Lovely home with great service. Tea and biscuits Spacious rooms and good facilities Staff are helpful and attentive Thank you Based in Nailsea so a short walk from the centre of town where plenty of amenities

My mother has been in Argentum since August this year. She has settled in well. The staff have shown her extreme kindness and patience at all times. The activities are great fun and bring laughter to those that attend. We are kept informed about mum's wellbeing and can speak to anyone at anytime if we have any concerns. The staff are always smiling and I always feel welcomed when visiting. Thank you so much for all you are doing for her. We certainly feel she is in safe hands.

Jess and her team have been looking after mum for only 2 days and I can tell that she feels at home already. Rob had been helping to prepare her room even before she arrived - putting up pictures and a mirror and moving furniture. Alvin welcomed her as soon as she was in her room and took careful notes about her preferred daily routine. He was at pains to tell her that she was the boss and should let the team at Argentum know how she would like to be helped. Today Joy had helped mum to get ready for the day and commented to me how good mum's skin was. Everyone I have met here has been thoughtful and attentive and caring. Thank you Argentum for looking after mum so well.

My mum has been in this care home since July 2024, and she loves it there, The staff that care for the residents are brilliant, Nothing is to much trouble, I know my mum is well looked after 24/7, and I have piece of mind knowing she is safe and well.

All the staff are very friendly and always very helpful. Mums room is always clean and she seems to be happy Food menu is very varied and seems to be good quality. Always lots going on on there's always something for the residents to do, from colouring , jigsaws and weekly entertainment. Thank you

Argentum is a breath of fresh air, mum was welcomed by Joy following 4 weeks in hospital - Joy was extremely caring and helped mum settle into her new surroundings. All the staff are of a very high standard and it's clear there is an excellent management structure in place.

My father is so well looked after , the staff are very thoughtful kind and attentive Shini the nurse is a joyful and caring , Helen and her team run fabulous activities in the afternoon and are so enjoyable and interactive for the residents . We have peace of mind knowing Dad is in the best place living with Dermentia .

Argentum is friendly and welcoming. Mum is being cared for well. She has improved since moving to the home in June. She is happy and content. She appears to enjoy the entertainment and has made friends. It is reassuring to know she is being cared for.

We feel that the home has a wonderful atmosphere. All the staff are really caring, friendly and helpful. My Mum says the food is delicious. Also, my Mum has very much enjoyed many of the activities over the last few months. We feel that her health and wellbeing have been very well supported. Thank you!

As a family we cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Argentum- they are so caring not just of my father but also us as a family. They go above and beyond to keep us updated and to bring the best quality of life to their residents.

The care my mother in law received was 2nd to none. I work in the care sector myself and the way the staff treated everyone including families was exceptional and welcoming. It's a shame mother in law arrived at end of life as she had enjoyed the care she received if she got there sooner. All staff should be proud of themselves for the fantastic work they do from care, janitorial and through to management. A big well done from me a fellow care worker and district Councillor

Thoroughly recommend Argentum Lodge, all the staff were so kind and caring towards my mum and to us. The home has a lovely, welcoming and homely atmosphere. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Mum last days here were very happy and I shall treasure those memories.

I am very happy with the nurses and office staff, all are so kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Even arranged a birthday cake, which is more helpful than you would expect. The staff at Argentum is A1. Everyone seems so happy here, even the families visiting.

My husband was originally there for respite care after being in hospital but my daughter and I have been so impressed with all aspects of Argentum Lodge that he is now a permanent resident. All the staff are approachable and make the effort to interact with the residents and there is plenty of varied activities and entertainment for the residents. It gives me peace of mind knowing my husband is in good hands.

First class facility professionally run with excellent staff who really care about the residents. Food is first class and the whole place is spotless and clean. The residents also are very well entertained on a daily basis and finally the management team lead by the home manager is very good and extremely helpful.

Although admitted on 21st and died 24th May, we could not have asked for anything better. We were treated with such respect and welcomed as if been there months. His pain was managed so well and when he died, the staff were perfect and it honestly help us so much. You have an amazing team that you should be super proud of! Thank you.

My father had 4 weeks of respite in Argentum. We thought the home provided a relaxed environment with a warm and friendly reception from employees. I thought the home tried hard and was innovative in providing a range of opportunities to provide stimulation for their guests.

Mum was very poorly when she arrived at Argentum, but within a week or so, she was up and about, joining in activities with the other residents. The level of care, and engagement given by the staff is excellent. And the many different enrichment activities provided are also excellent.

The staff have done an amazing job with my mother and have ensured she has made an amazing recovery from an illness earlier on in the year. Her smile and confidence have returned and she feels far more confident. The staff all take amazing care of her
