Caraway House is absolutely amazing! It is stunning, modern, beautifully decorated and the staff are so welcoming to residents and familles. When my Dad first arrived, they had live singers, singing old classic songs. It was the first time my dad's eyes had lit up and he smiled for a very long time! We moved him from another nursing home and he is much happier and more communicative since he arrived here. They have so many activities and really engage with everyone. Communication has been excellent and we are always kept informed. It's clear that the staff truly care about the wellbeing of the residents and they provide such a high level of care. There are so many amazing carers/nurses who go above and beyond! Thank you to all of you at Caraway House, the managers, nurses, care staff, kitchen staff etc. I am so pleased my dad is here, safe, clean and very well cared for. After a bad experience at another home, we are very relieved and grateful that our Dad is thriving in your care!

My parents moved into Caraway house under crisis conditions. The staff were all compassionate and caring, really going out of their way to make sure that my mother had the care she needed for what was ultimately a very short stay. Although we decided that my father would be happier elsewhere, it was not in any way due to the care and support he received and it is clear that Caraway House is an excellent choice for a wide range of care needs.

Wife came in for 1 week respite care. Home very clean and excellent rooms. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food was reported by my wife as good. I was completely confident that she was safe and in good hands. There were a couple of things that did not work too well, I was not informed that medicines could only be administered from marked packages, I was not told that I had to provide incontinence pads. When I did, they were not used as I had asked. On a few visits plates from previous meal had still been uncollected. Apart from these small points, staff all excellent. Good stay but expensive.

My brother has been in Caraway House for about 6-7 weeks. I feel he is in the best place for him, the staff are very patient and always ready to help whenever required. Reception area is very welcoming as well as the rest of the home. Caraway has a home from home feel and makes your visits very pleasurable and friendly place.

All the staff have been very helpful and very caring, they have answered all our questions and concerns. Caraway House Care Home is a 5 star residence. I am sure my sister will be very happy here.

My friend came to Caraway after a fall at home, where he broke his arm. All the staff have been absolutely amazing. The staff have made him feel so welcome. The food is fantastic. They all go that extra mile to make sure not only my friend is ok but also his family & friends who come to visit. My friend is that happy here that he has decided to stay rather than going home.

Caraway House has a great positive ethos and you really feel it when you visit. The staff are friendly and approachable and as a visitor I am always welcomed. My father is cared for well including nursing care and I know he is safe and eats well- the food is amazing. My father likes to laugh and joke around and he's still doing that! The building is designed well with plenty of shared spaces which are lovely. The management team are approachable, communicate well and are proactive to individual needs. This is a real community.

Caraway House exceeded my expectations of a care home. The care received was superb. Nothing was ever to much trouble, the nurses and care staff, receptionistist and cleaning staff were always very helpful. The food was lovely, and we were always welcomed kindly when visiting for lunch. Well done to all there.

Very lucky to have this care home in Selsey. Having a person to entertain the residents all day is great; she does an amazing job. I know that my 2 special people are safe and happy.

I have to say that Caraway has positively changed my impression of care homes. Dad was not too keen on the idea at first but, after experiencing such excellent care during respite, he soon changed his mind and wanted to stay. The friendliness of staff, the guaranteed warm welcome, the dignity and respect which they show to everyone and the positive ethos throughout make it a pleasure to visit and I know that Dad was really pleased to be there. The range of activities (all optional) is excellent and the way in which they involve everyone according to their preferences and abilities was great. It is always spotlessly clean and fresh, the food is excellent and I honestly couldn't have wished for a better experience for Dad. Thank you.

Every time I come here, I have a warm welcome and feel relaxed, as if being at home, on extension if at a later stage I needed to go to a care home, I would not hesitate to come here, and also recommend the home. VE Day I brought a friend with us, she felt there was a warm homely feel about the home, and really enjoyed her afternoon with the home. She went away very happy.

Mum is very happy at Caraway House. She is very well looked after by the friendly, caring staff. There is a lovely atmosphere in the home, with lots of activities on offer. It gives me peace of mind knowing that mum is being so well cared for.

I arrived at Caraway after spending a time in hospital from the very beginning I felt very welcomed all staff were very kind, I couldn't of had better care for the month I was there I was very poorly when I arrived weighing just 6 stone but they built me up with all the wonderful care I received I came to home a different person weighing 7 stone. Thank you to all staff for the wonderful care, if I am unfortunate to come again I would book in 100 percent. thank you all.

This care home is outstanding in every way. All the staff from the care and nursing staff to the admin and reception staff are excellent. Very attentive and professional. The rooms are all ensuite, spacious and well equipped. The communal rooms are lovely, light, airy and welcoming. The food is unbelievable from cakes and snacks to full meals. Residents have a wide variety of well cooked, balanced meals to choose from. There are well organised and varied activities daily. The home is brand new and well looked after. I can't fault the home at all and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Mum spent three weeks in Caraway House to get back on her feet after breaking her ankle. The staff, food and ambience were all amazing, with many activities and a true sense of being part of the wider community. Mum came home feeling much stronger and more confident, and intends to stay in touch.
