Mum has been here 6 weeks now & the staff have been great & helped her to settle. The manager is very approachable. The way staff support Mum is great. I would reccommend Blossom Hill to anyone without a doubt.

Mam seems quite happy at Blossom Hill. resident for 7 years.
Generally the staff have good interaction with my mam. They know her quirks and she enjoys their company, not just the carers but the admin, kitchen & laundry staff too.

Staff very caring & friendly
Home does not have activity co-ordinater at present so not many activities going on for residents.
Mam is well cared for.

My dad stayed in Blossom Hill Care Home for only a short time due to terminal illness, but in that short time us as a family and my dad were treated with care, love, kindness and support, the staff and management went above and beyond for all of us and nothing was a bother to them.
I can't thank Blossom
Hill enough they will always hold a special place in my heart.

My mam went into the care of Blossom Hill in September 2024. Since being there we have been overwhelmed with the care she has been given and support. My mam settled in pretty much straight away. There is a wide range of activities daily with the two lovely coordinators. I am very pleased with the care,

Very happy with the care my mum is receiving. All the care staff are very friendly and polite. The care home is always clean and tidy. We moved my mum from another care home in the area and it was the best thing we done. My mum is cared for with the uppermost dignity and respect.

Our mom went to live in Blossom Hill Care Home in June 2023. The decision to choose this care home has never been regretted. Her care here was outstanding by all staff. We never had any concerns or worries leaving her in the care of these dedicated staff. She was treated with respect and dignity at
all times. The management was visible at all times of the day and had an open door if we had any worries, as well as the deputy. Senior staff were vigilant and staff members provided excellent care. The home is clean and tidy at all times. I cannot thank Blossom Hill enough for caring for our mom.
