I can not thank the management and staff of Cramlington House enough for the dedication, love, and respect they gave to our beloved mum during her 2 years here. She was always smartly dressed with her nails and hair done. The entertainment and activities are exceptional. All the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The care she was shown was lovely to see. In her final days the kindness and empathy shown to mum and our whole family was amazing. I would happily recommend this care home.

My mother has been a resident in Cramlington House since January 2021. We couldn't view it in person due to lockdown restrictions, however we have never regretted our choice. It's a lovely home, immaculate and very caring manager and staff. The care given to our mother is very professional with a personal touch and although she doesn't know us now we can clearly see that she is well cared for and has lovely relationships with staff. I have recommended the care home to others, we are kept informed of any changes etc and have regular review meetings and we as a family feel very reassured our mother is as happy as she can be given her age & Dementia.

My mother in law has been a resident at Cramlington House for nearly 4 years. We, as a family, are very impressed with the care she receives. All of the staff are caring and loving towards her. Although her vocabulary is very limited, they always seem to know what she wants or needs. She appears to feel safe and is always happy. The meals are varied throughout the weeks and she is well fed. They also receive tea and snacks, quite often ice-cream (her favourite.) The bedrooms are large, ensuite with a shower, excellent for personal care. Comfortable beds and nice decor. Always clean and tidy. Her washing is all done for her. The home have frequent activities including exercise classes and live singers. Her family are always kept informed of any changes in her medication or care. The staff are very approachable if ever there are any concerns to discuss. I would recommend this home in a heart best. It is so warm, inviting and homely.

My father has been here for 8 months and I have nothing but 100%praise for the care he is receiving All the staff have all residents best interests at heart and appear very compassionate in there role I visit on a regular basis and always made welcome no matter what time of the day it is and staff always have time to speak to you and give any updates on his care My family all agree that we made the right choice of carehome after visiting 7 prior to dad's admission We all feel a very hard and difficult decision was made much easier by our choice We particularly like the consistency of staff within the home making life easier for Dad living with dementia A shout out to the 2 activities coordinators for giving their all in a very difficult role Finally to the cleaners and cooks keep on doing what your doing you are all an asset to the home Well done to the home manager your standards are excellent

My mother in law has been in the home over a year now as she kept falling and wasn't able to remain in her own home. Whilst at the home, she has been very well looked after by the staff who are all lovely, patient and very kind. She gets lovely meals and access to entertainment if she wants to be involved. Staff always keep me up to date regarding any issues she may have. The home is very clean and well maintained and I would definitely recommend it.

Cramlington house provides excellent care. From pre-admission to admission and on an ongoing basis the utmost kindness and understanding has been shown to my aunt. The carers are thoughtful and professional.

I cannot praise the staff at Cramlington house enough for their efforts looking after my Mam and also easing the stress and worry for myself Every member of staff is so helpful and kind My mother has only been there nearly 3 Month has dementia and anxiety attacks . The first few weeks whilst taking her out were so hard as she did not want to leave my side and wanting home which is now empty The staff to a person advised me what to say and how I and themselves can distract her when I bring her back .She now seems to be settling and really likes the staff She is out and about with staff at least twice a week . The accomodation is clean and on first class condition with all the facilities she can need . E g coffee shop wee pub hair dresser podiatrist nail make up fantastic 4 Meals a day and never seen a bad one I would recommend. Cramlington house to anyone presently looking for a care home Emphasis on Care Once again thank you staff love u all

My Mum is a resident in the home, after staying in a few different respite stays in different homes with mixed quality of care. Having already cared for my mum at home I understand some of the challenges and stress faced in caring for people with dementia. The staff at Cramlington House do a great job, always polite and professional in what must be a challenging and emotionally demanding job. The communication is good and it's consistent with regular staff who are invested in the care of the residents some of whom have no other supporting family and friends apart from the staff who care for them. The room is nice and well-kept and maintained and they run good social events and outings. My only critique is around the washing system as socks and underpants just seem to disappear and not return and it's not easy to label these items. The staff make the place what it is and I do hope the owners of the company invest in them and reward them for going that extra mile.

My mam has been resident here for nearly 2 years, it was an extremely difficult time for me when she came into care. I felt so guilty and worried about her, but the team at Cramlington House have been amazing, they have also supported me. Mam's health has had its ups and downs in the last 2 years, the team have helped her to adjust to the changes. They always have the residents best interests in mind. I feel I can sleep at night knowing mam is safe and well looked after.

My mum (almost 98) who has dementia and profoundly deaf had to go into a home and I am so glad I chose Cramlington House. All the staff from day one were amazing and so friendly. She is surrounded by caring people who look after her and they support me too. She is happy in her own little world and is treated with dignity. What more could I want for my dear mum.

My grandma has been in this home nearly three years and the staff are amazing! Always meeting her needs and caring for everyone around them. They often host events for the residents to participate in such as movie nights - singers and bingo. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Mum has been very well cared for. We were reluctant at first to send her to a care home but we have been really reassured by the care she has been provided with. We made a good choice.

From the moment we first visited Cramlington House, my sister and I both knew this was the place we would like to entrust with the care of our mum. The facility is first class, welcoming, well appointed, clean, well organized and most importantly the residents and staff are happy and settled. It was however not until sometime after mum moved into Cramlington House did we realise that it is so much more than this. It is the love and care that the staff show to the residents, in our case not just our mum but also our dad who visits mum several times in the week, that makes it what it is to us; truly a home for our mum and an extension to our family. We both know that this does not happen by accident but by hard work. The management and senior staff really know their stuff and have always been extremely supportive, especially when we have had to navigate some difficult times with our mum. We can not recommend Cramlington House more highly - well done to you all.

My mum has been a resident at Cramlington House for 3 years. She is settled, happy and loves the staff. She has Alzheimer's and now receives care in all aspects of living, feeding etc. I find the staff to be very approachable and are always willing to help or talk if I need it. They provide family support groups where we can meet and chat with other residents families. Mum enjoys the meals which are provided and is given the support, when needed, to ensure she is eating. Overall, I am very grateful for the excellent care my mum receives.

The staff at Cramlington House are amazing; you can tell they all really care for the residents and they also have relative meetings and Dementia training, which is helpful for families to attend. They offer a fantastic range of mid-week activities for the residents. They helped my mum (now 89) with Vascular Dementia settle in two years ago, and she loves the staff, and they love her. I would highly recommend Cramlington House and the healthcare service to everyone. Thank you to you all, and keep up the excellent work.

My mother has been a resident in this home now for almost 4 years and without a doubt the care staff, management and safety of this home are outstanding. I am more than happy with the love, care and dignity that my mother has received over the years. All staff adapt as required to suit the individual resident's needs and abilities. Many changes have occurred over the years however, the overall standards are above excellent, thanks to the dedicated and attentive staff members.

It is coming up to the fourth Christmas my mother has been cared for in Cramlington House and I would like to share our experience to help others choosing a care home. It took a long time and lots of visiting different care homes in the area to finally make the decision of placing her at Cramlington House; this followed a couple of very successful respite weeks to ensure we were fully confident we were making the right decision. The team has been excellent from day one. They provide such a professional all-round care package, with superb facilities and lots of different activities and trips. While her dementia has sadly progressed over the years, staff continue to have a great relationship with her and accommodate her changing needs. They are very receptive to her likes and dislikes. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my mother and am very happy to recommend Cramlington House to others who need a friendly, happy environment for their loved ones.

Mam moved into the home in February and settled in fantastic with the help of all the staff. She is so well cared for and anything I'm concerned about with Mam I can ask any staff who go above and beyond to help.

Mam moved into the home in February and settled in fantastic with the help of all the staff. She is so well cared for and anything I'm concerned about with Mam I can ask any staff who go above and beyond to help.
