Communication could be improved. A new resident meeting with family to explain home routines etc would be very useful. When requests are made for the family resident such as seeing a doctor it would be good if there was feedback on the outcome without having to ask. However I have found all other aspects of the home excellent, and thanks for looking after my mum so well.

The management, Carers + Domestics + Kitchen Staff + Maintenance staff are all a credit. My mother in law is treated with highest level of care dignity + repect I know that my mother in law is exremely happy and content. Thankyou all for taking such good care of my mother in law.

Fantastic place. All the staff are lovely, everywhere is immaculate and clean. Mum seems alot happier here.

Bradley Hall continues to provide high quality care for my mother. I am constantly impressed by the range of activities on offer and my mum really enjoys the live entertainment. The manager does a fantastic job of fostering such a positive, friendly ethos amongst the staff.

Mum has been at bradley hall nearly 12mths now and really enjoys her time spent with actives and trips out, I allways find the staff most helpful.

Mum is well cared for + takes part in most of the activities. She enjoys the company and nothing is to much trouble for the staff.

Mum is very happy well looked after all of the staff are very caring and compassionate, there are activities every day which Mum enjoy's, I would highly recommend placing a loved one in the capable hands of Bradley Hall.

My mum has been in Bradley Hall nearly 3 years. Her care/support exceptional. Mums socialising has blossomed and as a family we are comforted to know she is cared for is safe and lives in a caring environment. I wouldn't want my mum to be anywhere else. Majority of staff go above & beyond and we are eternally grateful. They treat Mum with such dignity & respect and thats priceless xxx

Always very pleasant staff all rooms are very clean and the staff are always obliging. My mother and I have just attended the mothers day afternoon tea what a glorious afternoon we all had the staff all worked so hard and we all enjoyed a lovely sing song afterward.

Overall my mother has settled in very well and has been treated very nicely by the majority of staff. I had to make a complaint about one member of staff after she treated my mother terribly, but this was dealt with very quickly. Have had a few teething problems which are slowly being ironed out. Praise to 2 staff members in particular who have been very helpful. Overall, this is a lovely care home and I feel at ease knowing my mother is ok.

Staff are brilliant had a lovely time at the mothers day afternoon tea. Mum since she has been here has improved 100%. Many thanks to all the staff.

Excellent food, service + entertainment at a pre-mothering Sunday party. Very friendly staff.
