Brampton Manor is a truly amazing Care Home. My mother-in-law resided there for over two years until she sadly passed away at the age of 98. In all that time, she received the most compassionate, kind and loving care from all the staff. It was reassuring to know that she was safe, warm, well-fed and
well looked after every minute of the day and night. The care team were always there for mum (and us), particularly as her dementia deteriorated and her needs increased. The regular activities and entertainment are second to none - singing, dancing, summer barbecues, Christmas parties and Easter egg hunts for all the family, to name but a few. All visitors are made so welcome at Brampton Manor and we felt very much part of the Brampton family. The communication is exceptional with regular emails, phone calls and meetings which kept us informed. We were also able to join in dementia training with the staff, which was a most valuable experience. Brampton Manor for the best professional care

Brampton Manor is genuinely a lovely home and has such a friendly and positive atmosphere. It's beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I have been so impressed with all the staff at Brampton Manor and how they have helped my mum settle so quickly. They are honestly the most kind, caring and genuine
people who truly love their jobs and also love the residents. As visitors we are made so welcome and I feel very at home when I'm there. Whether it's reception staff, office staff, carers or the entertainments team they go above and beyond to make the residents happy and feel loved and cared for. From a two week respite stay, that extended to four weeks, I soon felt very confident that mum could become a permanent resident. It was a very hard decision moving mum from her own home into care but the Brampton manor team made it a lot less stressful and overall a positive experience. Thank you.

I Booked my mother into Branpton Manor for some respite care following a fall and hospital stay. From the time of viewing the care home to the end of stay of my mother I cannot express my high gratitude for the care and support of the staff. On arrival my mother was met and made felt welcome. Every
day that she spent at the home was exceptional with the staff being friendly and supportive. I have not seen my mother more happy and relaxed for a long time. There were daily activities that were engaging and interactive including cake m aking, flower arranging and Bingo. I cannot thank the staff enough for thir care and support and for making my mother feel welcome and comfortable. I cannot reccomend Brampton Manor enough

The care, warmth, affection and response from ALL the team at Brampton Manor from walking through the door to taking mum home is outstanding. As a nurse myself of some 40years, I am attuned to high level care. I can 100% say that every single member of the team is an outstanding team player.
My mum
enjoys company but does not find it easy to push herself forward. She interacted, made new friends , partook in all the events and learned new things during her 3 week stay.
She has been in respite before at other places and is always ready to come home after a few days! She felt at Brampton Manor at home and that she had had a wonderful holiday .
I can't express my thanks enough to the team in enabling me to go on holiday knowing mum was on her own holiday. Whenever I called to speak with her, I was greeted with kindness and prompt service to talk with mum who was always so cheerful and happy. It made my holiday a success.

What a welcoming and happy place the moment you step through the door. All the staff are so kind and friendly and you can tell it's genuine. Nothing is too much trouble and there are so many staff available to help the residents. The rooms are light and spacious with lovely decoration as I the whole
home. A lot of thought has been put into how it's been designed and the decor so it looks like a hotel rather than a home. All the residents I have seen there since my mother arrived are well dressed and look happy and cared for. I really can't think of anything negative at all. My mother has settled in and seems happy and gets her hair done and a newspaper delivered to her room every day which are optional but add to the personalisation. I would highly recommend it.

My Mother has been at Brampton Manor for over a year and I am so happy with this exceptional care home.
It is so clean, light, airy and beautifully furnished. The food, facilities and entertainment are all excellent and the garden is well cared for, pretty and has comfortable seating.
The most important
part for me is the calm, kind carers, they create a wonderful atmosphere and have endless patience.
I am so grateful my Mother is being looked after so well. It's great to see her dancing and having fun and on bad days they are all so good with her. I recommend this care home with confidence.

I can not put into words how much I love that Brampton Manor is mums home. The dread and thoughts are overwhelming when you know the time has come to think about more care for your loved one. I can honestly say that from day one I felt that mum was safe and loved here and that's all I wanted for mum.
Caring for a loved one is stressful and exhausting, all that has gone now because I know my mum is very well cared for. Mum reflects that feeling too she is happier and settled.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the wonderful team at Brampton Manor for the exceptional care they have provided for my mum. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with compassion, dignity, and respect, making her

feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home.

From my first contact over the phone I have been impressed and delighted with Brampton Manor . It was a stressful time and the conversations I had were reassuring and professional and the care towards me was evident .
On meeting the staff over the four months since I first met them I have been assured
of a genuine affection which is shown in the kindness and care my dad receives. All the staff exhibit both a warmth and professionalism which is extremely reassuring .
I have joined my dad for lunch and confirm the food is excellent! The home and garden are beautiful .There is such variation of activities available to meet social and spiritual needs and lovely engagement with the community. Most importantly though is the attitude towards my dad, and also his family which has been truly outstanding.

From the first moment of walking into Brampton Manor, I felt an overwhelming sense of warmth, kindness and happiness from the people around. The environment was welcoming, clean and spacious with a contemporary style. When I met admissions manager, he took that pleasant experience to a whole new level.
He was compassionate, focused, knowledgeable, and he took the time to complete a comprehensive assessment on how Brampton Manor could best care and support our mum. He listened and focused completely on the person Mum was and how they could enhance her daily life. There was no hesitation about Mum moving into Brampton Manor, we'd found Mum's next home, home from home. The daily activities bring Mum and the other residents so much joy. All the staff are approachable, kind, proactive and friendly. Brampton Manor provides outstanding care from this wonderful warm and dedicated team. Excellent can not find fault with any part of the service from the first contact to now
Staff are amazing very attentive caring and meet everyone's needs
The management team, receptionists ,carers housekeepers and the activity team are all part of the community within this home from home
and they
are an excellent team of people making everyone welcome
The food is exceptional and this interns encourages our love ones to eat ( my dad and put weight on which is a good thing)
Brampton Mannor staff have supported myself and my Dad through a tough time and I can not thank them enough.

Brampton Manor Care Home is a lovely place, built and decorated to a very high standard. It is very well staffed and the carers are always friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for both the residents and family members. There are plenty of activity programmes in which to participate if the resident
so desires and a well-kept garden for walks, helping with the gardening and garden chats. The residents' health and well-being are monitored regularly and family are always informed of any illness or concerns. Despite my dad's advancing years, he still has a large appetite and if he needs a bigger portion, he only has to ask.
We visited several care homes before settling on Brampton Manor and this was, by far, superior to all the rest.

I had many concerns about moving Mum to Brampton Manor from a care home some distance away but the amazing management staff made the move seamless, exceeding expectations. Care staff are compassionate and attentive, much more so than I'd experienced before. Residents are treated with respect/dignity
and it's evident that staff genuinely care. Despite a health issue, Mum has settled in quickly - it feels just like home but better! It is beautifully decorated which, although Mum can't see due to visual impairment, makes my visits a real pleasure. Range of activities is great, though I'm keen on more things Mum can do (with limited sight). Can't express how relieved/delighted I am that I chose Brampton Manor. The room availability, the seamless move and Mum being cared for in a way we would all want to be, have all been very positive. Brampton Manor provides high-quality care in a warm and supportive environment and I would passionately recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and caring place for a family member.

Brampton Manor Care Home is truly exceptional. I feel so relieved and happy to have found this place. It has the look and feel of a nice hotel, with its in-house hairdresser, proper cafe and bar, lovely, spacious lounge areas and beautifully kept garden. All the team are outstanding: warm, caring, professional,
there because they want to be. They approach their role with a kindness and ease that is wonderfully reassuring.
I wasn't expecting the move to be easy but my mother took one look at her room and declared 'this is nice!' She then thanked us profusely for sorting her out with such a lovely new place.
Nothing about Brampton feels forced or regimented. You're invited to join in but you don't have to. That said, I've been surprised at how quickly and frequently Mum has voluntarily taken part in activities that are genuinely enjoyable (I've sampled them!)
This is a truly special place, with a joyful atmosphere and an exceptional standard of care. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

The atmosphere at Brampton Manor is light, bright and airy with a wonderful feeling of welcoming space.
During our visit, residents were chatting; in groups or with the cheerful, friendly staff. One of the daily activity sessions was in progress with much participation. The admission manager could
not have been more helpful, answering all our questions, putting Mum's mind at ease and she was keen to move in.
She absolutely loves it. Her room is spacious and comfortable and has been customised with furniture, photographs and books so it really does feel like home to her. Talking to people at mealtimes and participating in the activities have massively boosted her communication and engagement.
The staff are all attentive, supportive, friendly, welcoming and extremely professional. They greet the residents by their first names and know them as individuals. One of them told me that "we are part of their family" and that sums up the approach of the Brampton Manor team.

I have been greatly impressed by the warmth and kindness of all the members of staff at Brampton Manor. My sister has been a resident here for one month and has already settled in well. She has told me that she feels as if she is part of a warm and loving family. Her room is beautiful. It is well-furnished
and the colouring is peaceful. My sister thinks she has the best room in the house. She has found the food good, on the whole, and she loves the relaxing atmosphere of the sitting room. There are plenty of activities for her to join in, though she does not yet feel able to do so. She has already made friends.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
I just want to say that Brampton Manor goes above and beyond to make sure their residents' needs are met. Everyone on the staff is cheerful, friendly and welcoming. There's a whole host of activities to embrace different levels of ability and fun and enjoyment are a big feature in these events.
The
food is varied and interesting with a good choice and always delicious.
I only had a two-week stay but if I needed to return at some point in the future, I would be happy to do so.
So, thank you to you all.
