My parents both moved into Keymer Hall in August. The pre admission process and organisation was exceptional and made an emotional time much easier than anticipated. My fathers health has been poor, however the team have been incredible in adjusting and caring for him. My mother is adjusting and loving the home despite losing her sight in May 26.

Pillows need to be improved quality as some under sheets.

The Burlington is a vibrant home, lots going on. Happy staff. I love the space, wide corridors and lots of lounges. Its always enjoyable to visit. The staff are very attentive and caring.

What a great place!! Choose Keymer Hall over another corporate care home where my wife is, what a difference!! KH is well run by a proactive manager and supporting team who clearly understand their roles and responsibilities, carers show empathy and respect to residents meeting additional requests with good grace and humour. Whilst not a "nursing" home medical support, timing of drug distribution etc is proactive. Food is excellent provided by a qualified "chef" not a "cook" who does his own menu's with variation and thought for texture taste & presentation. KH has only been open 9 months. Bedrooms and open area's beautifully decorated and appointed with lots of quiet area. I would thoroughly recomend KH for both respite & full time care.

From initial contact onwards it was clear that Martello Manor is exceptional and just the place for my Mum (now resident). The facilities are so good. It is better than most hotels I have stayed in. The staff are caring, professional, and treat my loved ones how I would wish them to be treated. My mum has blossomed since moving into Martello Manor - it's the best thing to happen to her in many years.

I have been overwhelmed by the warmth and care my mother has experienced since she moved into Keymer Kall this month. The staff are always smiling and go out of their way to help. The rooms and facilities are beautiful. Mum has commented that is it "like a luxury hotel" and she would "highly recomend it to anyone". What mor can I ask for? Despite initial reservations she has embraced the many different activities and camaraderie of the other lovely residents. I couldn't be happier.

I visited my mum for the first time since she moved into the home two weeks previously. Her room is lovely and very much her own. The home itself is spotless, bright and airy with plenty of comfortable areas to sit in out of the residents rooms. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. My mum is very happy and so much more animated since we last saw her a month ago. She is enjoying all the activities that are on offer which is lovely to see. We had lunch with her on our visit and that was very good too. Looking forward to our next visit.

The ethos of excellence is embedded in every aspect of Martello Manor. The high quality of the environment is exceeded by the superb, enabling and empathetic care team, and the exceptional quality of the food. The unexpected gem is the activities team - not content with dedicating themselves to extraordinarily inclusive and varied activities they tread lightly in delicate areas offering residents and relatives confidential empathy when needed. A complete holistic experience. I haven't felt a moment of guilt that Mum now needs Martello Manor's support. I have just felt joy - and jealousy!

Everybody couldn't be more helpful. No negatives. I am so pleased my daughter found this care home. It has been an experience that I would recommend to anyone.

My 94 year old parents had adjoining rooms for two weeks respite care in July. After a bad care home experience in 2020 it took some convincing for them them to try it again. The management & Admission team were fantastic in getting them to come in, and once resident the service was every bit as good as promised. I'm hearing nothing but good things from my parents, their stay has really energised ,y mum * day seems very contented.

I cannot recommend this care home enough, I can see the difference in Mums general welfare and health in the short time she has been there.

There are many great entertainment acts and everyone is engaged in whats going on, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxed, clean & active environment.

From the beginning of my husband's stay at the Burlington nearly 6 years ago, we as a family felt completely happy with his care. We felt we'd become part of a family and have been invited back after my husband passed away.

Keymer Hall Care Home is everything you would wish for. My mum is happy here. Every single person from reception to care staff, office staff and maintenance are all part of the big family looking after my mum. I always feel welcome and listened to. It really is excellent in all ways.

My Uncle chose Keymer Hall while it was being built late last year and chose his own room. He came into the home in February this year and his care has been exceptional. Every member of staff we see or speak to is so friendly and kind. They can't do enough for you. My uncle loves living there and also has high praise for the staff. The food and drinks are delicious and the dining room is always beautifully laid. The more casual bistro is where you can meet up with other friends in the home for a chat or you can sit in the gardens. The lounges are comfortably furnished and the style through out the home is very high end. He made an excellent choice!

The minute I walked through the doors of Keymer Hall, I felt a huge sense of relief to find such a beautiful and friendly care home where residents with dementia are treated with such kindness and understanding. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly - all the staff take the time to talk to me whenever I visit and are knowledgeable about what my mother has been up to and how she is feeling on a particular day. The range of activities has really brought a new lease of life to my mother and she is so happy at KH. There is a real sense of inclusion and those suffering from dementia can be accompanied to the ground floor to eat, sit in the garden and take part in activities whenever they like. Every corner of the home has been beautifully and thoughtfully decorated to make it a really pleasant environment to live in and enjoy. I continue to be so impressed with Keymer Hall and am thrilled we found it for my mother!
