Every day that she spent at the home was exceptional with the staff being friendly and supportive. I have not seen my mother more happy and relaxed for a long time. There were daily activities that were engaging and interactive including cake m aking, flower arranging and Bingo. I cannot thank the staff enough for thir care and support and for making my mother feel welcome and comfortable. I cannot reccomend Brampton Manor enough
The care, warmth, affection and response from ALL the team at Brampton Manor from walking through the door to taking mum home is outstanding. As a nurse myself of some 40years, I am attuned to high level care. I can 100% say that every single member of the team is an outstanding team player. My mum enjoys company but does not find it easy to push herself forward. She interacted, made new friends , partook in all the events and learned new things during her 3 week stay. She has been in respite before at other places and is always ready to come home after a few days! She felt at Brampton Manor at home and that she had had a wonderful holiday . I can't express my thanks enough to the team in enabling me to go on holiday knowing mum was on her own holiday. Whenever I called to speak with her, I was greeted with kindness and prompt service to talk with mum who was always so cheerful and happy. It made my holiday a success. Thank you again to you all!!! You deserve every award going .
I can honestly say Brampton Manor is such a lovely caring and welcoming place for any loved one to be in, the staff are loving and caring always welcome you with a smile and knowing are loved ones are safe and cared for in such a lovely home, nothing is to much trouble the staff work really hard to make sure the residents are well cared for.
What a welcoming and happy place the moment you step through the door. All the staff are so kind and friendly and you can tell it's genuine. Nothing is too much trouble and there are so many staff available to help the residents. The rooms are light and spacious with lovely decoration as I the whole home. A lot of thought has been put into how it's been designed and the decor so it looks like a hotel rather than a home. All the residents I have seen there since my mother arrived are well dressed and look happy and cared for. I really can't think of anything negative at all. My mother has settled in and seems happy and gets her hair done and a newspaper delivered to her room every day which are optional but add to the personalisation. I would highly recommend it.
The service from start to finish was of a very high standard and all the staff really care about how the home and its residents are part of a community, and everyone is involved. My brother was only in for a short time but he really enjoyed the warmth and kindness the team showed him. I would have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic home to anyone.
My Mother has been at Brampton Manor for over a year and I am so happy with this exceptional care home. It is so clean, light, airy and beautifully furnished. The food, facilities and entertainment are all excellent and the garden is well cared for, pretty and has comfortable seating. The most important part for me is the calm, kind carers, they create a wonderful atmosphere and have endless patience. I am so grateful my Mother is being looked after so well. It's great to see her dancing and having fun and on bad days they are all so good with her. I recommend this care home with confidence.
I can not put into words how much I love that Brampton Manor is mums home. The dread and thoughts are overwhelming when you know the time has come to think about more care for your loved one. I can honestly say that from day one I felt that mum was safe and loved here and that's all I wanted for mum. Caring for a loved one is stressful and exhausting, all that has gone now because I know my mum is very well cared for. Mum reflects that feeling too she is happier and settled.
A Truly Outstanding Care Home - Thank You, Brampton Manor I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the wonderful team at Brampton Manor for the exceptional care they have provided for my mum. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with compassion, dignity, and respect, making her feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home. Every member of the team-from the carers and nurses to the kitchen and housekeeping staff-goes above and beyond in their roles. They don't just do their jobs; they do them with warmth and genuine kindness. It's clear that the residents are not just patients-they are part of a family.
From my first contact over the phone I have been impressed and delighted with Brampton Manor . It was a stressful time and the conversations I had were reassuring and professional and the care towards me was evident . On meeting the staff over the four months since I first met them I have been assured of a genuine affection which is shown in the kindness and care my dad receives. All the staff exhibit both a warmth and professionalism which is extremely reassuring . I have joined my dad for lunch and confirm the food is excellent! The home and garden are beautiful .There is such variation of activities available to meet social and spiritual needs and lovely engagement with the community. Most importantly though is the attitude towards my dad, and also his family which has been truly outstanding.
From the first moment of walking into Brampton Manor, I felt an overwhelming sense of warmth, kindness and happiness from the people around. The environment was welcoming, clean and spacious with a contemporary style. When I met admissions manager, he took that pleasant experience to a whole new level. He was compassionate, focused, knowledgeable, and he took the time to complete a comprehensive assessment on how Brampton Manor could best care and support our mum. He listened and focused completely on the person Mum was and how they could enhance her daily life. There was no hesitation about Mum moving into Brampton Manor, we'd found Mum's next home, home from home. The daily activities bring Mum and the other residents so much joy. All the staff are approachable, kind, proactive and friendly. Brampton Manor provides outstanding care from this wonderful warm and dedicated team. I would truly recommend Brampton Manor to anyone looking for their loved ones forever home.

All I can say is God Bless all the staff for looking after our loved ones in the mannor they do Again a big Thank you your the best
Brampton Manor Care Home is a lovely place, built and decorated to a very high standard. It is very well staffed and the carers are always friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for both the residents and family members. There are plenty of activity programmes in which to participate if the resident so desires and a well-kept garden for walks, helping with the gardening and garden chats. The residents' health and well-being are monitored regularly and family are always informed of any illness or concerns. Despite my dad's advancing years, he still has a large appetite and if he needs a bigger portion, he only has to ask. We visited several care homes before settling on Brampton Manor and this was, by far, superior to all the rest.
I had many concerns about moving Mum to Brampton Manor from a care home some distance away but the amazing management staff made the move seamless, exceeding expectations. Care staff are compassionate and attentive, much more so than I'd experienced before. Residents are treated with respect/dignity and it's evident that staff genuinely care. Despite a health issue, Mum has settled in quickly - it feels just like home but better! It is beautifully decorated which, although Mum can't see due to visual impairment, makes my visits a real pleasure. Range of activities is great, though I'm keen on more things Mum can do (with limited sight). Can't express how relieved/delighted I am that I chose Brampton Manor. The room availability, the seamless move and Mum being cared for in a way we would all want to be, have all been very positive. Brampton Manor provides high-quality care in a warm and supportive environment and I would passionately recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and caring place for a family member.
We first visited Brampton Manor at Easter of this year, as a family, we're looking for respite for Mum while we were away, we walked into to find a really happy, fun atmosphere. The staff and management made us very welcome and included us in all the Easter activities, we came away feeling this felt like home from home and we knew, in our hearts, this was right for Mum. Sadly,
Brampton Manor Care Home is truly exceptional. I feel so relieved and happy to have found this place. It has the look and feel of a nice hotel, with its in-house hairdresser, proper cafe and bar, lovely, spacious lounge areas and beautifully kept garden. All the team are outstanding: warm, caring, professional, there because they want to be. They approach their role with a kindness and ease that is wonderfully reassuring. I wasn't expecting the move to be easy but my mother took one look at her room and declared 'this is nice!' She then thanked us profusely for sorting her out with such a lovely new place. Nothing about Brampton feels forced or regimented. You're invited to join in but you don't have to. That said, I've been surprised at how quickly and frequently Mum has voluntarily taken part in activities that are genuinely enjoyable (I've sampled them!) This is a truly special place, with a joyful atmosphere and an exceptional standard of care. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
The atmosphere at Brampton Manor is light, bright and airy with a wonderful feeling of welcoming space. During our visit, residents were chatting; in groups or with the cheerful, friendly staff. One of the daily activity sessions was in progress with much participation. The admission manager could not have been more helpful, answering all our questions, putting Mum's mind at ease and she was keen to move in. She absolutely loves it. Her room is spacious and comfortable and has been customised with furniture, photographs and books so it really does feel like home to her. Talking to people at mealtimes and participating in the activities have massively boosted her communication and engagement. The staff are all attentive, supportive, friendly, welcoming and extremely professional. They greet the residents by their first names and know them as individuals. One of them told me that "we are part of their family" and that sums up the approach of the Brampton Manor team.
I have been greatly impressed by the warmth and kindness of all the members of staff at Brampton Manor. My sister has been a resident here for one month and has already settled in well. She has told me that she feels as if she is part of a warm and loving family. Her room is beautiful. It is well-furnished and the colouring is peaceful. My sister thinks she has the best room in the house. She has found the food good, on the whole, and she loves the relaxing atmosphere of the sitting room. There are plenty of activities for her to join in, though she does not yet feel able to do so. She has already made friends.
I just want to say that Brampton Manor goes above and beyond to make sure their residents' needs are met. Everyone on the staff is cheerful, friendly and welcoming. There's a whole host of activities to embrace different levels of ability and fun and enjoyment are a big feature in these events. The food is varied and interesting with a good choice and always delicious. I only had a two-week stay but if I needed to return at some point in the future, I would be happy to do so. So, thank you to you all.
Starting from enquiring about admission to Brampton Manor, following a hospital stay, all the staff have been helpful, friendly and caring. The surroundings are beautiful and my father has settled well there, getting all the care he needs. He is encouraged to be involved in activities that help him remain active, both physically and mentally. He and I are both happy with the choice we made. Visitors are always welcomed and made to feel part of the family.
We have had a great experience with Brampton Manor. This was the first visit for respite care for my mum to support me whilst I was away for a work trip. From the outset, all the staff were helpful, caring and very positive. On our arrival, my mum was warmly welcomed by a manager, reception and the care team. Before I could say 'Goodbye' to my mum she was already joining in with the chair yoga activity! Whilst at Brampton Manor care was taken to make sure that my mum's interests were accommodated for and that she was involved in the activities and life of Brampton Manor. My mum is a very sociable person and sang a long with the entertainers, took part in the exercises and games and interacted with all the team lovingly. My mum had a great time and she looked really well when I collected her. I know a lot of hard work goes on both front of house and behind the scenes. Thank you to all of you at Brampton Manor for caring for and looking after her so well.
