3 Bridges Care Home

We would have no hesitation in recommending the care home to other families looking for somewhere their loved one will be treated with dignity, kindness and genuine care.

My dad moved into Executive Suites at 3 Bridges in March this year. He settled really quickly and has continued to thrive. He has gained some weight and enjoys the food immensely. He is so well looked after and cared for. Every member of the team are amazing, they know dads every need and the care he receives is wonderful. It is an absolute joy to visit him and hear about his day. He has been on several outings and thoroughly enjoys the on-site entertainment. I also really appreciate regular updates from all members of the team - this is very reassuring and the chats are much appreciated.

Mum has been in 3 Bridges for 3 months now and we cannot fault any aspect of her care. The staff have been exceptionally kind and attentive and have gone "above and beyond" to make her feel welcome and to cater to her needs. Everyone who has visited Mum has commented on the welcoming atmosphere in the home.

The Executive Suites is a bright, clean, warm and friendly environment for my Dad. The staff are exceptionally kind and caring. They always go above and beyond for my Dad, they treat him like one of their own family and are very patient and affectionate towards him. Knowing he is being cared for by such lovely people means the world to me and their positive attitude has done wonders for my Dad's wellbeing. Staff are very on the ball, with any medical concerns addressed quickly with the doctor. The range of classes from Sacha's music therapy to Donn's dance class mean there is always an activity for Dad to take part in when he's able. Dad's favourite is all the lovely food, he seems to have a constant supply of sweet treats which he loves. Getting to know the fabulous staff of the Executive Suites - everyone from cleaning staff, to carers, to nurses - and seeing Dad interact so happily with them all has felt like such a ray of sunshine during a difficult time for our family.

3 Bridges is a lovely Home with very caring staff who have made my mother's time there a pleasure. Issues are dealt with timeously and there is always somebody to lend an ear. My mother is now 98 and has been there since 2021. She has settled in very well after her quite different life in a sheltered housing schem in Ilkley West Yorks.

My mum has been in the the three bridges care home for just over 2 years it is a fantastic home all staff are very attentive caring & loving to all the residents nothing is ever a problem. My mum is happy well looked after and safe .

The care received at Three Bridges is of an excellent standard. The facilities are well appointed, very clean, and cheerful, and residents are consistently treated with respect and dignity. Staff show patience, warmth, and attentiveness, and management are proactive and supportive. There is also a strong focus on engagement and entertainment, with meaningful effort made to keep residents occupied, stimulated, and involved. This provides great reassurance regarding all aspects of health, wellbeing, and day-to-day comfort. We are delighted with the level of care received.

I find the staff and facilities at executive suites very good and competent. My mother is very settled and happy there. She knows all the staff well and enjoys the company. She seems to be well cared for and has benefited from being there since March 2025

My mum has received excellent support since moving into the home. The staff offer truly bespoke care and constant reassurance, always taking the time to understand her needs. Mum has Alzheimer's and what means the most to us is how the team treat her like the true lady she has always been. She has always taken pride in her appearance and the staff ensure she is beautifully presented, comfortable, and cared for every day. Their kindness and respect give our family real peace of mind and we're deeply grateful for the way they look after her

My mum has very recently moved in, and I can speak very highly of the staff who have been extremely helpful from the first, and are now providing excellent care. The facilities at 3 Bridges are also excellent, but people make places, and the facilities would count for nothing if the staff were not as supportive and attentive as they have been. We are looking forward to our mum settling in and in time benefiting from all that 3 Bridges has to offer.

My husband has thrived since he was admitted to the 3 bridges in December 2025.I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and their professionalism. They work extremely hard to maintain a high standard of care and support not just to him but also my family.The home is always very clean and well maintained. My husband has gain weight and loves all the food provided. The monitering and review of his medication has resulted in him having a better quality of life, which has made him and us his family very happy. The staff and management are very approachable and will quickly respond to any issue. I am so pleased with the care he receives.

My aunt has recently moved into 3 bridges and it's been a lovely experience so far, the staff go out of their way to make her comfortable, at first she was on the dementia floor but as she's not too advanced we decided that she would be better in another wing, she was quickly given a new room on a more suitable wing, there is lots going on and family and friends are made to feel welcome with afternoon teas being offered for birthdays which is a lovely touch. The garden area is a lovely space, with a play park, seating area, pigs and chickens, it's fantastic for children who come to visit.

I cannot recommend the 3 Bridges enough for my mum's continued support & care. Thank you.

I would highly recommend 3 Bridges to anyone looking for a care home.

After visiting other Care Homes we decided on the 3 Bridges. It is a very welcoming and friendly place that is well-suited to my father's needs. All the staff are attentive and caring. They have looked after my father's needs while still being very respectful. I have complete peace of mind and know he is being well looked after. This has been a great move for my father.

Both of my parents have been in the Victoria Suite for three months now and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. The staff quickly developed an understanding of my parents' individual needs and responded to them with understanding and insight. When we visit, staff are warm, friendly and welcoming and we feel totally comfortable during our visits. Communication from and with staff has been excellent and timely. I have also found their compassion and support so valuable during what for me has been a difficult decision around long-term residential care. I can recommend 3 Bridges without hesitation.

My mother-in-law has been a resident for 8 months. The staff got to know her quickly and respond well to her needs. Her room is a good size with a nice view over the garden. There is a good range of other spaces she can use in addition to her own room. There has always seemed to be a good staffing ratio and staff have always been very helpful when we have asked for anything. Staff keep us informed of what is happening like health-related issues.
