3 Bridges is a lovely Home with very caring staff who have made my mother's time there a pleasure. Issues are dealt with timeously and there is always somebody to lend an ear. My mother is now 98 and has been there since 2021. She has settled in very well after her quite different life in a
sheltered housing schem in Ilkley West Yorks.

The care received at Three Bridges is of an excellent standard. The facilities are well appointed, very clean, and cheerful, and residents are consistently treated with respect and dignity. Staff show patience, warmth, and attentiveness, and management are proactive and supportive. There is also a
strong focus on engagement and entertainment, with meaningful effort made to keep residents occupied, stimulated, and involved. This provides great reassurance regarding all aspects of health, wellbeing, and day-to-day comfort. We are delighted with the level of care received.

My mum has received excellent support since moving into the home. The staff offer truly bespoke care and constant reassurance, always taking the time to understand her needs. Mum has Alzheimer's and what means the most to us is how the team treat her like the true lady she has always been. She has
always taken pride in her appearance and the staff ensure she is beautifully presented, comfortable, and cared for every day. Their kindness and respect give our family real peace of mind and we're deeply grateful for the way they look after her

My mum has very recently moved in, and I can speak very highly of the staff who have been extremely helpful from the first, and are now providing excellent care. The facilities at 3 Bridges are also excellent, but people make places, and the facilities would count for nothing if the staff were not
as supportive and attentive as they have been. We are looking forward to our mum settling in and in time benefiting from all that 3 Bridges has to offer.

My husband has thrived since he was admitted to the 3 bridges in December 2025.I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and their professionalism. They work extremely hard to maintain a high standard of care and support not just to him but also my family. The home is always very clean and well
maintained. My husband has gain weight and loves all the food provided. The monitering and review of his medication has resulted in him having a better quality of life, which has made him and us his family very happy. The staff and management are very approachable and will quickly respond to any issue. I am so pleased with the care he receives.

My aunt has recently moved into 3 bridges and it's been a lovely experience so far, the staff go out of their way to make her comfortable, at first she was on the dementia floor but as she's not too advanced we decided that she would be better in another wing, she was quickly given a new room on a
more suitable wing, there is lots going on and family and friends are made to feel welcome with afternoon teas being offered for birthdays which is a lovely touch. The garden area is a lovely space, with a play park, seating area, pigs and chickens, it's fantastic for children who come to visit.

Since I made enquiries regarding my mum potentially being cared for in here, the staff have been absolutely amazing. In particular the front of house manager. Never having been in this position before, I had a million questions & the front of house manager took the time to answer them all & this
still continues on a weekly basis. She has the patience of a saint, whilst remaining utterly professional. The nursing staff & carers are all so friendly & welcoming & have a genuine interest in the welfare of the residents.
Our family are so relieved that our mum/wife is living in such a safe & cared for environment by people who are genuinely in the right jobs.
I cannot recommend the 3 Bridges enough for my mum's continued support & care. Thank you.

My mum has been a resident in 3 Bridges since July and has settled in very well and is very well looked after by all staff. Staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable about Mum's needs and she is always treated with dignity and respect.
Communication from staff regarding Mum has been
excellent.
There is a very wide range of activities within the home and Mum enjoys participating in these activities.
While it was a very difficult decision to put Mum into a home she is very happy and we know she is receiving excellent care from a very caring, friendly, and professional team of staff.
I would highly recommend 3 Bridges to anyone looking for a care home.

After visiting other Care Homes we decided on the 3 Bridges. It is a very welcoming and friendly place that is well-suited to my father's needs. All the staff are attentive and caring. They have looked after my father's needs while still being very respectful. I have complete peace of mind and know
he is being well looked after. This has been a great move for my father.

Both of my parents have been in the Victoria Suite for three months now and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. The staff quickly developed an understanding of my parents' individual needs and responded to them with understanding and insight. When we visit, staff are warm, friendly
and welcoming and we feel totally comfortable during our visits. Communication from and with staff has been excellent and timely. I have also found their compassion and support so valuable during what for me has been a difficult decision around long-term residential care. I can recommend 3 Bridges without hesitation.

I am the nephew of one resident and the son-in-law of another resident and have also had an aunt and many family friends as residents in the Three Bridges Care Home.
I found that the standard of the home is excellent as is the food however, the standard of care provided by the incredible staff is
exceptional.
They are all very well trained, compassionate, understanding, friendly, and above all attentive to all of the resident's individual requirements and this helps family members to know that their loved ones are not only safe but are being exceptionally well looked after.
I cannot thank them enough for looking after our family members as well as they do.

My mother receives excellent care and I am confident that she is treated appropriate to her condition 24 hours a day.
When visiting her in Summer it is enjoyable to take her round the garden as there is much to see and do. In colder weather I can only be in her room with her. The communal tv room
is understandably out of bounds for visitors but the other lounges have nothing to offer. One is a bar area instead of the long-established cafe, the other two are plain lounge areas which are often locked or set up for functions. It would be better if there were welcoming areas for families with an abundance of resources appropriate to the elderly and patients suffering from dementia. I feel that the purpose and function of these spaces require reviewing and the requirements of the care patients should be at the centre of the discussion.
I am happy that my mother is in 3 Bridges and I congratulate and thank the staff on the excellent job they do.

My mother-in-law has been a resident for 8 months. The staff got to know her quickly and respond well to her needs. Her room is a good size with a nice view over the garden. There is a good range of other spaces she can use in addition to her own room. There has always seemed to be a good staffing
ratio and staff have always been very helpful when we have asked for anything. Staff keep us informed of what is happening like health-related issues.
15 March 2024
Friendly and welcoming. Good standard of care given. There are often no chairs in the room when visiting and it is inappropriate to be sitting on the bed!
This is rectified when brought to the attention of staff but it happens often!
12 March 2024
I am confident that my mother, who has dementia, is very well cared for and well-placed at 3 Bridges.
The staff are exceptionally caring, kind and responsive to my mother's needs.
They treat her and other residents with the utmost respect and dignity.
Appropriate medical support is quickly in
place if she needs it.
The unit staff are very good at keeping me up to date on any issues.
Entertainment seems to be regular and very appropriate.
I raised a few times concerns of cleanliness, and although resolved, it did take longer than seemed necessary.
The communal lounges are very inappropriate for residents' needs. Apart from Birthday gatherings etc, they are rarely used by residents. Wheelchair access is very difficult through the doors and around the large chair window - the blinds are awkward.
There is a lack of a forum to voice and share issues with other families, my mother doesn't have the capacity to speak for herself.

My mum has been a resident at 3 Bridges since early August 2022 and suffers from Dementia. She receives exemplary care from the staff, who are caring, friendly, hard-working and professional. We are very satisfied with every aspect of Mum's care, and appreciate it hugely, especially as we know that
it is not always easy. There is a welcoming, family atmosphere throughout, and everyone is willing to listen and to help.

Mum had a serious chest infection in January. Nurse/carers told me about Hospital care at home as her oxygen levels were dangerously low and gave me the option of this service or for mum to go into hospital. Chose the hospital at home option and the care home staff and the hospital service were
incredible with their care for Mum who at nearly 102 years of age made a good recovery. I honestly believe if she had gone into hospital she may not have had the same outcome. The staff have been amazing.
