I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the wonderful team at Brampton Manor for the exceptional care they have provided for my mum. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with compassion, dignity, and respect, making her feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home.

Every member of the team-from the carers and nurses to the kitchen and housekeeping staff-goes above and beyond in their roles. They don't just do their jobs; they do them with warmth and genuine kindness. It's clear that the residents are not just patients-they are part of a family.

I have joined my dad for lunch and confirm the food is excellent! The home and garden are beautiful .There is such variation of activities available to meet social and spiritual needs and lovely engagement with the community. Most importantly though is the attitude towards my dad, and also his family which has been truly outstanding.

From the first moment of walking into Brampton Manor, I felt an overwhelming sense of warmth, kindness and happiness from the people around. The environment was welcoming, clean and spacious with a contemporary style. When I met admissions manager, he took that pleasant experience to a whole new level. He was compassionate, focused, knowledgeable, and he took the time to complete a comprehensive assessment on how Brampton Manor could best care and support our mum. He listened and focused completely on the person Mum was and how they could enhance her daily life. There was no hesitation about Mum moving into Brampton Manor, we'd found Mum's next home, home from home. The daily activities bring Mum and the other residents so much joy. All the staff are approachable, kind, proactive and friendly. Brampton Manor provides outstanding care from this wonderful warm and dedicated team. I would truly recommend Brampton Manor to anyone looking for their loved ones forever home.

We visited several care homes before settling on Brampton Manor and this was, by far, superior to all the rest.

I had many concerns about moving Mum to Brampton Manor from a care home some distance away but the amazing management staff made the move seamless, exceeding expectations. Care staff are compassionate and attentive, much more so than I'd experienced before. Residents are treated with respect/dignity and it's evident that staff genuinely care. Despite a health issue, Mum has settled in quickly - it feels just like home but better! It is beautifully decorated which, although Mum can't see due to visual impairment, makes my visits a real pleasure. Range of activities is great, though I'm keen on more things Mum can do (with limited sight). Can't express how relieved/delighted I am that I chose Brampton Manor. The room availability, the seamless move and Mum being cared for in a way we would all want to be, have all been very positive. Brampton Manor provides high-quality care in a warm and supportive environment and I would passionately recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and caring place for a family member.

We first visited Brampton Manor at Easter of this year, as a family, we're looking for respite for Mum while we were away, we walked into to find a really happy, fun atmosphere. The staff and management made us very welcome and included us in all the Easter activities, we came away feeling this felt like home from home and we knew, in our hearts, this was right for Mum. The staff are all attentive, supportive, friendly, welcoming and extremely professional. They greet the residents by their first names and know them as individuals. One of them told me that "we are part of their family" and that sums up the approach of the Brampton Manor team.

I have been greatly impressed by the warmth and kindness of all the members of staff at Brampton Manor. My sister has been a resident here for one month and has already settled in well. She has told me that she feels as if she is part of a warm and loving family. Her room is beautiful. It is well-furnished and the colouring is peaceful. My sister thinks she has the best room in the house. She has found the food good, on the whole, and she loves the relaxing atmosphere of the sitting room. There are plenty of activities for her to join in, though she does not yet feel able to do so. She has already made friends.

Starting from enquiring about admission to Brampton Manor, following a hospital stay, all the staff have been helpful, friendly and caring. The surroundings are beautiful and my father has settled well there, getting all the care he needs. He is encouraged to be involved in activities that help him remain active, both physically and mentally. He and I are both happy with the choice we made. Visitors are always welcomed and made to feel part of the family.

We have had a great experience with Brampton Manor. This was the first visit for respite care for my mum to support me whilst I was away for a work trip. From the outset, all the staff were helpful, caring and very positive. On our arrival, my mum was warmly welcomed by a manager, reception and the care team. Before I could say 'Goodbye' to my mum she was already joining in with the chair yoga activity! Whilst at Brampton Manor care was taken to make sure that my mum's interests were accommodated for and that she was involved in the activities and life of Brampton Manor. My mum is a very sociable person and sang a long with the entertainers, took part in the exercises and games and interacted with all the team lovingly. My mum had a great time and she looked really well when I collected her. I know a lot of hard work goes on both front of house and behind the scenes. Thank you to all of you at Brampton Manor for caring for and looking after her so well.

A great experience at Brampton Manor. From the first enquiry about a short respite stay for my mum last year, communication has been faultless. We were invited to have a look around initially and then an invitation was extended to Mum to visit for a coffee morning to see what she thought. Despite our uncertainty about dates, reassurance was given that every effort would be made to accommodate our needs. Mum only visited one more time before her admission, but it was clear she would be warmly welcomed to any of the regular events, like the coffee mornings or the Fish Club Fry-days to get used to the feel of life at Brampton Manor. During her stay, staff were sensitive to Mum's preferences, allowing her the privacy she needed, while always being available to help her join in with activities if she wanted to. A good balance between professionalism and genuine care for the individual is apparent throughout. Also, the food is fabulous, and the surroundings are boutique chic!

My aunt was in care for 6 years, and was a resident of Brampton Manor Care Home for approximately the last 18 months of her life. She had dementia. Her solicitor, who had her POA moved her to Brampton Manor and I was concerned as I thought she'd be anxious and confused. On visits to her in the new home I found she had a pleasant room, with her own facilities within a building that could have been mistaken for a 5-star hotel. The staff interacted with her and seemed genuinely fond of her. My contact with the staff was at all times professional and helpful. I live 170 miles from the home and so communication was vital. They contacted me on every issue and occasion of importance and I felt involved. I obtained updates on how she was and supportive help when I needed it. Even at the end, they went above and beyond to cover all my issues and gave practical support. I have no hesitation in recommending Brampton Manor Care Home.

Such a fantastic care home. Made Mum and all the family so welcome from the 1st visit. All the staff are so kind and have endless energy. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all bursting with kindness. We thought Mum would take a while to settle but she was happy and settled in no time at all and we have absolutely no worries knowing she is in very capable and caring hands. Housekeeping does a fantastic job, the place is always gleaming and fresh and the food is excellent so a big thank you to the chefs as well. Thank you to all the staff for taking away all the stress and worries for the family when making the decision to take this big scary step in Mum's life.

Despite the challenges of dementia he leads a contended life.

He was 94 years of age when he died and his final year could not have been better.
