The dedication ,care and support this home gives to their patients each other and to families at the most difficult times .From the moment my mother in-law was given the news she was terminal ,she wanted her end of life care to be at pemberley care home ,so she could be with her husband who as been their for several years .I cannot thank them enough the care and attention the dignity they gave her . From the management team ,carers nurses and reception staff also the chef who so kindly fed us .Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart

My mum is in her 90s and has dementia. She is loved by the staff and is looked after so well. Pemberley is a lovely care home and I recommend it to anyone who is considering it for their elderly relative.

My mother recently moved to Pemberley House, Basingstoke. It's been an extremely stressful time since my mother left her care home in Cardiff. What a relief to at last find such an amazing care home. My mother couldn't be happie,r which means the world to me. The care, compassion, thoughtfulness, kindness, love, and laughter shared at Pemberley House is outstanding. Thank you.

Mums third stay at Pemberley House. She settled quicky and well and got regular updates from the team as to how she was getting on while I was away. Pemberley is always clean, residents seem happy and rooms are great.

All the team at Pemberley House showed my mother-in-law such an extremely high level of compassion and caring following the death of her husband at the end of May 2024, I can only express my deepest appreciation, thanks and praise to each and every one. It is always a real pleasure to visit Pemberley House and a genuine happy and friendly reception is guaranteed from all involved. I have tried to find a fault without success!

The first surprise was the competitive rates. All staff are pleasant and helpful. The whole place is clean and smells nice. The room was very homely, cosy. Security keypads on doors are a good thing to keep any wandering residents safe. A motion sensor for any falls etc in the night is very good.

I would like to applaud all the wonderful, hard working staff of Pemberley House Care Home in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Every person from the excellent Management, the lovely Reception, the lovely hardworking Carers, the enthusiastic Activities Staff, the very talented Chefs and all the hardworking Kitchen Staff, the very efficient Housekeeping, Maintenance, Drivers, Laundry, everyone works very hard. They are diligent and caring towards everyone. The food is excellent, well prepared and very delicious ! Compliments to the wonderful Chefs. And all the Kitchen Staff for all their hard work. It is much appreciated. They cater for individual tastes, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you again to everyone at Pemberley House Care Home.

We have recently needed to find a nursing home for our mum. When visiting Pemberley House we were reassured of the care and kindness that would be shown to all residents. The home is beautifully equipped and has a real home from home feel. Mum moved into the home in May 2025 and she has been shown nothing but kindness. The staff are interested in her and what she likes even if she is unable to express it herself. We are really pleased we made the decision for mum to live at Pemberley House they treat her with such dignity. The kindness of the staff have made a difficult decision easier. It is lovely knowing our mum is in such good hands. Thank you.

My wife has been resident since May 2024. She is well looked after and seems to be happy and content, the staff at all levels are very friendly. The home is a delight to visit I go twice a week. The home is well looked after.

My lovely mum has only been a resident for a short time at Pemberley. She moved in this October. We have felt nothing but supported and guided through the whole process of moving Mum into Pemberley. From the first time that my husband and I visited on my mum's behalf, the care services manager and all of the rest of the staff made us very welcome and were able to answer professionally and sensitively any queries and questions that we had. The whole team in Pemberley were meticulous with the paperwork noting Mum's needs and her preferences from her health records, to the way in which she likes to live, her interests and what makes her happy. All of this has helped Mum to move into her beautiful room seamlessly, and daily, we are so grateful to the amazing staff who go above and beyond to make sure that Mum is not only happy and comfortable but thriving in her new home. The level of care and love and attention Mum continues to receive is something we are extremely thankful for.

My mum has only been a resident for a short time at Pemberley House, but she has settled in very well and is happy and content. The staff are so kind and caring, Mum loves them all. I live in Coventry, so I'm unable to visit as much as I'd like, but I'm really impressed with what I've seen. My sister visits Mum very regularly and speaks really highly of them. Keep up the fantastic work you do, it's much appreciated.

Pemberley House has proved a good choice. Rooms, cleanliness, food, and care are excellent. Activities are provided weekly and the carer and organiser of these are very good and committed, she makes sure residents are enjoying experiences and ensures everyone is involved. Management is helpful and personable.

The customer service manager and her team supported my mum and I to celebrate her granddaughter's wedding via video link. They decorated the main lounge and made available cakes and beverages to create a fun and festive atmosphere for Mum and the other residents, who all sat around the TV watching the ceremony. So very heartwarming to hear the others talk and reflect about their own wedding experiences from years bygone. The staff are a credit to the service and it's reflected in their commitment, sensitivity and compassion. Thank you for making it such a memorable day for all.

We have been very pleased with the care provided by Pemberley House Care Home since my father-in-law took up residence in June 2022. The staff and carers are all very polite, helpful and caring. There is a very good, happy atmosphere in the home with many activities arranged for the residents taking into account their various care needs. My father-in-law enjoys the food which has really improved over the last six months, having taken on a new chef. There are regular resident meetings where residents can raise any concerns or make requests. Also regular relatives meetings. Any health issues have been dealt with in a timely manner and the carers check on my father-in-law every hour throughout the day and night. Everyone, from the care home manager, customer service manager, reception staff, carers, to housekeeping and maintenance, are all very welcoming, polite and cheerful. They all do an amazing job.

My father has been a resident at Pemberley for the past 5 years. The level of care and support he receives from all the staff is just wonderful. The management team are very approachable and are always willing to listen to feedback and quickly resolve any issues that may arise.

After a lot of discussions, we decided that we have to have more care for Nan/Mum. She has mixed dementia and requires assistance with self-care. It has been a really rocky road, but the whole team have been incredible. They are incredibly supportive of us, as a family, with a shoulder to cry on or an ear to listen to. You can see how much the whole team really care for Nan/Mum, and how much they want to provide a gold standard of care for all the residents. Nothing is too much for them, and we are very grateful for all their support.
