Keymer Hall Care Home is everything you would wish for. My mum is happy here. Every single person from reception to care staff, office staff and maintenance are all part of the big family looking after my mum. I always feel welcome and listened to. It really is excellent in all ways.

My Uncle chose Keymer Hall while it was being built late last year and chose his own room. He came into the home in February this year and his care has been exceptional. Every member of staff we see or speak to is so friendly and kind. They can't do enough for you. My uncle loves living there and also has high praise for the staff. The food and drinks are delicious and the dining room is always beautifully laid. The more casual bistro is where you can meet up with other friends in the home for a chat or you can sit in the gardens. The lounges are comfortably furnished and the style through out the home is very high end. He made an excellent choice!

The minute I walked through the doors of Keymer Hall, I felt a huge sense of relief to find such a beautiful and friendly care home where residents with dementia are treated with such kindness and understanding. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly - all the staff take the time to talk to me whenever I visit and are knowledgeable about what my mother has been up to and how she is feeling on a particular day. The range of activities has really brought a new lease of life to my mother and she is so happy at KH. There is a real sense of inclusion and those suffering from dementia can be accompanied to the ground floor to eat, sit in the garden and take part in activities whenever they like. Every corner of the home has been beautifully and thoughtfully decorated to make it a really pleasant environment to live in and enjoy. I continue to be so impressed with Keymer Hall and am thrilled we found it for my mother!

Overall Experience
The care my Father has received at Keymer Hall has been exemplary. I did not know such incredible care existed.
From the moment we arrived for a 3 week respite stay, whilst my Mother was in hospital, his care has been remarkable.
From the welcoming reception staff, the cheerful activities team, the professional senior carers, the carers, the catering team and housekeeping, we have been blown away by everything!
The general manager and the management team are always visible and doors always open for any queries.
Any incidents have been dealt with and communicated to us promptly and honestly.
Any concerns raised were dealt with immediately.
Most importantly my Father has thoroughly enjoyed his stay, built strong bonds with many of the staff and looked happy and healthy all of the time.
Tea and cake have always been on hand for us when we visited and they also welcomed our dog, with a bowl of fresh water and treats available at all times!

Thank you to everyone! We will be back!

The planned respite visit to support our relative after some surgery was all we had hoped it would be. The start of what may be longer term. The staff were kind and attentive. They provided the care to prevent a secondary infection and to enable good pain relief to be achieved. He was able to maintain his usual activities in the community whilst fully enjoying all the activities in the home. Thank you.

From the moment of selecting a room for Dad, the whole process has been straightforward and we have felt supported and cared for throughout. On Dad's first day, the welcome was so heartfelt and the team even asked how I was feeling. The kindness and genuine friendliness of every member of staff has been exceptional and I have such confidence that Dad is being really well looked after, physically, mentally and emotionally.

My godfather came to Keymer Hall a few weeks ago. I was a bit concerned as he is now about 60 minutes away from me; however, it was worth the drive. The home is beautiful. My godfather is a very proud man, and he is being taken care of extremely well and he is very happy. The selection of cakes is delightful - in the cafe/bistro area. Thank you Keymer Hall.
