I am going holiday soon and I am enjoying myself here and the care here is okay. The madam is the manager here so I am going to be okay. The care is to friends and family.

The food was marvellous on Christmas day and in plenty. Thank you to the manager for the lovely Christmas presents. We had a lot of Christmas activities to choose. We had a great Christmas.

Melba Lodge is a clean, friendly, well-kept property. Dad is very happy here, he eats well and has seemed very content.

My sister has been at Melba Lodge for many years, and she has shown so much improvement. She laughs, communicates well, her hygiene is 100%. Melba Lodge feels like a home, and not a clinical place. She has built friendships with the other residents and never once came to me with complaints of being
ill-treated and she is not one to hold back if there was cause for concern! I am 100% happy with the care received from Melba Lodge.

The staff and management have told me how important it is to learn about coronavirus and how to take care. The staff are very kind and the food is lovely. I enjoyed going to the shop last Tuesday for shopping.

My daughter has been a resident of Melba Lodge for six and a half years and in that time she has progressed very well, particularly in her general attitude and personal hygiene.

It is very reassuring knowing my sister is in very good hands at Melba Lodge. I know she is being looked after and safe. The staff are great and my sister has settled in well in the short time she has been there.

My service user absolutely loves going to Melba Lodge. She loves the friendliness and all the attention the staff give to her. She even goes for the day sometimes and loves going to meet the manager. She comes back so happy and plans when she is going to go again.

The house is kept very clean, the staff and management are very friendly you always get made welcome. The food is always good and I always get offered a cup of tea. Everyone seem happy. The leg of Lamb was very tasty made pasta and rice and salad and other food. There is always plenty to eat. The
food is always presented nice.
