Overall Experience
Sadly our mum passed away last week but I wanted to share with all the staff what their care of mum meant to us: Caring for someone is far more than a job, it requires patience, kindness, compassion and dedication. Throughout mum's time in your care, you showed her dignity, respect and genuine warmth, you not only attended to her needs but also brought comfort, companionship and reassurance during difficult times. Knowing that mum was being cared for by such wonderful people gave our family great peace of mind. Your support to us meant more to us than words can ever express. The small acts of kindness, the smiles, the conversations and the care you showed made a real difference to mum's quality of life and to our family's wellbeing. We will always be grateful for the compassion and professionalism you demonstrated every day. Thank you for treating mum as an individual, for preserving her dignity and for showing her such kindness throughout her journey.

Overall Experience
My Uncle chose Keymer Hall while it was being built late last year and chose his own room. He came into the home in February this year and his care has been exceptional. Every member of staff we see or speak to is so friendly and kind. They can't do enough for you. My uncle loves living there and also has high praise for the staff. The food and drinks are delicious and the dining room is always beautifully laid. The more casual bistro is where you can meet up with other friends in the home for a chat or you can sit in the gardens. The lounges are comfortably furnished and the style through out the home is very high end. He made an excellent choice!

Overall Experience
The minute I walked through the doors of Keymer Hall, I felt a huge sense of relief to find such a beautiful and friendly care home where residents with dementia are treated with such kindness and understanding. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly - all the staff take the time to talk to me whenever I visit and are knowledgeable about what my mother has been up to and how she is feeling on a particular day. The range of activities has really brought a new lease of life to my mother and she is so happy at KH. There is a real sense of inclusion and those suffering from dementia can be accompanied to the ground floor to eat, sit in the garden and take part in activities whenever they like. Every corner of the home has been beautifully and thoughtfully decorated to make it a really pleasant environment to live in and enjoy. I continue to be so impressed with Keymer Hall and am thrilled we found it for my mother!

My husband has settled in really well. He's always smiling and the staff respond to this and give him a wave or chat. I see regular updates and photos of things hie's doing. The home is always very welcoming to visitors and we enjoy joining in the quizzes and making use of the coffee shop. The staff are always friendly and know the residents and their individual personalities really well. Home always clean & has a relaxed atmosphere. Overall excellent. Reassuring to know he's safe & happy.

We moved mum to The Burlington in November 2025 and have been very happy with the level of care and the friendly and welcoming atmosphere every time we come to visit. Nothing has been too much trouble for the staff when we have had queries or concerns and the communication has been excellent. Mum is happy and feels safe and secure which is the main priority and we are happy knowing she is being well looked after.

My 90 years old mother stayed at Chartwell House for respite in March, whilst I had a break away. She was so very well looked after by carers and management. The room was nice and comfy and she felt very safe there too. Lots of things always going on and 3 good meals a day. Would recommend 100%.

I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care my aunt has received since moving in to The Burlington 3 weeks ago. The team have been amazing, ensuring my aunt is comfortable well nourished and above all else, happy! They don't just 'do their job', they treat everyone with warmth and dignity. My father was welcomed to Brampton Manor at the end January 2026. We had to arrange his care in somewhat of a hurry and I was very anxious and stressed at the time - I needn't have been- all of the staff were incredibly kind & helpful from the very first phone call onwards.
They were so kind and genuinely caring to my father and also to us as a whole family. We ready couldn't have asked for more

Review of Brampton Manor from Benjamyn D (Nephew of Resident) published on 11 May 2026 Submitted via Website•
Overall Experience
My uncle age 89 did not want to go into any kind of formalised care setting despite being unable to manage at home either mentally or physically. The only way to get him to safe places was to suggest he went for a two week holiday which, fortunately he enjoyed. This was largely due to the exceptional care and attention he received with food he liked. He was not forced into any activities (which suited him). He was so enamoured that he stayed for the following seven months justiably praising the care and housekeeping staff. Otho was too much trouble even though he could be irascible and at times downright awkward.
Whenever appropriate they took the time to call me and advise of issues as they arose. I recommend Brampton Manor without caveat or hesitation.

Brampton has been a reassuring and supportive place for my mum. From the very beginning, the team made a difficult and emotional transition feel much easier, showed genuine care, kindness and professionalism at every step. The staff are attentive and compassionate, always treating my mum with dignity and respect. It's clear they take the time to understand each resident as an individual, much has made a real difference to her comfort and wellbeing.
Communication with us is also excellent, giving us peace of mind and confidence that she is in safe hands. Thank you.

Overall Experience
The care my Father has received at Keymer Hall has been exemplary. I did not know such incredible care existed. From the moment we arrived for a 3 week respite stay, whilst my Mother was in hospital, his care has been remarkable. From the welcoming reception staff, the cheerful activities team, the professional senior carers, the carers, the catering team and housekeeping, we have been blown away by everything! The general manager and the management team are always visible and doors always open for any queries. Any incidents have been dealt with and communicated to us promptly and honestly. Any concerns raised were dealt with immediately. Most importantly my Father has thoroughly enjoyed his stay, built strong bonds with many of the staff and looked happy and healthy all of the time. Tea and cake have always been on hand for us when we visited and they also welcomed our dog, with a bowl of fresh water and treats available at all times!
Thank you to everyone! We will be back!

The planned respite visit to support our relative after some surgery was all we had hoped it would be. The start of what may be longer term. The staff were kind and attentive.
