Brampton Manor is an amazing place. I now feel extremely happy that my mum is being well cared for. All the staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Mum is happy here and very well cared for. Not just a care home, it feels like a family and they care for my mum nearly as much as

I waited six months before posting this review as I understand what a big decision it is to place someone we love into a care home. I can honestly say with my hand on my heart that I am thoroughly impressed with all of the staff and management at Brampton Manor. Their care of my mother means that I
am able to sleep at night reassured that she is safe, comfortable and in the best possible hands. The facilities are excellent and communication of matters concerning my mother's well-being are timely and very helpful.

I cannot recommend Brampton Manor highly enough. I came for respite often a serious eye operation. I received what was more than anyone could have expected - the care, love and attention was there 24/7. Nothing is too much trouble. The food was simply magnificent.

Without exception the staff were excellent. The food was good and plentiful. It was difficult to turn the light on in bed. The wet room was a new concept and confusing as towels and clothes got wet. The activities were compromised out of covid so difficult to assess but if what should have happened
had happened it would have been great. Very much enjoyed the Armistice Day celebrations.

With regards to the activities, we regret that certain restrictions/limitations were necessary as part of our infection prevention programme. We are really glad that you enjoyed the Armistice Day celebrations.

So very impressed with the welcome and friendliness of the care staff. My aged relative only entered this care home this week but even I feel like an old friend of everyone when I visit. Lovely atmosphere which I've not experienced in other care homes I've visited recently. Great staff, so well done

So far so good. From the first meeting to moving in day, we have been so impressed with what Brampton Manor has to offer. The design of this new facility together with the management team, and their colleagues can't be faulted. We are looking forward to getting to know them all better in the coming
weeks. I am delighted at how quikcly my mother-in-law has adjusted to this new way of life. She shows nothing but happiness when we visit. She is now looking forward to the future with the confidence of having 24/7 assistance at all times.

The resident has been here for 4 months now and is very happy. For us, as his POA's it's nice to know he is now safe, secure and well looked after 24 hours a day but the wonderful staff here.

Reception staff, admin staff, kitchen staff everyone has been very friendly and caring to visitors and residents. All care staff are lovely and treat residents like family. They look after my friend and the other residents extremely well. If I could live here myself I would.

I had to make the hard decision of placing my 90-year-old mother into a home with dementia care. The first thing that struck me was the passion of the staff at Brampton Manor, my mum was very confused and scared about the decision, but after a week I saw her smiling and laughing again something I haven’t
seen for years. The place is obviously new so immaculate and very well thought out. The rooms are spacious with fantastic private bathrooms/wet rooms, the communal areas are large and wheelchair friendly, I had been seeing mum deteriorating in hospital but again with the boundless enthusiasm of the staff she is improving, this place and the people have given her some dignity back for her latter life and have given me complete peace of mind.
