I feel we are so fortunate that my husband is in West Farm Residential Care as the care is very good and most of all kind. The staff are friendly and welcoming and attentive to the care of my husband and his needs, as well as kind and supportive to me personally.

My mam has been a resident for roughly 2 and a half years. The staff are absolutely brilliant with her and always have time to share a joke or give her support when needed. I could not ask for better care for her. Not only are the staff and management brilliant but the actual building is of the
highest standards, very comfortable, clean and the food is nutritious, plentiful and tasty. Thank you all so much.

My mother-in-law has been a resident for over 2.5 years. She receives the very best of care. The staff and management are outstanding, going above and beyond, to make my mother-in-law feel valued and part of a wonderful community.
The building, bedrooms and communal areas are always clean,
comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are lovely homely touches also, which enhance the experience The meals always look and smell delicious. The entertainment and craft sessions always go down a treat.
Thank you all for making a difference.

The staff at West Farm Care are absolutely fab! My mam is so happy here and even when she has her grumpy days, the staff are there to put a smile back on her face. I now feel mam is in a good place and I don't need to worry about her. If I have a question or request, they are always happy to
help. They do amazing work and have made me feel at ease leaving my lovely mam in their care. Thanks to you all.

My mam has been a resident for 3 years now - always treat with dignity and respect, staff are all lovely as are the managers, would highly recommend this care home - that's my honest opinion, always lovely and clean.

My grandad has been staying at West Farm Care Centre, and our experience has been very positive. The staff provide excellent care and support, always showing kindness, patience, and professionalism. The cleanliness of the home and his room is outstanding, and he is consistently treated with dignity
and respect.
The food and drink are good, and although he hasn't participated much in the activities, the management seems very organised and respectful. Overall, the team at West Farm Care Centre is caring, attentive, and approachable, and I feel confident that my grandad is in good hands.
We're very grateful for the excellent support and environment they provide.

I was so pleased when my dad had the opportunity to get his placement at West Farm. A good friend of my wife's father was placed here & she didn't have a bad word to say about West Farm on how they cared for her late father. My dad wasn't sure at first was a huge move for him but the staff were
fantastic in making him welcome and he fitted in really well. He also enjoys the food and the entertainment, on site hairdressing room and not forgetting the tuck shop which I think is a fantastic idea and gives him a little bit of independence. I have never heard him say a bad word against any of the staff. He always says "she's really good or he's really good" which gives me peace of mind that he is getting well looked after and cared for. The stuff also keeps me up-to-date when needed

Mum has recently become a resident of West Farm. I have found the staff both caring and informative. The home is spotlessly clean and and I am confident mum is being very well looked after. Whenever I have telephoned, someone immediately answers the phone and helps with my question or request. It
is reassuring to be able to get in touch whenever i need to.

West Farm looks after my mother-in-law with a huge amount of dignity and care. She is totally "at home" there and knows the staff as if they are her family. She loves the food and has a lovely personalised room. I've been impressed by the number of celebrations, charity events, activities there are
for both residents and family members.

Mam has been in there a while now, and I can't fault the staff or the facilities. The care home is always clean and the staff are amazing. I know mam is safe there and loved and all her needs are met. The staff are amazing and kind, and they all do an amazing job

My Aunt has received very good care so far. She has been a resident for almost 4 months now and has settled well. The staff are kind and there are lots of activities organised for the residents. The food is very good and there is a good variety.

Westfarm is a beautiful clean, well decorated, bright home, residents bedrooms are all lovely and bright. The staff are all lovely very helpful and approachable & friendly. Having the hairdresser in so the resident's can have their hair done each week is a good boost to their wellbeing,. They have
plenty activities and outings, always something going on to stimulate the residents.

Carehome is very homely and very comfortable. Staff are very helpful to the residents and visitors. Very friendly and caring atmosphere. Rooms immaculately clean. Meals are served very well and everything made from scratch. Dining room very plant for the residents to sit and eat. Manager very

We have alway been greeted with smiles and the service Dad gets is very good.
And the medical care is excellent and when he is under the weather we always get a telephone call.
The only thing that concerns us is the laundry we have names on all, but thing that do not belong to him gets put in
the wardrobe.

Westfarm were very welcoming kind,& respectful to our Mam and to her family. Our Mam has been part of the Westfarm family community for 10 months now.,. The home is kept very clean and tidy the reception area is very bright and cheery with flowers & cheerful decor. Every where is kept wonderfully
clean, and there are never any unwelcome odours.
Our Mams room is comfy cosy and feels like her own space whilst knowing she has access to staff at the touch of her button.
There is a wonderful activities co ordinator who tries to ensure the residents have interesting and fulfilled day, whilst allowing for rest and relaxation should it be preferred.
There is entertainment regularly, music art & a wonderful outside garden which is a great place to sit with a cuppa and chill in the sun.
All the staff are very hardworking, they welcome and try to include families where possible. We as a family feel our Mam is safe and properly cared for and respected at West farm Residential centre.

Fabulous residential home. Friendly efficient staff members are always on hand to offer help and care for your loved ones.. very professional attitude towards all residents and the clean friendly atmosphere within the building always welcoming visitors good food and lots of entertainment often

Choosing a care home is emotional and sensitive and is a huge decision for all concerned. We looked at a lot before we found West Farm but the day we found it we knew it would be perfect for mum. We have never once regretted our decision. The care home is clean and caring. Everything from the
catering to the laundry is well run. Mum loves her bed, her room and the food. The focus on dementia means that staff are knowledgeable, patient and caring. Having a dedicated nurse means that all medical issues are dealt with promptly. The entertainment is outstanding and we love the family feel and how we are always welcome.

I continue to be so so pleased with the care my aunt is given by all at West Farm. They are all really kind and genuinely so caring and understanding - they are also very helpful and professional to me.

fantastic in making him welcome and he fitted in really well.
