I regurlary visit my Nan & visit for special ocassions. The entertainment staff go out their way to make it special when celebrating birthdays, mothers day etc. There are many members of staff who are happy to see you, and feel like friends. They care for the residents and that shows. The

My mum
Was in hospital for three months and she did not want too go in too a care home she was very unhappy she arrived in Friday confused and with in 24 hours she has been treated with the up most respect seeing her managing too eat and drink independently clean and dressed smiling the team have
made her very comfortable and happy with in 5 days she is thriving they have helped me as well feel

I would like to say a big 'Thank you' to the entertainment team for making Mum's birthday so special today.
All the staff go out of their way to help & look after Mum, who can sometimes be difficult. They have all taken the time to get to know her and understand her needs.

My sister-in-law has been a resident in Baugh House for nearly two years, and the family has been very pleased with the kindness and compassion shown by all the staff. At the beginning, and as a result of her dementia, she presented with some fairly challenging behaviour at times, but the staff
were very patient with her and were able to channel her energy into more positive pursuits. The manager, Alejandro, has gone out of his way, together with the staff, to find out about her interests and hobbies so that appropriate activities can be enjoyed by her.
All the staff are easy to talk to, ranging from the welcome from the receptionist to the interactions with the medical staff and management. My sister-in-law is settled at Baugh House and whilst she's very pleased to see family members, she's never sad when we leave. Baugh House is her home and she's very happy there.

My mum was at Baugh House for just over four years. In that time many of the staff became friends with her and enjoyed hearing about her childhood on the farm. I cannot fault the excellent care and attention that she received, as nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I would fully recommend
Baugh House for your love one.

We have had an excellent experience with this care home, whilst my partner has been here. The staff are consistently kind, compassionate, and professional. It is clear they generally care about the well being of its residents. My partner has been treated with dignity and respect at all times, and
his individual needs have always been met with patience and understanding, communication has been very good which gives me real reassurance and peace of mind. The manager is excellent & easy to talk to.

We've had a really positive experience with this care home while my dad has been here. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and it's clear they take pride in looking after the residents. Communication has been good, and it's reassuring to know my dad is safe, comfortable, and treated
with dignity and respect. He is by far happier in this care home and content. We're very grateful for the care and support he has received. The manager is also excellent all the residents love him.

My cousin has been at Baugh House Care Centre for just over a year, and I honestly cannot praise the staff enough. Because of the severity of her dementia, no other care homes were able to fully support her needs, but the exceptional team at Baugh House have done a wonderful job. The care, patience
and kindness they show every day truly make a difference.
From the engaging activities and tasty, well-prepared meals to the warm, welcoming environment and spotless facilities, everything shows how much they care. My whole family feels at ease visiting her now. What once felt like a difficult situation has become a comforting and positive experience.
Knowing my cousin is being treated with dignity and respect gives us great peace of mind, allowing us to focus on spending quality moments with her rather than worrying when we leave.
Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Baugh House Care Centre. You make such a difference.

Such a happy place with welcoming and professional staff. It makes it easier and less of a worry knowing all of my Aunt's needs are being met here and should anything change, I am contacted immediately.
I would definitely recommend Baugh House for long term care for your loved ones - they are
treated as part of an extended family.

My Mum has dementia. It was decided Baugh House could no longer manage her and she was served with an eviction notice without informing our mother or anyone in her family. We found out by accident through a third party.
Previously found a wound on her arm and received no explanation as to how it
occurred.

A very caring atmosphere. Always clean. Always activities going on to join in with if mum so wishes. But no pressure she can decide.
All the staff have been amazing with mum as her memory fails her she can get quite agitated and they all treat her so well, even on these occasions.

thinking of somewhere safe, clean, and caring with things to do I can recommend Baugh house.

Mary was clean and comfortable and full of praise for the nursing staff and carers who help her.
She was cheerful and enjoyed our visit, and we prayed at the end, Mary adding prayers for the very ill people at the home.

My aunt is thriving in Baugh House. She is so much happier and brighter since she went into the care of Baugh House earlier in the year. Baugh House is clean, and the food is of good quality. The care is sensitive and supportive I have seen a huge difference in her. It is comforting to know she is
being well cared for when I live so far away. The management team is approachable, and the care team is helpful in not just in regards to my aunts care but facilitating video calls with my aunt and myself and keeping me regularly updated on her care and any issues.There are a few minor issues with clothing,laundry and one to one time for my aunt but overall, I am pleased with the care my Aunt receives. Thank you to all the team at Baugh House. You do an amazing job, and it is greatly appreciated.

Found the manager and most staff very careing in Baugh house clean rooms and communal areas and food nice lots of activities , good out side space used during the summer , always felt welcome . When in the building

My Dad has been a resident of Baugh House just coming up to a year now, he is very settled and content there.
The staff have a very high standard of care throughout the home from the Receptionist, The Manager, duty day Nurses and staff, they are all very friendly and with an amazing level of care
given to residents.
Dad enjoys the activities and it's good to see the variation the care home provides.
The care home keeps me updated with any concerns relating to Dad and I know that after my weekly visits I can go home knowing that Dad is in good hands, which gives me peace of mind.
Well done to The Manager and his staff for creating a very positive experience for My dad and us as a family when we visit Baugh House Care Home.

Very happy with the care Baugh House has put in place for my mum
Extr care and low bed and crash mats are now in place. Staff are caring and supportive to mum and nurse always checks on mum and take her obs. Receptionist and Manager both very friendly and approachable and always happy to assist

Superb care, fantastic staff, excellent management & facility. The staff are extremely well trained and professional. They are very caring and the home has a very welcoming and family feel to it. Since my father moved in seven months ago the staff have always been kind, friendly and approachable.
They treat all residents with dignity and respect. The facility is absolutely lovely and clean, there are no unpleasant smells at all,. They recently opened up a sensory room for the residents which has a relaxing and magical feel to it. My father's room on the ground floor opens up onto the beautiful spacious patio and garden. The corridors have beautiful pictures from the past throughout the home. The meals are varied & nutritious. The onsite Chef makes a point of finding out residents preferences. The building has good light, it is warm & spacious. I have peace of mind that my father is well looked after and taken care, thank you to the Manager and staff at Baugh House.
