This is the first review and I want to express my thanks to the care & professionalism of all the staff. In this review, knowledge of my dad and care for his individual needs was evident. I am very happy with all the recommendations made and that they are in his best interests.

Mum has been a resident since April 2025 and I can honestly say we are very lucky to have found a place for her there. The property and physical environment are excellent & well equipped. However, it is the people that make it so special. Without exception the staff are friendly & welcoming, eager to help & very supportive. We trust them with mums care and they have never let us down. Thank you!

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. When clothes are laundered they are not always returned. The mini bus has been out of action all summer I think a problem with the bus and no driver therefore no trips out. Overall resident seems very happy in home.

Claridge Place has provided a warm, comfortable & welcoming experience for our mother. The staff attentiveness, care and professionalism is always taken care of and in the few occasions she has needed medical assistance the team have been exemplary and kept in constant communication with me and my brother. Outstanding place.

Excellent welcome at all times. Very knowledgeable staff in reception giving a valuable insight to all aspects of life at Claridge Place. All staff very approachable and helpful. Mom is very happy here.

Firstly I would highly recommend Claridge Place. The Managers really listen to you and support you with your family needs. This was done in a calm and reassuring way. The Mangers and the whole team are so welcoming and friendly, everyday. My Mother is well looked after and she enjoys her days that she attends. I feel confident when I leave my Mother at Claridge Place to attend work knowing she is in a safe, clean and happy environment.

My mother spent four weeks in Claridge Place for respite care. From the first meeting with management we felt reassured that mom would have excellent care - we weren't disappointed every member of staff has shown care & compassion, eleviating any worries and concerns on our part. We highly recommend Claridge Place, it's excellent staff and facilities and won't hesitate to return, should the need arise!

Mom is happy with her environment and with the care and support she receives. I have peace of mind that she is happy and safe, well cared for. Staff always friendly and welcoming.

All of the staff are lovely and friendly. I am always very happy with the way in which all staff interact with my mom.

Everything is really good, mom had only been here a week. I did have a couple of niggles, but after speaking with management everything has been addressed very quickly. Mom is struggling to get used to the new home, but all staff are really helping mom settle in. Mom is also much better at night, sleeping through a bit more than she used to.

I accompanied my wife and sister-in-law to a meeting with the assistant manager, which was to get an update as to how their Mother was coping and how family and staff perceptions compared. They assured us that all was well and gave us some very helpful and sensible advice as to how to interact with Mom in the future. We were all very happy and comforted by what he had to say, so thanks.

I have been extremely pleased with the care my Mother is receiving. The facility, staff, care, etc is second to none. I would without a doubt recommend Claridge Place. The managers are fantastic - nothing is too much trouble.

Mother has been here since Nov 2023 and I cannot say how happy I am with the care and support that has been shown to her. Her life is so much better at Claridge Place, thank you. The managers are amazing and superb carers, to staff, residents, and relatives.

I am very pleased with the care provided for my Mum at Claridge Place. The staff are caring and spend time getting to know Mum's care needs and wishes. The staff always speaks to Mum, asking questions about what she wants and spending time for her to answer. The activity coordinators provide a wide range of activities and always ensure Mum is invited to join. When I visit I am made to feel welcome by all the staff. Nothing is too much bother. The reception staff who always book the time dinning. I would recommend Claridge Place.

We saw extracts from the care plan which was a lot more detailed than we expected and provided a good view of reassurance regarding the care being provided.

This care home has transformed our lives as we now know that our relatives are being well cared for. This home has excellent facilities and the care is exemplary. Relatives are very happy here and have settled in well.

The welcome and kindness is excellent. Small touches I.E. (flowers, cards, choc) mean a lot. The staff here are amazing, and so caring. The rooms and social areas are immaculate. The food is excellent.

My father-in-law sadly lost his wife in 2023 so was unable to care for himself. Claridge Place is his local care home. He has settled in very well. The staff are very caring and efficient and always greet you with a smile. The family are very pleased with his care. Thank you.

Excellent care/residential home. Mum is content in the caring environment. The staff do everything they can to include Mum in activities, which she does some of the time. Her room is lovely, airy, and kept clean and tidy, can't think of anywhere else I would want her to be.
