Brampton has been a reassuring and supportive place for my mum. From the very beginning, the team made a difficult and emotional transition feel much easier, showed genuine care, kindness and professionalism at every step.
The staff are attentive and compassionate, always treating my mum with dignity
and respect. It's clear they take the time to understand each resident as an individual, much has made a real difference to her comfort and wellbeing.
Communication with us is also excellent, giving us peace of mind and confidence that she is in safe hands. Thank you.

Overall very pleased, its a lovely home. My only gripe is we were told labels would be put in clothes to ID when washing, this did not happen which increases the risk of clothing being misplaced

The care my Father has received at Keymer Hall has been exemplary. I did not know such incredible care existed.
From the moment we arrived for a 3 week respite stay, whilst my Mother was in hospital, his care has been remarkable.
From the welcoming reception staff, the cheerful activities team,
the professional senior carers, the carers, the catering team and housekeeping, we have been blown away by everything!
The general manager and the management team are always visible and doors always open for any queries.
Any incidents have been dealt with and communicated to us promptly and honestly.
Any concerns raised were dealt with immediately.
Most importantly my Father has thoroughly enjoyed his stay, built strong bonds with many of the staff and looked happy and healthy all of the time.
Tea and cake have always been on hand for us when we visited and they also welcomed our dog, with a bowl of fresh water and treats available at all times!
Thank you to everyone! We will be back!

The planned respite visit to support our relative after some surgery was all we had hoped it would be. The start of what may be longer term. The staff were kind and attentive. They provided the care to prevent a secondary infection and to enable good pain relief to be achieved. He was able to maintain
his usual activities in the community whilst fully enjoying all the activities in the home. Thank you.
Reply from Christine Bunce, Home Manager at Keymer HallThank you for your kind words. We're so pleased to hear that the respite stay provided the care, comfort, and support your relative needed. It's wonderful to know it made such a positive difference.

From the moment of selecting a room for Dad, the whole process has been straightforward and we have felt supported and cared for throughout. On Dad's first day, the welcome was so heartfelt and the team even asked how I was feeling. The kindness and genuine friendliness of every member of staff has
been exceptional and I have such confidence that Dad is being really well looked after, physically, mentally and emotionally.

My godfather came to Keymer Hall a few weeks ago. I was a bit concerned as he is now about 60 minutes away from me; however, it was worth the drive. The home is beautiful. My godfather is a very proud man, and he is being taken care of extremely well and he is very happy. The selection of cakes is delightful
- in the cafe/bistro area. Thank you Keymer Hall.

Mum came to Brampton Manor for 3 weeks respite, the whole process of arranging this was amazing. We cannot fault the premises, staff and care at all. The food was amazing which she loved. She looked quite poorly when she first went in but when we picked her up looked so well and she said it had done
her good.

I'd been looking at a number of care homes for my mum who has been living with Alzheimer's. Some of the places I visited were good, others broke my heart. After one particularly depressing viewing, I cycled over to Chartwell House to see if I might make an appointment with them. The moment the doors
swished open, I knew this was the place for us.
I found myself in a beautiful lobby that was on a par with a 5-star boutique hotel; but it wasn't just the décor and facilities, it was the 'feeling' that the place had. The receptionist, Helen, welcomed me in right away and arranged for the admissions manager, Jude, to meet with me there and then. I was given a tour, and more importantly, I was given time and understanding. I could see clearly that the ethos was all about enabling the residents to continue living, rather than just sitting around to wait out the final chapter.
The facilities, dementia care and activity programme are exactly what Mum needs. We are so grateful. Thank you.
Reply from Diane Collins, Home Manager at Chartwell HouseThank you so much for sharing your experience. We're truly touched that after such a difficult search, you felt a sense of relief, warmth, and reassurance when you arrived at Chartwell House. Knowing that you felt listened to, supported, and confident in your mum's care means everything to us. We're so grateful for your trust and are pleased that your mum has found a place where she can feel comfortable, engaged, and valued.

Mum moved into the Burlington just over 4 months ago. What a difference this has made to her overall quality of life. The standard of care is 2nd to none which has allowed mum to settle in at her own pace. We as a family are always made to feel welcome and it is great attending some of the many and
varied entertainment activities that are laid on. Staff at all levels are extremely engaging with all of the residents making for a calm and settled environment. Mum has thrived in her short time at the Burlington and I would be happy to recommend the Burlington to anyone who is looking for a care home for their loved one.

We had a lovely time at Christmas and the run-up to christmas. I was so impressed with how all of the staff at the Burlington welcomed all visitors (family members) and how it made the experience of visiting my mother so comfortable. The entertainment during the Christmas and New Year holidays was of
a high standard and provided in very welcoming reception as well.
