My dad stayed in Blossom Hill Care Home for only a short time due to terminal illness, but in that short time us as a family and my dad were treated with care, love, kindness and support, the staff and management went above and beyond for all of us and nothing was a bother to them. I can't thank Blossom Hill enough they will always hold a special place in my heart.

My friend was only in for a short time due to terminal illness, but overall the staff were very kind and considerate and dealt with my friend with much needed dignity. Thank you to everyone involved in my friend's care.

My mam went into the care of Blossom Hill in September 2024. Since being there we have been overwhelmed with the care she has been given and support. My mam settled in pretty much straight away. There is a wide range of activities daily with the two lovely coordinators. I am very pleased with the care, staff + everything else.

The care provided by this home has been absolutely outstanding. All the staff have been brilliant. I'm so grateful my friend came to this home.

Very good all round in Blossom Hill. Room is great. 1st class staff. Great staff and service. Everything fabulous. Food great. Staff very helpful. All questions answered fully by all the staff. Very safe environment to be in, care and support excellent. I can honestly say I can recommend this care home on the quality of care and service are second to none.

Mam only been here a few weeks, very happy with care given so far. Staff very helpful and always there to answer any concerns or questions.

My mother has been here for six years and feels at home and comfortable with the surroundings and the staff. She enjoys the activities the home provides and likes a good singalong when they have guest singers in. Staff have always been helpful to Mam and enable her to keep her dignity. I feel safe in the knowledge that she is being well looked after by the staff.

Very happy with the care my mum is receiving. All the care staff are very friendly and polite. The care home is always clean and tidy. We moved my mum from another care home in the area and it was the best thing we done. My mum is cared for with the uppermost dignity and respect.

My gran only came to Blossom Hill Care Home towards the end of September and she is thriving, she loves the company, the activities, it's such a beautiful and friendly home. There is always something for her to do, always someone to assist her and most importantly, she is safe and well looked after.

I have the highest regard for all the staff at Blossom Hill Care Home. They make your relative very welcome and do everything possible to make them comfortable and secure. The care they give is outstanding, meeting the needs and requirements of residents every time. We, as a family, were so happy with every aspect of care and attention they gave.

My mom has been in Blossom Hill since January. I can't praise the staff enough for all the hard work and support they have given her through some very dark times. She has been provided with first-class medical care, treating her with dignity and respect. Thank you to all the staff for being caring and compassionate, helping the family to relax knowing she is cared for.

Our mom went to live in Blossom Hill Care Home in June 2023. The decision to choose this care home has never been regretted. Her care here was outstanding by all staff. We never had any concerns or worries leaving her in the care of these dedicated staff. She was treated with respect and dignity at all times. The management was visible at all times of the day and had an open door if we had any worries, as well as the deputy. Senior staff were vigilant and staff members provided excellent care. The home is clean and tidy at all times. I cannot thank Blossom Hill enough for caring for our mom.

In all, honestly I believe I made an excellent choice in my husband's care home. He's been well looked after while in respite and is now home and happy in himself. I thank the home and its dedicated staff. Thanks a lot.

Mum-in-law came from hospital for the first experience of a care home (aged 90). She has enjoyed her stay and has made a great recovery so we are now discussing a return to independent living. We have also discussed her returning here, in the event that she becomes unable to care for herself (or somewhere similar if no spaces are available here). The family have seen the quality and care available and this has helped reassure them that residential care is not to be feared.

I would like to commend all staff for the incredible care, support and empathy shown towards my father and our family. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The care given was genuine, sincere and never intrusive. As a family, we will be forever grateful to you all. A heartfelt thank you.

The care and support my mother receives in Blossom Hill Care Home is second to none. The staff are amazingly friendly, extremely hard working and genuinely care for their residents. During a recent hospital visit, the ambulance staff commented that “Blossom Hill was the nicest home they had ever visited. That the residents' records were detailed and in order. That the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating”. It is reassuring to know that external agencies who visit most homes in the area, also form the same opinion as we do.

The staff are fantastic with my dad. Dad moved into Blossom Hill in March and settled in really quickly. The staff are amazing and so helpful and are amazing with the residents in the home and I would definitely recommend Blossom to anyone looking for a care home.
