had the privilege of visiting my relative at Alma Court and I must say, it left an extraordinary impression on me. This care home is a true gem that embodies compassion and comfort in every aspect.
From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and inviting
atmosphere. The staff members were not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that each resident is treated with the utmost dignity and respect.

We visited several care homes in the area and decided that Alma Court was the perfect place for our dad. The bedrooms are clean, the home feels like exactly that, a home, as a result of the people who work there. There is always something going on, a panto or exercise class, along with other
activities also. The manager and staff too are very helpful and caring.

Where to begin. We are so happy with the care that Mum receives and can not thank everyone at Alma enough. The manager is kind and approachable, nothing being too much trouble. This is clearly reflected in the staff team as each and every staff member always say hello and see if we need anything.

From the manager to the cleaners, everyone cares and nothing is too much trouble. My mum was in a 'premium' home before and Alma Court knocks the socks off that. No amount of expensive wallpaper can ever beat regular, caring staff who look after Mum and the extended family when they visit. Thank you

I had no experience of dealing with a care home so did not know what to expect. The care my Aunt received was first class. Nothing was too much trouble for the care staff who always had a smile on their face and a cheery disposition. They were so attentive to her which put my mind at rest as she was
so reluctant to go into a care home but for safeguarding reasons there was no alternative and the wonderful staff made the process so much easier. I would highly recommend Alma Court Dementia Care Home.

The home have been nothing but kind and helpful for my relatives stay. The staff were always helpful and there when needed, manager was always approachable and available. Enjoyed some nice activities and trips out.

I've been meaning to write this for some while. But the care my mother received was second to none. Being so far away, it was reassuring that I knew Mother was well cared for, not only that, the home cared for my father during his weekly visits. I got to visit the home too and I must say, everyone
was so welcoming, with smiles on their faces which goes a long way to helping you feel welcome.

Could not fault the care provided. Staff and management are helpful when we needed them. The rooms were clean. The food was okay. Outside space is limited but used, which is nice. The staff made us all feel welcome. Thank you.

I can't thank Alma Court enough for the care they have given to my Dad. He was treated as a person not just a man with Alzheimer's. I felt the staff knew him and really cared about him. The care he received at the end of his life was first-class. The staff not only looked after Dad but me and my
brothers. It certainly makes the pain of his loss easier to bear knowing he was so well looked after. As a family, we will never forget the staff at Alma Court and their dedication and kindness.

Alma Court couldn’t have taken better care of my late Nan. The manager and his team looked after my Nan and the rest of the family exceptionally well with care and love throughout. Would recommend for anyone with a family member with dementia.

My father in law has been with Alma Court for over a year. In that time we have found a home that cares for everyone, including my husband and I, from the friendly greeting from reception to the caring manager. The activities are now on 7 days a week. This home just cares. The staff have a tough job
looking after my father in law, he had to move out of the last home due to being aggressive. Everyone at Alma Court takes this in their stride with a smile on their face. The staff should be proud of what they do. Thank you Alma Court.
